"This hotel's location is absolutely perfect! It's right in the middle of Lakeside Road, making it convenient to get to either end of Phewa Lake. The surrounding area is Pokhara's bustling city center, but because the hotel is set back a few hundred meters, it's completely quiet at night. We checked in the day after our trip to Australian Camp and immediately indulged in a spa treatment at the hotel, which was an excellent experience! The hotel staff were also very attentive and patient, helping us arrange transport and plan our itinerary. The room facilities aren't luxurious, but they're clean and tidy, and absolutely sufficient. This is a fantastic hotel! I'd definitely stay here again if I come back to Pokhara!"

"This retreat is a magical place. The most beautiful view one could wish for in Pokhara. It takes roughly 30 minutes to arrive by car from either the airport or bus stop. The view of Himalayas with gorgeous sunset and sunrise is the reason we chose to stay here. We spent 4 days 3 nights here and we were blessed with breathtaking views. One particular day was fully clouded so it really depends on luck. Stay longer! The rooms get pretty cold in December and luckily they are equipped with heater. I think the bed is just okay, definitely could replace with better ones. The shower takes a awhile to heat up and that's okay but i think they should add a tray to place toiletries for easier shower. The room also need more hooks or a wardrobe to better hang our clothes. The retreat also has a little garden where they plant vegetables. I love going up there to see what they plant. There is a short hike down the retreat to reach a look out point and the world peace pagoda. The restaurant serves good breakfast. Though i wish they could serve all items at once instead of coming out 1 by 1. The dinner menu is slightly expensive and there are some hits and misses. I would recommend the jhol momo, thakali set, pork chilli, chicken manchurian. I think the soup options are way too overpriced for the portion. Lastly, i would like to commend on all staffs here for the exceptional service and hospitality. We even got a small gift that came with Nepali ritual i believe as a blessing. All the best to the team and continue to make this place better."

"Location is perfect. But water pressure is unbelievable small it's gonna take you double time for shower as the water pressure is super small. Breakfast service is also poor, they want you order coffee or drinks from them but they don't come to you at all."

"Poon hill stayed at this hotel before and after four days of hiking. The only five-star hotel in Bokhara is very cost-effective. The location is a little quiet from the city but the transportation is convenient. It is also close to the airport. The pool gym is all available, especially the hotel's own massage center KINJJALA lives alone. The service is warm and the masseur is professional. A deep massage after hiking can relieve more than half of the fatigue. The chat has no intention of revealing the birthday. The massage center informs the restaurant to send small cakes and the staff's collective birthday song blessings when I eat. Thank you beauty KUSUMU. A highlight of my trip."

"Rooms were average size. Disappointment was that none of the rooms had clear view of either lake or the annapurna range. To have a look at the same you need to go to the terrace from where we witnessed the majestic sunrise over the mountains each morning. Buffet breakfast spread was also average where if you go at 8:30 am, most of the items were finished. Had to request multiple times to replenish the exhausted items. Another point was the housekeeping service. They come to clean the rooms around 3-4 pm in the evening. So if you are back in the afternoon after going out at early morning, you would still have the uncleaned rooms. I am not criticizing but these are certain areas of development. Regarding view from room, there is nothing they can do."

"The boss is a person who worked in Korea, so he is very good to Koreans :) At that time, I asked for breakfast early because of the schedule, but I ate well and trekked ^^ Thank you!!"

"The hotel's environment is good, next to Lake Fewa, when the weather is good, you can sit in the hotel's pavilion and enjoy the lake view. The hotel is near the end of the lake, close to the landing position of paraglider, a little far from the city of Pokhara, and about half an hour walk to the city, taxi is not very convenient. Hotel facilities are average, near the lake area there are many small mosquitoes at night, but each room is equipped with mosquito repellent."

"I stayed here for 1 night then left to hike and then came back for another night. One of the most impressive hotels I’ve stayed at anywhere in the world. Professionalism is 10/10 from the security guard to the restaurant waiters to the receptionists to the manager Rozeena. Everybody was just going out of their way. Food was great (I had the chicken tandoori), the hotel has a genuinely good aesthetic with the pool and the lake view. The location is great (ATMs right nearby). The rooms are clean and neat. Hot water ran fine. Bed was soft. Live music in the restaurant. Great guard dog (golden retriever). My final day activity ran over time and they even let me check out a little later after notifying them in the morning. Big breakfast buffet that also runs pretty early so was able to get it both days. They have their own airport shuttle too which was cost effective and easily arranged. Pretty much every box ticked. Would highly recommend if you’re visiting the area and I will definitely be back when I visit Pokhara again."
