"We received a very warm welcome; the staff were welcoming and lovely. There are plenty of free activities: tennis, paddle tennis, board games, concerts, bars, restaurants, cats, etc. However, for a 5-star hotel, I was a little disappointed. There was a lack of professionalism in the restaurant; we were seated at a table that wasn't set or very clean. The room hadn't been cleaned properly before our arrival: the mirror was dirty, the floor was dirty (we found a used contact lens on the floor), the sheets were stained and had grains of sand on them (?), etc. We requested additional cleaning, which wasn't done. The jacuzzi was dirty, and the steam room door leaked, so it didn't work properly."

There is no hook in the shower for robes Sink knobs with hot written in French and cold written in English!! Fixed shower that doesn't move and you can't adjust the flow of water! For the lights in the room there is no general switch to turn everything off from the bed and therefore you have to get up to do it Room safe not working and you are forced to use the one in reception every time. Lack of simple things like an umbrella for customers in case of rain!!! Lack of enough sockets to charge cell phones and other things Bathtub without hydromassage Positives Friendly and helpful hotel staff Very good and plentiful breakfast"

Advice to find places calling taxi and even doctor in case of need ( lived person my sister is falling there he has brought us a huge help call from the ambulance doctor and always asks news ) The servers are de-amour ! Price a little cheap ( to drink ) Swimming pool clean beach like cleaning rooms nothing to say it is directly respectable At the top nothing to say much thank for your welcome !"
