The driver contacted us the night before to confirm the departure time! He arrived early to help with our luggage and politely reminded us to fasten our seatbelts! Once everyone was ready, he explained the day trip itinerary, reminded us that we were approaching the attractions, clearly explained the ticket prices and meeting times, and even helped us buy the tickets!
