The Ulan Buh Sand Sea Lake Tourist Area is located at the easternmost end of the Ulan Buh Desert, one of the eight major deserts in my country, in the territory of Hangjinhou Banner, Bayannur City. It is backed by the majestic Yinshan Mountains in the north, the surging Yellow River in the south, the vast desert in the west, and the beautiful and fertile plains in the east; it integrates desert culture, Corps culture, farming culture, and grassland culture; the natural landscape combination of century-old poplars, thousands of acres of orchards, tens of thousands of acres of beaches, and sand and water is monopolistic and unique in China. The endless sea of sand forms a flowing picture scroll, and the landscape of "smoke rising in the desert and the setting sun on the long river" is in full view! Extreme sports enthusiasts drive off-road vehicles to the top of Hongqipo, and then dive to the bottom of the sand dune at a nearly 90-degree angle. The extreme drop of more than 100 meters is thrilling and exciting. Take a desert camel or a desert Surfing car to enter the desert mansion and feel the feelings of the desert. Watch the sunrise over the sand sea in the morning and the sunset in the evening, or sit on the sand slope under the starlight at night, with the sky as a blanket and the sand as a bed, and guard the clear lake, singing and dancing freely, showing off your passion, forgetting all kinds of troubles, emptying your mind, and looking far and wide. Roll, play, slide, play with sand in the desert, play parent-child games on the water and sand; plant poplars, pick green fruits and vegetables, and feed alpacas; play five-a-side football, beach volleyball, and take sand therapy sand baths to get rid of fatigue, drink and talk with friends, and sing around the campfire. At night, lying in the silent desert, gazing at the endless starry sky and chatting with your loved one, leaving behind memories that will last a lifetime. The Rock Paintings of Yinshan Mountain, located in the area of Huhewenduer Town, Urad Rear Banner, Bayannur, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, are among the large-scale and widely distributed prehistoric rock art remains in northern China. They are mainly carvedon the cliff faces of the Yinshan Mountainsand rock surfaces, with content covering animals, human figures, hunting, sacrificial ceremonies, and symbolic patterns, truly reflecting the production, daily life, and spiritual world of ancient nomadic peoples. The creation period of these rock paintings spans an exceptionally long time, from the late Paleolithic era through to historical periods, forming a rich cultural accumulation and earning the reputation of a "wordless history book" carved on rock. In terms of landscape features, the rock paintings are mostly distributed on exposed cliff walls or in gully areas, blending with the surrounding desert and grassland environment, exuding a strong primitive atmosphere and regional characteristics. The image lines are simple yet dynamic, depicting both daily activities such as hunting and herding, as well as highly symbolic totems and religious imagery, reflecting early humans' understanding of nature and society. The Rock Paintings of Yinshan Mountain are vast in number, with tens of thousands already discovered within Bayannur alone, making them important physical materials for studying the history and culture of northern ethnic groups.Urad Rear Banner · 26.7km from downtown

The lake has an irregular half-moon shape and a depth of up to 6 meters. It is one of the largest freshwater lakes and important wetlands in Northwest my country. It is also the main breeding ground and migration place for birds. There are vast clouds of smoke here, and the speedboat is flying on the lake. There are green reeds swinging everywhere, green mountains and green waters, which complement each other, making people feel as if they are in the beautiful realm of nature. There are more than 10 large and small islands and 8 amusement bays in the lake, with pleasant scenery, and more than 100 species of migratory birds grow and breed here. There are also lush reeds growing in the lake, and there are 10,000 mu of fertile fields with six agricultural branches around the lake, where the famous "Nalin Brand" melons are produced. And the song with the theme of Nalin Lake, "I'm Waiting for You at Nalin Lake" has a moving melody and was sung by Huslan singers. The lyrics first describe the beautiful scene of Nalin Lake, the hometown. At the same time, it also writes the author's thoughts for his lover. It is a slightly sad song. Tourists can take a boat tour of the lake here, enjoy the scenery on large and small islands, watch migratory birds fly, and fish play, and there will be a feeling of returning to nature and returning to nature.Dengkou · 38.2km from downtown

Yinshan Rock Paintings "If only General Li Guang were here, the barbarian horses would never dare cross the Yinshan Mountains." The Yinshan Mountains run east-west, are ancient fault-block mountains, approximately 1200 kilometers long, with the main peak, Huhebashige, reaching an altitude of 2364 meters. The mountains are mostly composed of ancient metamorphic rocks, with sedimentary rocks distributed in the fault basins. They mark the northern boundary between China's monsoon and non-monsoon regions, belonging to the transitional zone between temperate semi-arid and arid climates. The Langshan Mountains in the west are particularly arid, while the Daqingshan Mountains are relatively humid. The area south of the mountains is agricultural, the north is pastoral, and the mountainous areas are a mix of agriculture, animal husbandry, and forestry. More than 10,000 Yinshan rock paintings have been discovered from the Northern Wei Dynasty to the present day. They are not only among the earliest discovered rock paintings in the world but also among the richest, representing China's largest treasure trove of rock art. The vast majority of the existing Yinshan rock paintings are distributed in the Bayannur area, vividly recording the production and life history of ancient northern nomadic peoples such as the Xiongnu, Tiele, Rouran, Xianbei, and Mongols who lived in this region. The Five Tigers painting is a representative work of the Yinshan rock art. Besides animal and hunting scenes, pastoral scenes also constitute a significant proportion, originating in the late Bronze Age and continuing through the Yuan, Ming, and Qing dynasties. Although the dates are quite different, their content is largely similar. There are also several celestial rock paintings, which are extremely rare among rock art worldwide.

It took two days to travel from Urad Rear Banner to Zhong Banner, and then to Qian Banner. Along the way, we went from agricultural civilization to nomadic culture, from thousands of acres of sunflowers to the endless grassland, and then to the rocky Gobi Desert in Ganqimaodu. The scenery along the way was picturesque and the styles were very different. It was worth the trip.

When I first came to Agui Temple, I had a question in my mind: how was this place built? There were no roads in the past, so how were they built? It is indeed a temple located deep in the mountains, and it is quite new, but I heard from the locals that it has existed for a long time.

The Inner Mongolia Hetao Cultural Museum is free. You must wear a mask when entering, otherwise you cannot enter. You will go through security check as soon as you enter. Because it is close to home, I used to go there often. Hot water is also provided inside. If you want to go in and browse, you can bring your own water cup.

The scenic spot is small and in its original state, but it is authentic. There are no crowds, and you can quietly feel the border war 1900 years ago. You can get there directly by navigation. Take the "Wuwu Line". The county road is newly built, with few cars. It runs along the southern slope of Yinshan Mountain and the scenery is beautiful. Follow the signs on the road and go through the village to get directly to the Gaotai simple parking lot. If the navigation tells you to enter the canyon, go 500 meters deep and it is on the west bank of the canyon.
