"I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. It was clean and had nice amenities! I will give perfect score if:
1. They had a better pillow. The Japanese pillow is very hard. It is like sleeping in a stone.
2. The onsen has women staff, it is such a surprise to see a woman doing things in such place with people who are naked. Is a man okay to serve in the women onsen? I think it was awkward for the woman worker.
3. The quilt is like silk, it slides down to the bed when you are sleeping. It is not so comfortable to sleep on.
Other than these 3, everything is perfect.
There is not much in the area of the hotel but It is 6 minutes walk away from Awaza station, a few stops away from Namba station (where is dotonbori) there is a 7/11 beside the hotel.
I have not tried the breakfast, but there is a drink area open from 6-9 pm and you can get some beauty mask or other small things everyday in the reception. The receptionists are kind and polite and the hotel was quiet. The room is small but is convenient."

"Excellent! 👍 It might be a bit tricky to find for first-time visitors to Osaka, but it's no problem if you use navigation. It's very close to Tanimachi Line, Higashi-Umeda Exit 4, and also near the Nishi-Tenma 36 bus stop.
Facilities: Comprehensive, and there's even a hot spring pool to soak in. However, please note ⚠️, no tattoos allowed 🙅♂️.
Hygiene: The cleanliness of this hotel is superb! 👍 Extremely clean.
Environment: The breakfast quality is high, and the ingredients are excellent. But you need to eat early, around 9 AM, as they stop replenishing food by 9:45 AM.
Service: The front desk staff are also very friendly.
For friends who smoke, remember to use the smoking room on the first floor to light up! 😄 The second picture shows the smoking room."

"This was my first stay at a hotel from this well-known chain. I booked it last minute for one night, so I wasn't sure what to expect for such a low price. Well, it was pure bliss! Yes, by Western standards, the room is quite small, but I actually liked that because everything felt so thoughtfully designed. Everything was clean and tidy, all the appliances worked perfectly, and there was a wonderful bathroom with everything you could possibly need: body soap, shampoo, CONDITIONER, a loofah, razor, hair tie, toothbrush and toothpaste, towels, etc. There was even a yukata, and from what I understood, access to a spa area (though I didn't get a chance to try it). I will definitely stay here again when I'm in Japan. Arigato gozaimas!"

GGuest UserThe location is fantastic, right outside the JR station and a 5-minute walk from Universal Studios Japan's entrance. There's a convenience store and shops downstairs – a perfect choice. We even went back to the hotel to rest when it got too hot at Universal Studios, then re-entered in the evening to continue the fun. After a long day of walking, a relaxing bath and soak at the top floor spa in the evening was exactly what we needed to unwind. Everything was perfect, except for the crowds – too many people at breakfast and in the showers.

WwlishaI deliberated for a long time over which hotel to book and finally settled on Hanshin. After checking in, I completely forgot that my booking included breakfast. It would have cost over 100 RMB per person for breakfast if I'd had to pay at the hotel, so getting two breakfasts included with a 600 RMB per night room felt like a huge saving! Although the breakfast didn't have a massive selection, everything I tried was perfectly to my taste. On the first day, I ate breakfast around 7 AM and didn't feel hungry again until my second meal at 6 PM. The room, though small, was clean, tidy, and incredibly quiet. On the second day, when the staff asked if I needed room cleaning, I declined and instead asked for a bottle of hand soap. It was POLA hand soap, which is exclusive to hotels and not available for purchase elsewhere. The hotel is super convenient from Kansai Airport; you can take the JR rapid express directly to Fukushima Station for 1180 JPY per person. From the station, it's just about 50 meters across the road. It's also within walking distance of Yodobashi Camera and Hankyu Department Store. I highly recommend this hotel – it's excellent value for money!

GGuest UserThis is my second time in Osaka, and I chose the Waldorf Astoria again. The room facilities are excellent, and it's super convenient to walk to all the major department stores in Umeda from the hotel's underground access. However, the breakfast was quite disappointing. Apart from congee, there were no other Japanese food options at the breakfast buffet, only an à la carte set. While it was very refined, for the price, there should definitely be more Japanese food options included in the buffet.

GGuest UserI stayed here to watch a football match at Yanmar Hanasaka Stadium. The room walls seemed thin, as noise echoed a lot at night, which was a bit bothersome. However, other than that, I had a really comfortable stay thanks to the convenient access, great service, and the large public bath with a sauna. The room was also very clean and excellent. I'd love to stay here again the next time I go to watch a match.

XXiaoyuhuiThe location is extremely convenient. If you're looking for an old-school hotel vibe, you might find it here, but the facilities are really outdated – I couldn't stand them. The showerhead was in the bathtub and there was no separate shower, which was a real deal-breaker for me. I'll definitely stick to newer hotels from now on. The Japanese restaurant on the fifth floor was pretty good; I had sushi for a reasonable price, with 16k and 26k options available.

HHeisemengzhong97The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location right inside the airport terminal. If you have an early flight the next morning, staying here is incredibly convenient. You don't have to worry about traffic or time, and you can get a little extra sleep.
However, my overall experience was that the value for money wasn't great. The price of over 300 a night felt a bit high compared to the actual stay. The hotel was also a bit hard to find. I initially followed Google Maps, and the navigation showed a long detour. I ended up having to check Xiaohongshu (a Chinese social media platform) for directions to find the correct route. I'd recommend first-time visitors do some research beforehand.
The room was larger than I expected, and all the necessary facilities were provided. There was even a small lockable cabinet next to the bed for valuables like phones, wallets, and passports. For larger luggage, the front desk offers a locked luggage storage area, with each item individually secured, so security is quite good. The staff were also very friendly and enthusiastic when communicating, patiently helping with any issues.
That said, as soon as I entered the room, there was a strong, somewhat artificial scent, like the air fresheners often used in public restrooms or malls in China, or a heavy incense smell. I personally didn't like it, and after a while, it became a bit uncomfortable. Also, the duvet on the bed was quite thin, so if you tend to get cold easily, it might not be comfortable enough.
Overall, the main value of this hotel is its convenience for catching early flights. If you're just staying to catch a plane the next morning, I'd still recommend it. But for a regular leisure trip, I think the value for money for over 300 a night is just average, and the overall experience was fairly unremarkable.
