"I had a very satisfying stay here! The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to get around, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and both check-in and check-out were very efficient. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, allowing for a great night's sleep. The bathroom was odor-free and well-stocked with toiletries. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and tasted great. Overall, the atmosphere was cozy and comfortable, and it offered great value for money. I would definitely choose this hotel again and recommend it to friends."

"I like this hotel as the location is a plus. Very short distance to Calle Crisologo if you want to eat out. They also have their own resto in the hotel although very small. Over all i like staying in this hotel and this is well recommended!"

"The deluxe room was spacious for a family of 4, and take note of the washroom providing a “suite like” feel. Although the cabinets were obviously worn out, one of them had molds and can even smell once you open it. However, room had been kept clean throughout our stay in. There was a limitation on access to amenities. The beach was closed due to soil erosion, hence we only able to use the infinity pool. Prepare cash for the deposit of 2k per night. No lift (south wing, ocean wing) we had to ask assistance from the hotel concierges to bring the luggages all the way up to the3rd floor."

"The reception was good. It was a smooth transaction when I arrived. The room was hot when I got into it. I found that the staff wasn’t trained properly & seems like I have to ask for every thing. I was there for 4 days & they never replenished my water bottle. The bed was a bit hard but comfortable enough. The breakfast was ok. I was very disappointed when I had to ask numerous times for my change when I booked a boat through them to go to hundred islands. I paid 500 pesos for convenience fee for them to organise the trip & evrytime I asked for my change back they keep telling me that they have to ask the boatman first, then the guard, then the department of tourism and various excuses. I didn’t get a direct answer until the next day. I trusted them to do the transaction smoothly that’s the reason I paid for the convenience fee. I would’ve done the job myself & preferred to give the boatman the 500 pesos as he really looked after me for the whole day. The hotel is Brand new but needs some more decor in the room & have an air conditioning working in the lift & the foyer. The restaurant staff wasn’t as friendly but accomodating. They seems all so uptight & doesn’t practice common sense. The most disappointing part of my stay is the designated smoking area. It was in the motorcycle parking lot & way out, outside of the hotel. I didn’t feel safe going out for a smoke as it’s also a bit dark & there’s rubbish everywhere. The ashtray was full of other rubbish & the garbage bin was full for all the time I was there. I’m writing this all as a productive criticism for an improvement for my next stay & for other guests that will be staying in the future. Otherwise the hotel is nice, great pool overlooking the hundred islands the gym was ok . The hotel transfer was also nice but I have to asked first. I hope it’ll be better next time I stay. "Good -Park like setting, pet friendly, many nice pools to use. Couple villa has own little pool surrounded by plants for privacy. Air-conditioned room. Warm shower water, local drinking water provided. Eating area inside room, ref and sink. Gated entry with gate guard. Provided breakfast, portions are local but quite filling. Plenty of onsite parking (watch out for coconuts above car). Golf cart with driver available but the walk is really short and mostly flat. Toothbrush and amenities provided. Ants and bugs are typical so not an issue (bug spray recommended for foreigners). Employees welcoming and very responsive and well groomed. Room service (took for all meals). Bad -lack of food menu in room with room service offered, housekeeping called Butler but not. Provided cell phone with load, load expired initially. Updates every 6 hours to phone via text message. 80% of time housekeeping could not be reached. Menu once either found on web site or brought to door many things not available and size of portion not clear. Food cold sometimes upon delivery and or not taste very good, food service is slow. Bar soap provided is nice but small (cut down from a larger bar). A bit of a drive to anything else nearby and not much else found to do here. Ugly -Breakfast order lost on last day to check out, was placed 6PM in person at door night before. If had not called would not have been provided (since we had pet with us, opted for room service) Housekeeping light not working at front door to make up room. Ref compressor noise. Sometimes arcing / hum noise coming from electrical panel. Expectation of vacationer not in alignment with profit margin site manager is attempting to generate from each stay. You are left with a feeling of overpaying for a level of service that was lacking and this felt in relation to how the business just seems to be run. Arrival was overwhelming (good) but departure needs improvement."

"The place has a lot of potential, and we had a generally pleasant stay. The staff were accommodating, and we appreciated their flexibility with both check-in and check-out. They also provided bellboy assistance for our luggage upon arrival and departure, and the check-out process was quick and hassle-free. However, the property could benefit from better maintenance and housekeeping. Some of the door knobs were broken, and the restroom doors had no locks. We also requested assistance to fix the restroom drainage and remove a frozen cockroach from the refrigerator, but unfortunately, no one attended to these concerns before we checked out. Since the weather was bad during our stay, we ended up spending most of our time inside the accommodation, making the condition and cleanliness of the room even more important. I hope the management prioritizes regular maintenance and improves room cleanliness to provide a better guest experience. Overall, despite these issues, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back."

"Me and my parents had a good time during our stay. Every one is so kind and polite.  I love the amenities, food, location, and most especially our room view from our balcony that I requested prior to our checked-in date.  Away from the usual elyu noise at night time wherein you can really relax and enjoy the beach.  If you want a very peaceful and relaxing place, don’t hesitate to booked this place ‘coz it’s worth every penny you will pay. ☺️"

"Maybe the best hotel in Bolinao area. Excellent landscaping, swimming pools, garden, kids area. The only drawback and really a little one is the staff service. I give this mark because they are really not helpful for giving touristic information for landmarks around, and especially for the Giant Clams - for me the real treasure around in this area. Other than that, it is really a place to go and stay - there is no hotel around that can compare."

"My wife and I visited Vigan City for a motorcycle trip. The hotel is an amazing building, the staff were great, there was a huge selection of food to choose from. The roof deck pool and bar was very nice place to chill. They had secure parking below the hotel which was perfect for storing our bikes off the street. Only think I can think of was that was not to my liking was the bed pillows, they were thick were I prefer a thinner pillow. But that’s no big deal."

"I really like this hotel, though a bit difficult to find at the beginning, some people doesn't know this hotel and found out that's its just new. But eventually we figured it out, we saw the street sign Calle Jacinto. The room is clean with bath towel, liquid soap, tooth brush, bottled water. Paulo is very accomodating when we've reached the hotel. There are some decorative paintings around the living room area at the second floor. Though you can smell the freshly paint but since I love painting so I really don't mind it😁. It's a walking distance from the famous Calle Crisologo. We walked around and watched the famous dancing fountain at night and we don't have difficulty going back to the hotel since it's just near. The only problem we've encountered in our room is the toilet bowl has some problem but we've talked to Ms. Meg their supervisor and they will surely fix this asap. They served a set meal breakfast, you just need to choose which one you like to eat with coffee or juice. Overall, our stay is satisfactory and this hotel is highly recommended."
