ModouletianLocation: Very close to the Porta Venezia metro station, which offers convenient access to the Duomo and Santa Maria delle Grazie (where you can see 'The Last Supper'). It's a quiet area despite being central, with a food street nearby.
Facilities: For a European hotel, it's relatively new. While the amenities are on par with a budget hotel back home, it does have a decent-sized elevator.
Service: They offer 24-hour front desk service, and the staff's English is quite good.
Cleanliness: Overall, it's very clean.
A great choice among hotels in Milan! 👍

Don't get a room facing the tram line! It's incredibly noisy! Extremely noisy! Extremely noisy! Noise-sensitive people, beware! I didn't see a single comment about this, which is strange.
I mostly slept with noise-canceling headphones. I didn't change rooms because I was so exhausted from the train ride on the first day that I just fell into bed and didn't feel like it. Afterward, I just spread out my things and...
The location is great. Most attractions are within a 2km walk, and there are three supermarkets across the street.
I'll reiterate: Don't book a room facing the main entrance street!

Guest UserThis hotel is very welcoming and warm.
I didn't sleep, no problem with the group. The noise they were having was very disturbing. They sang and talked, which was very disturbing. For the weekend, avoid booking.

It's a really nice place next to the lake. Everything is clean, especially the breakfast is very good. It has its own parking lot, including the underground parking lot, so it is also very good for rental car trips.

i had an amazing stay but only thing is regarding me being offered due to miscommunication i was given the spa complementary but which was amazing but this morning the receptionist was making me feel uneasy due to my deposit.
he was questioning me and made me feel very agitated as i am entitled to my deposit back which will have €5 for shuttle €2 form lattee and i was told service charges. so i was told i would have around €42 deposit returned i have emailed yourselfs with no reply, taxi complaint who took my money from me and taxi did not appear and i paid €38 and not got that returned either.
the rooms where spot less beautiful.
the staff are lovely in the bar especially.
receptionist staff when speaking to them i felt as though i was bothering them when i was asking questions how to get to places.
but the rudeness i received as i went down to reception. as i was only given 2 small cartons of milk for my coffee and i like to drink a de caffeinated coffee i went to ask for milk and the way i was spoken to was horrible.
all in the hotel is lovely but staff need to learn more on there customer service skills cause treating customers like that they won’t come back

I had an exceptional stay at the Armani Hotel Milan. Everything about the experience was flawless — from the elegant design and immaculate cleanliness to the outstanding service. The staff were truly amazing — professional, attentive, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. Every detail reflected the brand’s signature style and luxury. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning on my next visit to Milan.

Not luxury. You must pay for omelet's and all eggs dishes. Nobody help with luggage in/from taxi.
There's a drunk bar right outside the window. They yell until the morning. The maid came to clean right after breakfast and said she'd leave in half an hour, and she only understands Italian. The room door wouldn't open with a keycard, so I had to go to reception several times before they helped; I was too lazy to help them right away. The room only has a shower, and it doesn't have a shelf for shampoo. As a result, the hotel is three times overpriced, and two stars are too many.

Our stay at Grand Visconti Palace in Milan was truly wonderful from beginning to end. The service was excellent — the staff were professional, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile, which made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay.
The hotel facilities were impressive and very well maintained. The rooms were clean, spacious, and elegantly designed, offering a relaxing atmosphere after a busy day exploring the city. The spa and common areas were also beautifully organised and added great value to the overall experience.
We were very pleased with the food as well. The breakfast offered a wide and high-quality selection, and everything was fresh and delicious. Dining at the hotel was an enjoyable experience, both in terms of taste and service.
Overall, we were extremely satisfied with every aspect of our stay. Grand Visconti Palace exceeded our expectations, and we would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Milan. We would definitely love to return in the future.

Guest UserThe hotel is directly opposite Milan Central Station, which is super convenient. You can tell the interior has been renovated, but unfortunately, the bathroom feels very plastic and lacks any sense of luxury. The sheets also had some stains, which was a definite letdown. On the bright side, the front desk staff were very friendly, and the breakfast selection was extensive with good-tasting food.

Guest UserBlockage of the radiator turned on at full blast with a bathroom impracticable at 30 degrees of temperature. Part of our heat, significant energy waste. The reception was informed, poor responsiveness in solving the problem. Furthermore, inserting that the SPA is among the services offered and not saying that this is paid for (in most hotels in Europe the SPA is free to use) is not a correct way of informing (and this also applies to trip.com , not only for Art & Hotel). It seems like we have returned to when in Italy you paid for Internet connection in hotels while in the rest of Europe it was free of charge. By the way, the wifi in the hotel is free, easy to access but with an excessively weak signal: insufficient both for working and for watching a film on the tablet. WiFi like this is like not having it. Acceptable compulsion, nothing more.
