Important Notes
§ Please arrive at the meeting point 30 minutes in advance. We depart on time. If you are not there 10 minutes before departure, no refund will be given.
§ Please bring your own: water, clean clothes/swimsuit/shoes (you may get wet during the activity), bath towel (if you choose to enter the water), sunglasses, hat, camera (SD card, camera case, waterproof case, etc.).
Children aged 12 and under must wear a life jacket at all times.
§ The local travel agency reserves the right to adjust the tour schedule due to actual conditions on the departure date (such as tour dates, weather, transportation, or other objective factors). Travelers are not advised to leave the group early. Any losses incurred due to personal reasons, such as early departure, will be borne by the travelers, and the tour fees already paid will not be refunded or compensated with other services.
Each group of travelers must include at least one adult aged 18 or above. Pets and animals are not allowed on any part of the itinerary.
For long weekend holidays such as New Year's Day, National Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, if prices are temporarily adjusted, we will contact you when confirming your booking.
