Jaipur Step Well is one of many architectural wonders in India, and it is also an attraction that is easily overlooked by tourists. Unlike common wells, there is only a simple edge or well platform. The edge of the well is a masonry structure with elaborate carvings and even magnificent. People can go down the steps along the edge of the well to the bottom of the well to get water. In the past, it was an important facility for people to store and use water, and sometimes used as a place for religious ceremonies. Although it has lost its use value now, its historical value has attracted attention. The movie "Marigold Hotel" was also shot here because of its unique scenery. The Palace of Mirrors is the king's bedroom, located in the Amber Fort. The palaces are all carved with flowers and colors, the doors, casements and windows are decorated with various artistic graphics. At night, the "Candlelight Wonders" in the Mirror Palace is breathtaking. When people entered the palace, they closed the door and lit two candles in the dark palace. The candlelight flickered and swayed, reflecting on the roof and four walls of the palace, and the palace suddenly turned into a boundless sky. The little candlelight seemed to have turned into a sky full of stars, embedded in the narrow midsummer night sky. When people danced the candles they held, it seemed like gems were swirling and fluttering, making people feel as if they were in a fairyland where the stars were shifting. It turned out that the four walls of this circular palace were all inlaid with thumb-sized mercury lenses.
