"Very kind staff everywhere inside the resort. Spa was clean, our room was cleaned every day, breakfast was almost same in every day but it was good with various selection of food. For dinner the main and hot dishes were different every day and you could find various cold dishes also. Location is good, restaurants, supermarket and beach nearby."

Zimmer waren sehr schön und die tägliche Reinigung hervorragend, auch die Damen des Zimmerservice muss man hier besonders loben.
Aber auch die Kellner (sprechen stellenweise auch gutes Deutsch) verdienen ein besonderes Lob.

"We were good in the whole, but there are a lot to reconsider being a 4-star hotel.
We say that from the reviews we had much higher expectations: the beautiful pool, quite small for the number of places available in the structure, few sleeps and lack of others in the equipment to add. If you don't get in a parasol right after breakfast, it's certain that after 1 h you're not gonna find any place and you're forced to sit in the tables despite the bathrooms in the pool.
Another sin, cushions too low to sleep, almost inexistent, I asked for a cushion more and for having had to pray for it because I had been told initially that ” they were finished ” , When a coat was found in the careful control.
Good food, but something to look at about quality.
Cutting miserable, they brought us 2 pieces of parmigiano and two mozzarellins, the rest all salts recycled from breakfast.
The spacious rooms, the perfect cleaning of the hotel.
The spa is to be seen absolutely, the prices are excellent!
The lack of staff, despite the period of freshwater, was felt in the various requests made, even in the very often waiting for a sprint on board pool.
I would say that if there were more than one kind of observation, this hotel could really be a good place, but we went away, a little unsatisfactory."

"The hotel is in a good location, not far from the city and 20 minutes from the airport, so I have plenty of time. The hotel service is average. There is no water in the room, so you need to buy it yourself. Only on the first day. The room is a bit small, and the bathroom is also very small. If you go to the toilet, you will bump into other people when they come in. Breakfast was pretty good"

"Our stay was simply wonderful overall – we felt completely at home and would return anytime!
The rooms are beautifully furnished, modern, impeccably clean, and above all, incredibly quiet. The beds are very comfortable. The entire property also appears very well-maintained, new, and stylish. The underground parking directly at the hotel was also a big plus for us.
The breakfast was truly excellent by Italian standards – and absolutely decent even compared internationally. We had no complaints here.
We were particularly impressed by the private beach with its accompanying beach club. The beach itself is beautiful, the water is crystal clear, and the entry is pleasant and straightforward. In our opinion, the location is one of the best on the island – especially for sunset views. Many people from the surrounding coves gather around the beach to watch the sunset, so it can get quite lively there in the evenings. In contrast, the private beach club is much more relaxed.
The beach is about a three-minute walk from the hotel, so you don't really need the shuttle. Nevertheless, the buggy service is, of course, very convenient and a nice addition, especially with beach gear.
Although we were told at the hotel that there were only a very few free sun loungers for hotel guests at the beach club in September, we had no trouble finding an available one on each of our visits. Alternatively, there are also very nice daybeds for about €70, which we therefore didn't need to use.
If one were to look for a small suggestion for improvement, it would be the consistency of service. Some staff members were exceptionally friendly, always had a smile on their faces, and were very attentive and courteous. Others also did their job very well but were a bit more factual and less warm. This is explicitly not a negative point and did not affect our stay at all – as a small piece of feedback for further optimization, a bit more consistency here might be nice.
The hotel's location was perfect for us: by car, you can reach the city, numerous restaurants, and the harbor in about 5–10 minutes. At the same time, the hotel is pleasantly quiet, and with the private beach, you have a real highlight right on your doorstep.
Overall, it was a thoroughly successful stay for us. Five stars and a clear recommendation – we would definitely come back!"

"Der Aufenthalt war hervorragend. Empfang, Zimmer, Lage, Poolanlage ausgezeichnet.
Was uns nicht so gut gefallen hat, war der Service im Restaurant und Frühstücksbereich.
Es ist Bedienung an den Theken und diese wurde rationell und schnell abgehandelt. Da keine Beschriftungen an den angebotenen warmen Speisen auslag, musste man natürlich fragen, was oft zuviel war und schnell abgehandelt wurde. Auch hätten die Speisen wärmer sein können. Ansonsten fürs Auge hervorragend.
Wir würden trotz dieser kleinen Einschränkung wieder kommen!"

"It is located in the Chia Laguna, one of the clusters of 4 and 5 stars of hotels. Beautifully managed landscapes and access to private beaches make this resort very attractive. However, it is for those who don't care about the quality of the hotel and for those who want to just sleep at night and take the most of the activities outside of the room. In terms of quality of the room, it requires lots of attention. You are most likely to enter your room through the sliding door, and then there is your bed, and there is a bathroom with a shower and toilet, bidet, and the sink. The bed is not comfortable, and there is a weird sewage smell coming from the bathroom, we had to spray our perfume and close the bathroom door, and leave the bathroom windows open. Typically, the hotel bathroom is a joy to enter, but this bathroom was one of those bathrooms that wanted to get out as fast as possible, especially with sewage smell. I had to dry my hair outside of bathroom so the sewage smell doesn't get to my hair. (Enough said) On top of our not-so-impressed experience, our neighbor left the TV on loud and party in their room until 3am, we couldn't sleep at all. Contacted the front desk at 1am, but loud noise still continued. Thank God, we only had to stay 1 night. I would have looked for another hotel if we had to stay one more night. Hotel reservations came with 2 meals, breakfast, and a dinner buffet. It was one of the worst food experiences not only in Italy but also in all the places we have ever been. At a glance, the buffet seemed fine and attractive, but as soon as we started tasting the food, we felt right away, we cannot expect much. Most of the dishes were extremely salty, lacked flavors, and the quality of each ingredient was bad compared to the dishes that we experienced in Cagliari.
If you only care about the location and the beautiful beach access, this is the place for you, but if you care about all the aspects of what the resort hotel supposed to offer, it might be wise to either spend a bit more money and stay at either Curio or Conrad properties or consider different location or hotels. "Incompetence and lack of professionalism are the basis of this resort branded Baglioni but there is little of Baglioni except the logo... It is an old resort called Paradaise, renovated as best as possible and used as a trap for foreign tourists who have few demands .
Staff not adequately trained and in some cases too pedantic.
Room cleaning not done or done hastily, at absurd times like 5.30pm. Leaving a greasy, wet cleaning cloth and a lot of hair in the suitcase…
That the guest service provided the laundry for free... I would say the minimum in cases like these.
For a 5 star hotel and even more so for a Baglioni there is a lot of work to be done to improve the services.
Deserving a special mention are Paolo and Antonello from the beach service who do everything to make up for the shortcomings of the structure, Francesco from the always professional restaurant and the director Victoriano for the upgrade."

"We spent one night at this stylish adults-only hotel, which specifically caters to *** couples, and were very satisfied overall. The atmosphere is pleasantly relaxed, the design tasteful and tailored to the target audience – modern, inviting, and with great attention to detail.
The rooms were clean, furnished to a high standard, and offered a high level of comfort. The pleasant privacy, which the hotel concept consistently supports, is particularly noteworthy. The wellness areas and common areas were also well-maintained and stylishly designed – ideal for switching off and feeling at ease.
Only the service fell somewhat short compared to the otherwise high standards. While the staff was friendly, they sometimes lacked attentiveness and responsiveness – small details that carry more weight in a hotel of this category.
Nevertheless, our stay was very successful, and we can definitely recommend this hotel – especially to couples seeking a quiet, stylish environment in an open and respectful atmosphere."

It is located in the Chia Laguna, one of the clusters of 4 and 5 stars of hotels. Beautifully managed landscapes and access to private beaches make this resort very attractive. However, it is for those who don't care about the quality of the hotel and for those who want to just sleep at night and take the most of the activities outside of the room. In terms of quality of the room, it requires lots of attention. Good standard hotel with spacious if somewhat dated but clean rooms and a nice pool with bar. Great location if you want to be close to Olbia Terranova train station as it’s next door. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the old town. Rooms do not have soundproofing so not ideal for light sleepers. I arrived at 12:30 and was told the room would be ready between 2and 3p. As check-in officially starts at 2pm I sat down and waited patiently only to see some other guests get a room straight away. At 2:15pm a Dutch guest kicked up a fuss when he was told his room wasn’t ready and he too was then given a room. At this point I protested (having waited for 1hr30) and then also got a room. Whilst the reception staff were friendly this was not a great check-in experience.

We stayed a night with my wife, my son and her girlfriend, and the experience was very positive.
Modern, elegant, but not cold hotel: you breathe professionality and attention to the client from the entrance. Spacious, clean and very quiet rooms, perfect for really rest. Comfortable beds (which is not expected) and bad rooms.
The hotel has a very good breakfast, with a wide choice of sweet and salad, and is suitable for everyone.
A comfortable location to move in the city, with parking available, which in Cagliari is a great plus.
In short, we felt comfortable as in the family, but with a true 4-star standard. We will certainly return and advise it without hesitation.

Incompetence and lack of professionalism are the basis of this resort branded Baglioni but there is little of Baglioni except the logo... It is an old resort called Paradaise, renovated as best as possible and used as a trap for foreign tourists who have few demands .
Staff not adequately trained and in some cases too pedantic.
Room cleaning not done or done hastily, at absurd times like 5.30pm. Leaving a greasy, wet cleaning cloth and a lot of hair in the suitcase…
That the guest service provided the laundry for free... I would say the minimum in cases like these.
For a 5 star hotel and even more so for a Baglioni there is a lot of work to be done to improve the services.
Deserving a special mention are Paolo and Antonello from the beach service who do everything to make up for the shortcomings of the structure, Francesco from the always professional restaurant and the director Victoriano for the upgrade.

I loved the location - near Lidls (perfect for stocking up for beach trips). Also near Decathalon.
But they gave us 2 single beds and we were on a honeymoon claiming I had requested it. Their system is getting orders mixed up, as my actual request they didn't have in their system. Breakfast is decent, scrambled eggs every day which were good, but as someone who doesn't eat meat would be good for more choices. There were croissants, yoghurt, water. I'd stay here again. I also used their turkish steam spa which was lovely - easy to book in your time. Room decent size too.

I am very happy to book such a quality resort in Trip.com! We stayed for a week, the Arbatax Resort is very large, built on the small mountain slope of the tropical style, there are three different styles of private beaches, it should be the most beautiful beach resort we have ever stayed in! The water temperature in the central and eastern parts is also very comfortable. It is much warmer than the water temperature in the north. Be sure to bring diving 🤿 supplies, tropical fish 🐠 seaweed sea urchins. The seafood resources are too rich! Four swimming pools, several restaurants, Italian dishes will not disappoint you! Buffet breakfast is recommended to go to the outdoor terrace on the second floor, the exterior is invincible! Tennis and padel are a bit expensive! However, you can participate in the daily group fitness class for free, and the coach is a sexy private tutor from Florence! The car can't enter the village, and you need to do a free bus to the parking lot at the gate 🅿️! You can also walk to the parking lot, uphill downhill good to digest some Italian food!

The beach is not ideal, water is not directly accessible from the beach due to sea coral, one has to walk down the pier to get into the sea. The staff are very professional and wonderful, very happy with the service, good breakfast with plenty of verity. The rooms are very small, would have been nicer if they were slightly roomier. Pool service could also be improved, more verity, such as fruits etc. Evening drinks are nice with very good live music. Had dinner at the hotel once, food was good, service was a bit slow out of the kitchen.

The hotel is located in the centre of Cagliari.Very close to restaurants, bars and also short walking distance. Good customer service..Overall,I love the antique interior design.. especially the lift and the room decorations.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank the front desk for giving his best service due to our early departure.He told us he could provide us early breakfast as we need to leave the hotel by 6 in the morning. Likewise,the breakfast was served right in front of our room. Highly recommended!!!Good service!!!

We spent one night at this stylish adults-only hotel, which specifically caters to *** couples, and were very satisfied overall. The atmosphere is pleasantly relaxed, the design tasteful and tailored to the target audience – modern, inviting, and with great attention to detail.
The rooms were clean, furnished to a high standard, and offered a high level of comfort. The pleasant privacy, which the hotel concept consistently supports, is particularly noteworthy. The wellness areas and common areas were also well-maintained and stylishly designed – ideal for switching off and feeling at ease.
Only the service fell somewhat short compared to the otherwise high standards. While the staff was friendly, they sometimes lacked attentiveness and responsiveness – small details that carry more weight in a hotel of this category.
Nevertheless, our stay was very successful, and we can definitely recommend this hotel – especially to couples seeking a quiet, stylish environment in an open and respectful atmosphere.
