"Sicuramente da andarci d'estate! Appena passata una notte il primo febbraio, uniche ospiti in tutto il riad. Omar gentilissimo e molto disponibile, ma abbiamo patito tanto freddo! Ottime le coperte di lana, sono state fondamentali! Dovrebbe mettere una stufetta in bagno perché non si riscalda con l'aria condizionata, che purtroppo non ha scaldato molto la stanza, enorme, che ci ospitava. Colpa anche nostra che non abbiamo indicato l'orario di arrivo per permettere a Omar di accendere prima (molto prima) l'air conditioning. Ottima colazione e riad delizioso, raggiungibile molto facilmente. Consigliatissimo, ma d'estate:-)"

"特別漂亮的里亞德，屬於摩洛哥傳統庭院式民居，環境沒話説，從庭院到房間到露台，每個都在我的審美點上，精美而且打掃得特別乾淨。 民宿位置很好，走路五分鐘就到了藍色大門，遊覽麥地那老城特別方便。就是在一條小巷裡，不太好找。其他老城裡的里亞德應該有同樣的問題，畢竟菲斯老城有9000多條小巷子，太複雜了 早餐是每人一份，精緻而豐盛，有三種麪包或當地麪餅類主食，橙汁，水果，酸奶，煎蛋，咖啡或茶。 服務人員態度特別好，我們是自駕，到達第一天導航把我們導到了一個禁入門口，顯示衹有300米，於是我讓先生停在那裡，我自己走路去找，但導到一個三岔口目標消失，眼前出現兩條很深的巷子。當地人問我要了20迪拉姆，結果到了才發現不是我預訂的這家，而是另外一家也叫Zamane的民宿，在我的央求下，工作人員帶我去了位於另一條小巷裡我要找的Zamane, 我看了一下門口的牌子，寫的是“Riad Zamane Maison d’hotes ”，而不是攜程上“Riad Zamane boutique &spa”, 不知道是不是這個原因，導致無法正確導到。當天會英文的經理生病了沒來上班，也沒有做好安排。特別感謝負責房間打掃的Nadia女士，放下手裡的活，跟我一起走到我們停車的地方，指引我們從另外一條路開到民宿附近停好車。 還要感謝一位H開頭（我忘了他全名）的帥小夥，幫我們去買礦泉水，他總是面帶微笑，見面就熱情打招呼，很親切。這裏想建議民宿能在房間裏放幾瓶礦泉水，至少一大瓶，菲斯很乾，太需要了。"

"The courtyard is quite beautiful, the breakfast is quite rich, the reception is very warm and it is a perfect and enjoyable stay. It is a 5-minute walk from the Blue Gate and a 10-minute walk from the bus stop to Chefchaouen. Oh, the scenery that the roof garden looks out is beautiful. Fine snacks and postcards were also given when leaving the store."

"Our experience at Marriott Fez was fantastic.Friends holiday with a group of seven adults. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was great . The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive to every detail, making sure we felt at home. It was one of our friends' birthday on the day of arrival and we had a fantastic birthday surprise from the manageress. Thanks to the entire team at Janan Palace. The Fes Marriott is a fantastic option with plenty to offer. The hotel features three excellent restaurants, each providing a distinct dining experience. The outdoor areas are impressive with a large swimming pool. Beautiful hotel to spend a few days while visiting Fes."

"BRAVO! Jamal and his family have transformed their ancestral home into a place that we (and other visitors alike) can call home in Fez. From meeting us at the main road and escorting us through the narrow lanes of the medina, to joyfully serving us breakfast each morning and a sumptuous dinner on our final evening, Jamal and family were super accommodating and friendly."

"Facilities: The rooms are quite large for a riad, living up to their suite designation. The beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms are bright. The common areas are truly stunning in Fès, worth a visit and photo opportunity, considering this 700-year-old building is truly breathtaking. However, since it's recently renovated, there's no need to worry about aging. The furniture and other amenities are made of exquisite materials, even featuring mother-of-pearl inlay. I stayed on a hot day, and the air conditioning in my deluxe room wasn't working properly, so I was upgraded to a family suite (all other room types were fully booked, demonstrating its popularity). Cleanliness: Clean and tidy, meeting five-star standards in the rooms, common areas, and restaurant. Ambience: The pictures show how beautiful the common areas are, with the mosaic walls, courtyard, greenery, and chairs all showcasing their craftsmanship. The hotel is located in the heart of the old city, about a 15-minute walk from the parking lot. The hotel is also easy to find, as it's surrounded by alleyways. Remember to look for the hotel sign on the walls. Service: Overall, the service was excellent. The hotel staff were very welcoming. The breakfast was plentiful, and dining on the terrace offered unique views of the old city. However, the luggage transfer staff were not hotel employees, so you had to pay a separate fee (they worked hard to earn their fees, so paying them was fine; just contact the hotel in advance). Overall, highly recommended!"
