"Hotel Zeta is an amazing hotel, I felt so loved immediately I entered the hotel. Svetlana customer service is impeccable!!! Always willing to assist in anyway she can. She is WONDERFUL!!! My room was beautiful and the views were to die for❤️❤️❤️. Behind the hotel is very touristy….you can take so many amazing pictures also there are so many sea side restaurants close to the hotel. The location of hotel zeta is spot on👌 . The breakfast was so so good. The environment was very clean it felt like home. I had access to the sauna , jacuzzi and steam room. Mario was also amazingggg. I really enjoyed my stay and I will definitely visit again. ❤️❤️❤️❤️"

"A wonderful hotel in Becici, starting with its location, right on the first line (a 2-minute walk to the beach). The hotel is new. We booked a two-room apartment with a sea view. The room has everything necessary. Kitchen-living room: kitchen unit with dishes, pots, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and coffee machine, a sofa bed, drawers, and a TV. Bedroom: a huge bed, comfortable mattresses, wardrobes, mirror. Bathroom: shower, toilet, sink, washing machine, hairdryer. On the ground floor of the hotel, there is a SPA (pool, gym with exercise machines, sauna, hammam, 2 showers, and 2 toilets). The hotel is from 2025, everything is fresh. We are happy with our choice. We stayed for 7 days. Excellent impressions!"

"Beautiful hotel with a stunning view and stylish, well-designed rooms. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the breakfasts were delicious. Our TV wasn’t working at first, but it was replaced immediately. For a birthday, we were pleasantly surprised with a slice of cake and a complimentary spa treatment for two. A very thoughtful and enjoyable stay!"

"Excellent hotel, fantastic location! The breakfast is good. We had dinner at the hotel a few times, and the 25 euro per person dinner was really nice. The only thing I didn't like was that we were only given our room exactly at 3 PM, as stated. I understand we arrived at 10 AM, but they could have at least tried to get us in earlier, especially since some other guests did get their rooms sooner. Another thing is the villa rooms (I booked a standard room but got a villa). They're not very comfortable... they're quite a distance away, requiring a lot of stairs to climb, and the room itself is two stories which makes no sense as the living area isn't functional, the sofa doesn't fold out, and for a couple, there's absolutely no point in having this villa; a simple room would have been fine. But I guess families with children don't want to stay there, nor do older people, because of all the stairs. Otherwise, the hotel is superb. I think if we return next time, we'll definitely stay at this hotel."

"I was so fed up with everything that I just rented a room with a sea view and spent two days in peace and quiet. So what I did: 🔸Lying in a clean fresh queen size bed ALONE and watching TikToks and laughing for a few hours 🔸Went to the spa, laying in the jacuzzi, swimming in the pool, laying in the sauna, trying out all these different pleasantly smelling showers 🔸Had dinner at the Chinese Jade (okay, but the dessert was overpriced, I scooped up some kind of coconut soup with fruit ceviche) 🔸Fell asleep in about 5 minutes, had a lot of dreams, slept well and didn't want to get up or go anywhere; woke up to the sound of the sea OH YES 🔸Had breakfast like a queen, a truly luxurious buffet with salmon, eggs of all kinds, pastries, I was digesting tomorrow for the next five hours 🔸went to the spa again, visited the gym (there was no one there, just me, gorgeous), soaked in the jacuzzi. Took a shower, washed my hair, waited for a taxi home to Becici (5 minutes by car 5e) Keep in mind that these are off-season conditions and I was extremely lucky that there were few guests at the hotel (mostly Albanian families). I liked it."

"The hotel is clean, newly renovated, and furnished. We booked a studio with all the amenities: a kitchen (stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, and dishwasher), a large comfortable bed, a sofa, a large TV, a wardrobe, an iron, a clothes dryer, a washing machine, a water heater, a shower, and a balcony—everything is in excellent condition. Cleaning, towel changes, and daily refills of coffee and dishwasher tablets are provided, with bed linen changed every four days. The hotel is well located, with two supermarkets nearby and a cafe right downstairs. Slavyanskaya Beach is a 10-15-minute walk from the sea, and Morgen Beach is a 25-30-minute walk. It's a bit far, but we went to Morgen Beach, which for us is the best beach in Budva with a beautiful, clear sea. Along the way, there are plenty of cafes and restaurants, shops, a park, a beautiful alley, and the old town—clean, quiet, and beautiful! The only caveat about the hotel's location is that it's hard to find the first time. The entrance is behind the Cosmos Hotel building. There's a discreet little sign on the front door, but that's a minor detail. I liked the hotel and highly recommend booking it! Montenegro is a beautiful, peaceful country!"

"A very pleasant hotel with a quiet, intimate atmosphere. In mid-May, the nearby hotels and bars had not opened yet, so the area felt a bit deserted -but we actually enjoyed that. The beach was peaceful and beautiful, with a mix of sand and pebbles and a gentle entrance into the sea, though special water shoes are recommended. Breakfasts are served on a terrace overlooking the sea. The hotel restaurant, located on the same terrace, has stunning views of the sea and Sveti Stefan island. The service was very good, the food was delicious, and the portions were generous. Prices are high- twice as expensive as restaurants nearby. The hotel’s location is excellent: about a 5-minute walk to Miločer Park and the beaches of Sveti Stefan, Queen’s Beach, and King’s Beach, and around 25 minutes on foot to Pržno, a charming fishing village with many restaurants. If you walk up the stairs near Nobu, you can reach a street with many cafés and restaurants offering very good value for money within about 10 minutes. The staff were excellent. When we had an issue with our room (in the mountain-view room, the restaurant ventilation becomes noisy from around 5 a.m.), the hotel provided us with a complimentary upgrade and also arranged a late check-out to match the timing of our transfer. On the beach, the staff help with sunbeds, towels, and umbrellas, and everyone -managers, waiters, and beach staff alike -was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. "The general impressions are mixed. If we talk about the settlement - it starts at 3:00, we had very early arrival and usually in other hotels - you can pay a little more to get you set up earlier or offer some alternative options for a more comfortable stay. Perhaps, of course, there were too many visitors and options for us to wash or make ourselves clean. We were offered to visit the spa zone. Therefore we just about 6-9 hours were on the shelons 🫠🫠🫠 The spa zone itself leaves the best to be clean. The pool that was in the room was dirty with sand, it seems that the guests swam first in the sea, then in the pool. Cleaned it for only 2 days. Sauna and Hamma look unclean, TK requires repair/cleaning Broken chunks The food was very good. There was a big choice and everything was delicious. There was no claim at the location too. The hotel is in the coastal zone, there is a path to the viewing area and a beautiful transition to another beach. There are many good institutions nearby where you can eat. If you generalize - in the absence of other options - you can stop. Otherwise - it is not worth"

"This place, calling itself a ”hotel,” was a disaster, with a long list of terrible things. The roof-pool you see on the hotel's pictures isn’t actually located at another hotel, and it was not mentioned at all! You need to climb about 200 meters to reach the other hotel where this pool is (although they offer as well driven cart to the other hotel). Once you get there, you can ”win” the second row of the pool's beds because you don't belong to this specific hotel- meaning they are making you a second-class guest. Moreover, there was no shampoo provided at all at the bathroom, only body soap. The AC was not working well. The temperature did not go below around 24 degrees even though I had set it to 19 degrees. As a result, I sweated throughout the night and couldn't sleep well. The hotel claim that the sun affected the temperature, but the curtains were closed, and there is no sun at night! To add to the misery, there was no hot water in the shower one evening at 7pm. I was told to wait and check again at 10pm, only to be informed that the issue was fixed. But, as you might have guessed, it wasn't. When I request to use another room's shower, they told me I couldn't and suggested I wait a little longer. I asked the reception to consider a compensation, but they completely refused. When we got back home, I emailed the hotel's chain management to get a real reference about this whole stay, and they did apologized, but could not offer me any refund because I didn't book our stay directly from the hotel. Instead, they did offer me a next stay discount- which I will never use of course. i wish i didnt had to write this kind of review for a high score 4 stars rated hotel. In my opinion save yourself the trouble and avoid staying there or any other place connected to their name. i wish i didnt had to write this kind of review. ps, attached a pic' of the toilet that was located at a narrow place to sit comfortably enough."

"Excellent hotel Beautiful, convenient location, up to the sea 7 minutes walk, next to a large grocery store, a large fish shop and a local market(it is small). The rooms are clean, convenient, every day clean, change towels. Breakfast is varied,a set of products is the same,but there is something to choose from. The staff is kind , mostly all local.In Russian understand, but do not speak. The only problem is that if you take a car hire,think first where you'll put it for the night.There are a lot of cars in Budva and it's hard to find a place.All the places at the hotel entrance are always busy, Find a free free place nearby is almost impossible.The underground garage in the hotel costs 15 euros a day! And this place in the garage needs to be agreed in advance to book it on you. This is not a minus hotel, it's just for you extra expenses!"
