As we flow in, we arrivedd around 7pm , checked in and had some dinner. It was fine. As we were walking around trying to get acclimated with the hotel. We were approached by a security officer named Rose. She really told us we were on private property and if we were not to be gaming, we had to leave the premises. We were also shocked by her demeanor and unprofessionalism that we were stunned. As we were walking away, I went back to speak to her again and asked downstairs one of the pit bosses or her name. As I described her, he mentioned her name is Rose. I asked if he could call her down for her to come discuss what had just taken place. I mentioned to her that we were hotel guest and that we had just arrived and we're getting acclimated and that we weren't there doing anything wrong. I asked why she had asked us to remove ourselves from the property . She told me she owed me no explanation and she was not going to give me an apology. I then asked her for her name and she said I don't need to give you that either. She was rude and unprofessional. She then turned to walk away. I'm sure all of this is on camera. I then saw her speaking to another man later. It was her boss Matt. He was more for professional I waited to speak to him and explained what had happened and how really she had us address for other couples. Sad thing about this story is as we were explaining this to other employees of the hotel they all mentioned that Rose has a reputation for being rude and unprofessional. So clearly this was not the first time for her to approach people and act so unprofessional. I'm not sure if this was done because we were all Latin. But either way it was unacceptable and no one should treat customers that way. it ruined our whole weekend and we really didn't have a good time. This was our first time flying out to the Reno hotels and we were hoping to come back again, but after this visit, we will no longer be returning to the Cesar Reno hotel.

Booked through this site, but no coupons were offered, which was quite disappointing š . I booked two rooms and arrived at 2 PM for an early check-in, but the front desk still assigned us two rooms facing different directions and quite far apart. I was really unhappy with this arrangement, especially after giving a $20 tip. The parking lot is small, and it's hard to find a spot if you get back late (around 5 PM), plus it costs $25 per night. The room wasn't as good as I'd imagined; the decor felt a bit outdated, and the shower area only had a glass partition, no door. I feel like the street-view rooms at MGM have newer, cleaner, and more comfortable decor with better views. Although they're slightly smaller than Bellagio's, they're over $100 cheaper per night, offering better value for money. However, Bellagio definitely has the most atmospheric Christmas decorations in the entire city. And if you want to see the O show, staying at Bellagio is super convenient since it's right downstairs.

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip. The Eiffel Tower view from the hotel is stunning, especially at night when it's lit up ā truly a beautiful sight. The Bellagio Fountains are directly across the street. The room itself is very spacious. The only downside is that after checking in at the front desk, finding the room was incredibly inconvenient, almost like a maze. You have to go through multiple elevators and make several turns to finally reach your room.

This hotel is located right on the Las Vegas Strip, making it a popular tourist attraction and quite bustling. Given the price, my expectations for the room weren't high, but I think it offers good value for money. 500 RMB+ per night plus the resort fee is quite affordable, and it's convenient to walk everywhere. I'd definitely recommend it for those on a budget!

The location was good as it was in the centre of the strip.
The check in was fast but they seemed to charge for every small thing and I felt the check in staff was trying to convince me to go for an upgrade
The room was acceptable but they refused to give me a king bed ( even though it was available) and even though I requested them that I was travelling with my partner, I was told that as I had booked through Trip website I would have to pay additional USD 20 for king bed although the booking specifically said I would be provided if available- which it was, but they wanted extra payment and also I was provided room without a view because I refused an $ upgrade and I was told on the face that this was the case.
This is not a good policy- I can understand if nothing is available but if at the time of booking it was mentioned and If you are a couple and bed is available then they should consider.
The beds were ok and the shower was small but usable- better water pressure in the shower would have been good.
No basic amenities like other hotels such as coffee maker, fridge ( they asked $20 for fridge????) were provided in the room.
No late checkouts were allowed even for an hour - they asked $20 per hour for every hour over 11:00am- all other hotels I stayed in US consider slightly late checkouts.
The luggage storage facilities were good and the checkout was easy.
The lobby and casino area were intermingled and was full of **** smoke and smell.
So in summary the price is cheap but you get what you pay for.

Everything was good but not great. Expect a long line if you're checking-in in the evening. The total price for room, fees, and taxes were slightly more than originally quoted through Trip.com. When I mentioned it the person checking me in looked straight in my eyes with no smile and said you want me to go over the fees again? I didn't need that. I think she probably heard this many times and was pretty much telling me she's tired of hearing it. I guess this is expected. The room was clean. I enjoyed PT's sports bar the best. Oh, and Top of the World restaurant was good also. Ordere Ribeye that was cooked to perfect temperature but was salty. But I guess you go there for the view and not the food.

The room was incredibly spacious, and the entire lobby was gorgeous. The Chinese restaurant downstairs was also delicious. The bed was so soft that I ended up soaking in the tub for two days straight, and the bathtub itself was quite comfortable. The price wasn't too high either. Their convention center is super convenient and comfortable. Staying here for the Global Consumer Electronics Show was really practical.

We arrived a bit late on the first day, around 6 PM. We had booked two higher-priced double rooms with street views, but at check-in, we weren't given adjacent rooms. Instead, we received rooms in completely different directions and far apart. One room faced a side street, and the other was a corner room right by a major road. From the outside, it was clear they were on the interior side of the building, with no real street view. To make matters worse, the glass windows were completely covered with a grid-like advertising film, making it impossible to see anything. We paid extra for a nice street view, so this arrangement was completely misleading and not what we paid for! It's disappointing that the price here was the same as on the official website, but booking here didn't come with any vouchers. The rooms themselves were fine, a bit smaller than the Bellagio's but felt newer. It's convenient to stay here if you want to see David Copperfield's show, as it's right downstairs. There weren't many Christmas decorations; the Bellagio had the most Christmas spirit in the whole city.

Harrahs Las Vegas ā Decent Location, Mixed Experience
The room itself was acceptable ā not exceptional, but functional. Housekeeping did a solid job on the floors and bathroom, though some less-trafficked areas showed dust. The room felt a bit dated, and the closet placement inside the bathroom was an unusual design choice. We stayed on the 50th floor of the Mountain Tower, which sounds great in theory, but the street-level music from the Strip can boom all the way up and make falling asleep a challenge. One night there was an unidentified scraping/mechanical noise that persisted through the night and really disrupted our sleep. The beds were comfortable enough, and I particularly liked the pillows.
The standout feature is genuinely the location ā centrally positioned on the Strip with easy walking access to the Venetian and other nearby properties. If you're using Harrah's primarily as a base for exploring the Strip, it serves that purpose well.
The casino itself is a different story. Low ceilings and what felt like poor ventilation make the smoke situation noticeably worse than other Strip casinos ā non-smokers should be aware. Check-in had a fairly long wait; the self-service kiosks weren't functioning, so everyone was funneled to the desk. That said, the front desk agent who helped us was friendly and efficient.
Bottom line: Solid Strip location at a reasonable price point, but go in with modest expectations on the room quality and casino atmosphere.

TTriciaMy husband and I came to Hilton Lake Las Vegas to spend our 7th wedding anniversary. Check in went very smoothly. Shortly after our check in we received a complimentary bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. It was a very welcoming surprise which we genuinely appreciated. We had booked a couples massage at their spa and were very pleased with their services. It was quite relaxing and exactly what we needed! Our room was very clean and quiet. We ordered in room service for breakfast and the food was very much to our liking! Weāve stayed at this resort several times prior and have always been pleased with our stay there. We will definitely be back!

YYerJoshAmazing experience in The Venetian, it was our first time and you have to consider some great points to know why is the best hotel to stay in Las Vegas:
1. Amazing location
2. Direct Access to The Sphere concerts and Events
3. The Parking lot is easy to access in and out
4. Access to the Rooms are very close to the parking so you donāt need to walk too much
5. Access to food court are really close to the access to the rooms and that is amazing!
6. The Venetian gondolas attraction are really good and the whole decoration around is simply amazing!
7. The Rooms are recently renovated and the Deluxe Kings rooms have the option to see the Sphere and the rooms in the opposite side will see The Strip! So everyone will have a really nice view!
8. Easy access to the Las Vegas Strip Boulevard!
9. If you are planning to attend the CES, the largest technology event in the world you will have access to the Venetian Expo! So is the best place to stay during that event
Yyanyan5201314The room was quite spacious and cleaned daily. It's well-equipped and even has an exhibition, although there's an extra charge for it. The location is a bit out of the way, making transportation a bit inconvenient. The bathroom is large with a great shower (good water pressure and separate wet/dry areas).
GGuest UserI cannot find one single fault with this hotel its in a great location just off the strip travel in by monorail the views are amazing especially at night tge monorail has a station at the hotel
Paeking and check-in was easy 10 Dollar per day self parking check in staff pleasnt and helpful infact every member of staff is helpful
Room was very big great bed and pillow s

Lots of different cafes and restaurants on site
reasonably priced as are the bars
I give the hotel 10/10
GGuest UserThe staff was very helpful and friendly during my stay. I had to extend my stay and they were so accommodating which allowed me to attend to family needs. They had many food options and the gift shop came in handy for last minute needs.

EExpatI havenāt even checked out yet, but OK, hereās some photos. It is a nice hotel. Resort fees are minimal. They donāt take international cards quite easily for the deposit, but the hotel is the cleanest in the city. Thereās a nice vibe inside and the prices are OK. Iām not too crazy about the in-room mini bar, and I wouldāve been happier with a couple bottles of complementary water. They have slippers and robes, which is not common in Las Vegas anymore. Itās easy to get picked up and dropped off, but itās a little difficult to walk to other places. Itās still worth a stay here if you can get the right price. The bed is quite comfortable and the upgrade email that youāll get after reservation is actually worth it. Nice views.
