"We were good in the whole, but there are a lot to reconsider being a 4-star hotel. We say that from the reviews we had much higher expectations: the beautiful pool, quite small for the number of places available in the structure, few sleeps and lack of others in the equipment to add. If you don't get in a parasol right after breakfast, it's certain that after 1 h you're not gonna find any place and you're forced to sit in the tables despite the bathrooms in the pool. Another sin, cushions too low to sleep, almost inexistent, I asked for a cushion more and for having had to pray for it because I had been told initially that ” they were finished ” , When a coat was found in the careful control. Good food, but something to look at about quality. Cutting miserable, they brought us 2 pieces of parmigiano and two mozzarellins, the rest all salts recycled from breakfast. The spacious rooms, the perfect cleaning of the hotel. The spa is to be seen absolutely, the prices are excellent! "Hotel facilities are very good, the location is a bit biased, if it is not a bit inconvenient for self-driving. At the checkout, I hung someone else's dinner wrong on our account. At that time, I didn't understand because of the language problem. Later, I asked, the service staff was still very impatient to put on the face, bad review!"

"I loved the location - near Lidls (perfect for stocking up for beach trips). Also near Decathalon. But they gave us 2 single beds and we were on a honeymoon claiming I had requested it. Their system is getting orders mixed up, as my actual request they didn't have in their system. Breakfast is decent, scrambled eggs every day which were good, but as someone who doesn't eat meat would be good for more choices. There were croissants, yoghurt, water. I'd stay here again. I also used their turkish steam spa which was lovely - easy to book in your time. Room decent size too."

"Our stay was simply wonderful overall – we felt completely at home and would return anytime! The rooms are beautifully furnished, modern, impeccably clean, and above all, incredibly quiet. The beds are very comfortable. The entire property also appears very well-maintained, new, and stylish. The underground parking directly at the hotel was also a big plus for us. The breakfast was truly excellent by Italian standards – and absolutely decent even compared internationally. We had no complaints here. We were particularly impressed by the private beach with its accompanying beach club. The beach itself is beautiful, the water is crystal clear, and the entry is pleasant and straightforward. In our opinion, the location is one of the best on the island – especially for sunset views. Many people from the surrounding coves gather around the beach to watch the sunset, so it can get quite lively there in the evenings. In contrast, the private beach club is much more relaxed. The beach is about a three-minute walk from the hotel, so you don't really need the shuttle. Nevertheless, the buggy service is, of course, very convenient and a nice addition, especially with beach gear. Although we were told at the hotel that there were only a very few free sun loungers for hotel guests at the beach club in September, we had no trouble finding an available one on each of our visits. Alternatively, there are also very nice daybeds for about €70, which we therefore didn't need to use. If one were to look for a small suggestion for improvement, it would be the consistency of service. Some staff members were exceptionally friendly, always had a smile on their faces, and were very attentive and courteous. Others also did their job very well but were a bit more factual and less warm. This is explicitly not a negative point and did not affect our stay at all – as a small piece of feedback for further optimization, a bit more consistency here might be nice. The hotel's location was perfect for us: by car, you can reach the city, numerous restaurants, and the harbor in about 5–10 minutes. At the same time, the hotel is pleasantly quiet, and with the private beach, you have a real highlight right on your doorstep. Overall, it was a thoroughly successful stay for us. Five stars and a clear recommendation – we would definitely come back!"

"The hotel is good for a city hotel. The pool on the ground floor is quite warm and not very appealing, partly due to being covered. The pool at the roof bar is more like a kiddie pool. The massage was excellent. The restaurant food was very good; unfortunately, we couldn't get a table the following evening and had to eat out. When we returned, there were plenty of empty tables in the restaurant??? But we also had a great meal outside."

"Good standard hotel with spacious if somewhat dated but clean rooms and a nice pool with bar. Great location if you want to be close to Olbia Terranova train station as it’s next door. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the old town. Rooms do not have soundproofing so not ideal for light sleepers. I arrived at 12:30 and was told the room would be ready between 2and 3p. As check-in officially starts at 2pm I sat down and waited patiently only to see some other guests get a room straight away. At 2:15pm a Dutch guest kicked up a fuss when he was told his room wasn’t ready and he too was then given a room. At this point I protested (having waited for 1hr30) and then also got a room. Whilst the reception staff were friendly this was not a great check-in experience."

"We booked one night stay at this beautiful hotel, our room was very big and comfortable, with a small balcony, even though it was on the ground floor. Breakfast was good, with a limited options, a lady was very friendly and caring as my friend was not feeling well in the morning. Location is very good close to station and city centre."

"T Hotel is a typical business-oriented hotel, well suited for corporate travelers, conferences, and short stays. The rooms are comfortable, the facilities are adequate, and the overall experience is generally satisfactory. However, I would recommend avoiding the hotel during peak periods, especially when large conferences or events are taking place. During these times, the property can become extremely crowded, which negatively impacts the guest experience. The breakfast service is the area that most needs improvement. While the selection is acceptable, the breakfast area struggles to cope with high occupancy levels. When the hotel is full, the dining room becomes noisy, chaotic, and overcrowded, making it difficult to enjoy a relaxed start to the day. Better organization and additional staffing during busy periods would significantly enhance the experience. Overall, T Hotel is a decent business hotel, but it performs best outside peak conference seasons, when guests can enjoy a quieter and more comfortable stay."
