Reviews: 1-day tour of Tuscany, Italy [Civita di Bagnoregio + Montepulciano + round-trip from Rome]

Romantic in Europe, in every embers of the country town. The itinerary is very compact, the price is super high, the experience is great, the service is very good, the overall is awesome
Reviews: Rome: Assisi, Civita di Bagnoregio and Orvieto Day Tour
Guest User2025-11-20
We had a great experience! It's a shame that it gets dark so early at this time of year, so we did the Orvieto tour at night, but it was still a good chance to get a taste of the city. Our guide, Sara, was very competent, polite, and helpful. I highly recommend this tour!
Reviews: Tivoli: Villa D'Este & Villa Adriana Pass with Audio Guide
Guest User2025-10-20
Villa d'Este is visited primarily to see the fountains with their water features in action! It's a shame that on the day of our visit (including the three days before and three days after), the fountains weren't working! We were immediately notified of this "inconvenience" at the ticket office, so much so that by purchasing tickets on site, we would have been entitled to a discount (whereas we paid a supplement for the presale). We are deeply disappointed by this poor service! A refund for this incident would be appreciated. Your company should have notified us, as they were certainly aware of the situation. The audio guide descriptions are truly concise, considering the wonders on display, particularly at Hadrian's Villa. This isn't the first time I've purchased a package from Get Your Guide; in the past, I've always had good experiences, but I can't say the same for this latest experience.
Reviews: Tivoli: Villa D'Este Entry Ticket with Audio Guide App
Guest User2025-08-18
I bought six tickets with an audio guide app online through Get Your Guide. When we arrived at Villa D’Este, it turned out that the tickets could not be used, as entrance was free, as always, on Sundays. I am very surprised that Get Your Guide sells tickets for something that is available free of charge!!!!! Zero stars from me and a very angry review.
