"Recommend if you are looking for a short trip, location is convenient, can go many places for food hunting. Best part is free complimentary tickets for Lost world Hot Spring and Night Park. We enjoyed ourselves with the petting zoo, hot springs and fire shows. The animals inside are very cute… Room is clean and staffs are friendly there. Feel warm as insect repellent lotion is provided. 👍"

The breakfast was nice, with a good variety of vegetables for the salad. The Singapore-style bihun goreng was so yummy! However, the rice for the nasi lemak tasted a little bit unusual. My kids really enjoyed the cereal, bihun goreng, bread with jam, and the pastries. Plus, near the hotel, there were plenty of restaurant and kiosk options around the Bulatan Sultan Azlan Shah area. At night, you can rent bicycles, buggies, and other vehicles to ride around the roundabout—it was so much fun! There was even a small train, which the kids absolutely loved. In the morning, after our wonderful breakfast, my kids and I went back to the roundabout for a brisk walk and spent some time at the playground. It was really enjoyable and a great way to start the day. I would also like to send my appreciation to Trip.com customer service. The staff responded to my issue promptly and truly tried their best to resolve it. I’m very happy and grateful for the support from Trip.com. Keep up the great service!"

"We stayed at Ipoh Bali Hotel for 4 days and 3 nights for our honeymoon, and we’re truly so grateful we chose a local honeymoon instead of flying overseas. This place made our trip feel peaceful, romantic, and memorable. From the moment we checked in, Raidah was incredibly warm, helpful, and friendly and she even checked us out at the end of our stay. Her hospitality really made us feel welcomed and taken care of throughout the trip. All the staff we met during our stay were genuinely friendly and welcoming. Every time we walked past, we were greeted with smiles, which made the atmosphere feel so warm and comfortable. We also had massages during our stay, and the masseuses were amazing. The service honestly felt like a 5-star experience, professional, relaxing, and exactly what we needed after the wedding. A special mention to the breakfast team as well, especially May, who was so kind and attentive. The food was excellent. We loved it so much that we ordered the same dishes twice during our stay, the Balinese chicken porridge and the Balinese rice set (can’t remember the exact name, but it was so good!). The room itself was spacious with beautiful high ceilings, giving such a cozy Bali-inspired atmosphere. One of our favourite parts was the sound of flowing water from the balcony at night It was incredibly calming and helped us sleep so well. The bathroom was also very spacious and came with a lovely bathtub, which made the whole honeymoon experience even more special. Honestly, the hotel felt like a 5-star resort experience to us, so we were surprised to find out it’s officially rated 3 stars. The service, atmosphere, and overall experience exceeded our expectations. Overall, this was the perfect honeymoon stay for us, and we will definitely come back again in the future."

The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any requests. The hotel's location is convenient, with many popular attractions and food spots nearby. Breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety of choices. Overall, it offers excellent value for money, and I would gladly stay here again when visiting Ipoh."

"The hotel is located slightly off the town center. Room is decent with comfortable beds. However, the lights in the room and bathroom are very dim, more like a night club atmosphere. The hairdryer is faulty..it can only operate for a few seconds, then it turned off by itself. The room can be quite noisy as it faces the main road. However, breakfasts were decent with generous servings. It's not buffet style, but it's like a set lunch style, served by a robot."

"Overall, we had a pleasant stay and enjoyed our experience. The hotel’s direct beach access was a huge plus, especially for the kids, who had a great time. My main feedback is regarding the breakfast restaurant. I think both the service and dining environment could be improved. The air conditioning wasn’t sufficient to keep the entire dining area comfortable, especially during busy hours. The breakfast seating arrangement could also be managed better. Since the downstairs dining area was full, we were assigned a table upstairs. However, the food selection upstairs was very limited, so we had to go back and forth downstairs several times to get the food we wanted. It seemed that the restaurant lacked sufficient space to comfortably accommodate the number of guests during breakfast, which affected the overall dining experience. Other than that, we had a good stay and appreciated the hotel’s excellent beachfront location."

"My third stay at The Banjaran Hotsprings Retreat. The peaceful surroundings, exceptional hospitality, and attention to detail are exactly what keep me coming back time and time again. A special highlight of this visit was dining at Jeff's Cellar. The setting inside the limestone cave is simply breathtaking, and the fine dining experience was outstanding. Another wonderful stay, and I'm already looking forward to returning again."

"The hotel design is pretty nice and has 3 swimming area, including a kid's pool. However, when we requested for extra towel after swimming, the hotel mentioned they do not provide for swimmers. They also do not provide water bottles in the room. So... it was a bit out of expectation. Lastly, it's the cleaniness, we have found a rubber hair band (we have short hair and need not hair band) under the bed after last checking of the room before we check out."
