Quiet quaint and family friendly. I went with my mum on a daughter mother trip and the hospitality was amazing. There is a small pool in our villa that we could soak in, ATV rides (extra charges) were fully guided by staff and it was convenient that we dont have to go out and book these adventures fun activities. Everything was communicated via whatsapp, even booking of private buggy from one point of the resort to another. Although there is a small negative part, the toilet smells of dead water and stunk up the whole room, otherwise everything is great for a quick weekend getaway. An Unforgettable Family Stay at Four Points by Sheraton Hotel! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely wonderful family stay at Four Points by Sheraton Hotel from 11 to 13 October 2026, and we honestly couldn’t be happier with our experience! We initially booked a Deluxe Ocean View Room and requested an extra bed. Viona kindly recommended upgrading to a Villa with just a top-up, and we willingly accepted her recommendation. While our room was being prepared, the team thoughtfully provided us with a temporary room to freshen up, which we truly appreciated. When the team brought us to our villa, we were absolutely amazed by how spacious it was! We were genuinely surprised and grateful for the upgrade. It was such a wonderful decision, and we definitely did not regret it. The villa made our family stay so much more comfortable and memorable. A special mention to the housekeeping team, who were incredibly patient and understanding when one of our children had an accident during the night. As parents travelling with young children, we truly appreciated their kindness, patience, and understanding. Thank you for being so accommodating and making us feel at ease during the situation. The breakfast experience was another highlight of our stay! Jenni and Monica were so warm, kind, and accommodating. They even asked if we had any special food requests and recommended Bakwan Jagung and Bakwan Sayur for us to try. We really appreciated their thoughtfulness and the extra effort they made to ensure we enjoyed our breakfast. What touched us the most was how Monica remembered our children’s names! ❤️ It was such a simple yet meaningful gesture that made our children feel recognised and happy. These little personal touches truly make a difference and turn an ordinary hotel stay into a memorable family experience. To make our stay even more special, the hotel surprised us with a complimentary cake as a farewell treat on our last day. It was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture, and a lovely way to end our family holiday. We felt genuinely appreciated as guests. A heartfelt thank you to Viona, Jenni, Monica, the housekeeping team, and everyone behind the scenes who made our stay so wonderful. Your genuine hospitality, thoughtfulness, and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. We checked out with happy hearts, beautiful memories, and smiles on our children’s faces. This stay reminded us that what makes a hotel truly special is not just the room or the facilities, but the people who go the extra mile to make their guests feel welcomed and cared for. The free shuttle from the ferry to the resort was super smooth. We got a great fruit juice and a warm welcome from the front desk. Lots of free activities there too. I was really looking forward to the dance and aqua dance, but after waiting in the lobby, we found out there wouldn't be a class that day. It would've been nice if they'd put up a notice so we didn't wait for nothing. Then we did other stuff like rock painting, animal education, and tie-dye tote bags, which was awesome. I even chatted with Mizhelle as she passed our dried tie dye the next morning while she did my henna – such a happy person! The room was pretty clean and roomy. The AC worked great, and they even gave us a cute, big woven bag to use. I brought earplugs because reviews said you could hear people outside. But all we heard were buggies, crickets, and frogs, so it was all good. Our stay included daily breakfast, and the hospitality was amazing. They greeted us by name, which made us feel special. The staff even remembered our names when we just walked by them – effort 10/10! We did the BBQ, which was an 8/10. It was a cozy dinner setup. Unfortunately, there were tons of mosquitoes feasting on us while we BBQ'd and ate, even with repellent on. The staff forgot the oil spreader, so we couldn't cook for a bit. But the night was still a great experience for us both. Definitely a memorable vacation. I just wish the lagoon stayed open longer than 6 pm.

At Nirwana Garden Resort, staff are friendly and genuinely nice. The beach is clean and clear waters that you can see fishes swimming around you… and watch sunset in the sea waters. Its windy and cool in the morning and evening. Food offered at good, esp the lamb shank stew. Also have nice spa - go for the Javanese massage! There are also 3 iguanas kept at the resort. We also went bowling and archery. At night we also went out for fireflies watching and kelong restaurant dinner.

We stayed at The Residence Bintan for 2 nights and booked two different types of rooms for each night. Our second-night stay was at the One-Bedroom Beachfront Villa, which came with an excellent sea view and a private pool. We truly enjoyed our stay. The villa was spacious, clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff provided exceptional hospitality throughout our stay. As we had booked two different room types, there would normally have been a three-hour gap between checking out of our first room at 12pm and checking into the second room at 3pm. However, before we checked out of our first room, we received a call from the reception informing us that our second room was already ready. We were therefore able to check in directly without having to wait for another three hours. This thoughtful arrangement made our stay even more enjoyable. On our last day, our ferry was scheduled to depart at 7am, so we had to leave the resort as early as 5am. The Residence Bintan kindly arranged transportation to the ferry terminal and even prepared packed breakfasts for us. We were genuinely touched by their thoughtfulness and hospitality. ❤️ From the warm service and excellent facilities to the beautiful views, The Residence Bintan made our anniversary trip truly memorable. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back again! 🌴❤️

A Perfect 3D2N Mother-Son Getaway! This was my second visit to Batam View Beach Resort, and it was just as wonderful as the first. I brought my mom this time, and she enjoyed everything about our stay. Food: Breakfast was a highlight, featuring a delicious mix of local and Western dishes. While we were bummed that the seafood restaurant was closed for dinner, the indoor restaurant/bar completely made up for it with great food and service. Amenities: The resort facilities are excellent, and my mom took full advantage of them. Overall, a fantastic experience. We will definitely be back!

The room was spacious, breakfast was delicious, and the pool water was clean. It's very close to the sea, and the service was excellent. They offer childcare, and there's a free shuttle service from the pier to the hotel, as well as a free shuttle for shopping. When checking in, they ask for your departure ferry details, and upon check-out, they arrange your ferry tickets and provide transportation to the pier. There was an incident where guests upstairs mistakenly tried to enter my friend's room in the middle of the night and asked housekeeping to open it. The hotel immediately called the police and checked the surveillance footage after being informed.

This garden-style hotel is truly amazing. It's a massive property, with several buildings spread across the grounds. The facilities are excellent, with a gym and pool to cater to different interests. The rooms are spacious, even the double rooms offer plenty of space. The highlight for me was the pool, located right by the sea. You can walk straight to the beach through the pool area – it's incredibly picturesque. The hotel staff were also very friendly and easy to communicate with; English wasn't an issue at all. While the hotel's main dining options were just average, the desserts were quite good. Highly recommended!

Coordination for the hotel transfer was smooth. Staff was proactive and our overall stay was so pleasant. Response to every query was prompt. Loved the breakfast buffet! They feature signature dishes daily from different places in Indonesia and it was so authentic. There were several live stations for eggs, breads and pancakes, local healthy drinks and even noodles or soups, even fresh fruit juices - you can request for your preference. Staff is awesome - one of the heads of the restaurant - his name is Fir - even recommended his favorite personal drink to make for us. Lobby staff are always warm and smiling. Amenities are well-maintained. The fact that we can have access to three hotels under Banyantree was amazing! Loved the beach! Loved the restaurant vibe esp at XANA club - food is impeccable! Place is good, food is great and people are wonderful! What more can you ask for? 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼😊😊😊 Coming from a FIRST TIMER to BINTAN.
