"I booked a king room in the Artist Tower and stayed in the Patron Tower. The two towers have different styles, so the free upgrade was a pleasant surprise.
The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient for travelers traveling by plane or train. I took Amtrak to South Station, and then walked to the hotel in just over ten minutes. It's even more convenient for the airport, with the Silver Line Airport Express taking just over ten minutes. There's also a walking path to the Silver Line Convention Center Station, making it convenient rain or shine. From Convention Center Station, you can transfer to the Red Line for Harvard, MIT, and UMass; and the Green Line for BU, BC, and Tufts.
The hotel is located in the Seaport area, clean, modern, and beautiful. Perhaps knowing that Chinese people prefer 8-story rooms, I was assigned a room on the 18th floor. The room was spacious, with a stunning view, including some ocean views. The red copper bathroom fixtures were very stylish and high-end. The bed was comfortable, neither too hard nor too soft.
The hotel offers several dining options, and I tried two. Cocorico Bakery had a wide selection of breakfast options and was also delicious. The coquette is like a French garden, quite fancy.
One thing to note: the first and last names on the Ctrip booking are reversed from the hotel records. The front desk couldn't find my reservation for a long time, but they finally found it after giving me the confirmation #.
Overall, I was very satisfied. I would stay here again."

The hotel's location is excellent, right in Back Bay, making transportation incredibly convenient. There's a shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel, and it's within walking distance of the train station. The views are great, with the Boston Public Library right downstairs, and shopping and dining are very accessible. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding comfortable, and the overall stay was very relaxing. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and both check-in and check-out were smooth. Overall, it offers good value for money, and the toiletries and coffee bar were also very good. The only minor downside was that there was only one chair in the room, which wasn't very convenient for two people.

A quick stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Boston Crosstown Center:
The Best Part: The breakfast here is an absolute winner! Huge selection (bagels, muffins, waffles, eggs, cereal) plus free coffee, tea, and hot cocoa in the lobby.
Location/Safety: Connected directly to the hospital. The parking area felt a bit sketchy at night (we saw police cars parked there), though we personally didn't run into any issues or bad people.
The Room: A bit outdated, but considering the price and breakfast, it’s completely fine for a one-night stop.

Guest UserThe hotel has a great location with plenty of restaurants nearby and is convenient for getting around. Parking can be booked in advance at nearby parking lots; the hotel charges 70, but you can come and go freely. The room is dark, with a kitchen and tableware, but the facilities are outdated. The refrigerator is particularly noisy, and combined with the air conditioner compressor right outside the window, there's low-frequency noise all night. Those sensitive to noise should be cautious… The sofa bed is old, makes noise, and the springs have lost their elasticity, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on. The bathroom has a separate shower and toilet, but the toilet seat is loose. The shower faucet doesn't close properly and leaks all night.

Overall a good experience for a pricey hotel in Boston. I think they are all quite expensive. Nice hotel and staff. Food and bar good. Liked the “free” tea/coffee, water and snacks, and rooftop pool and bar. I think that’s why they charge an amenity fee. No smoking at the rooftop pool/bar which was a pain. They should set aside a small corner for smokers as it’s outside after all.
I think the bathroom/shower facilities could be updated. The functioning of it seemed outdated and tricky to work. We only had a trickle of cold water coming out of our sink tap which was annoying.
Overall though a good experience for our 3 nights in Boston.

Trip saverCredits for food variety for the morning bf , complimentary snacks upon check in and free evening reception and free shuttle service to and from airport. Disappointed with reception poor services. Prepaid 3 nites room charges but only activated my room card for a night. Felt bad especially we had a day out coming back exhausted during night unable to enter the room, need to walk down and request for the key update which experienced unfriendly and rude management staff without apologies for the incident happen, in return asking back, what do you want me to do now?

Rooms are nice, water park is good, arcade was fun. Restaurant was horrible. Very under staffed, waited for 20 mins for our drinks, which was water with lemon and then another 40 mins for our food which came out cold. And loud, it's so loud. We have an autistic son and we asked several hotel workers for help. Can we sit away from the live music...no. Instead they seated us directly in the middle of the whole restaurant. They could've had more activities for families since it's the winter. We tried it and it's not our cup of tea.

Clean, new rooms. Convenient location. Walkable safe area. Comfortable mattress. Would highly recommend! We even tried the brunch buffet downstairs and while it was a little pricey it was great! We can't wait to go back again. Easy check in and check out.
