"We booked this hotel for the first time through Trip.com. The booking clearly said that a 7-year-old child stays for free, but upon arrival, the hotel claimed the reservation was for two adults only and asked for an extra payment for the child. It took about 30 minutes to sort this out while our tired child was waiting in the lobby. Check-in is only after 3 p.m., and even though we arrived early and asked to use the pool, we were told to buy a day pass. This has never happened to us in other 5-star hotels. The food hasn’t changed in years (this was our third stay), and it’s very oily — even the cottage cheese pancakes were swimming in oil. Our “Deluxe King” room was supposed to have a city or mountain view, but we got a view of another terrace instead. When we asked to change the room, they said none were available, although the hotel was almost empty. Also, body lotion and some toiletries are not provided unless you ask the cleaning staff directly. Overall, we were disappointed with the service and quality for a 5-star hotel."

"Очень хороший,новый отель,май-отличное время для отдыха с детьми,хвойный лес на территории отеля и вокруг,пыльца цветения сосны и ели очень полезна для органов дыхания.Наш ребенок зимой переболел ложным крупом и доктор рекомендовал этот курорт и это время года,здесь располагались детские санатории по профилю органов дыхания еще в советское время.Отель наверное лучший в этом месте,построен недавно для крутых лыжников,все на высшем уровне-и номера и кухня на завтраках.Каждый день новые интересные блюда местной и мировой кухни и нечто вкусное,что мы никогда и нигде не пробовали,хотя много путешествуем по разным странам.Например плов с разноцветными цукатами или варенье с маленькими сахарными шариками,надо будет спросить из чего. Персонал на ресепшен особенно душевный,все объясняют,во всем помогают,любят детей и дорожат гостями.Дали нам прекрасный номер,с видом на горы,лучше,чем забронировали-просто за улыбку нашего сына:) И электромобиль зарядить помогут-только зарядку с собой надо брать. Горничные прекрасные,уборка идеальная. Белье,полотенца ,тапочки и халаты меняют каждый день,расчески и зубные щетки,шампуни тоже. Вода,чай кофе каждый день,бесплатно. Первый этаж большой ТВ с мультиками для детей и бильярд с баром для взрослых. Русский и Английский знают все,мы тут как дома. СПА центр отличный,большой чистый теплый бассейн,теплый,даже горячий детский бассейн и джакузи,оба с гидро массажем. Фитнес зал хороший,сауны раздельные для М и Ж. Есть массаж и бьюти центр,все дорого и круто,сам СПА центр бесплатно для гостей отеля. Природа вокруг удивительная,даже туманы говорят здесь целебные. Большая детская площадка и в сезон даже аттракционы . На выезде из отеля квадроциклы и снегоходы. В самом Бакуриани есть несколько магазинов продуктов,даже оптовый дискаунтер с ценами вдвое ниже и круглосуточный рядом с отелем,пешком пять минут. А вот с кафе и дорогами-беда,ездить на легковушке проблема-ямы и канавы. За три дня где покушать не нашли,видимо не сезон. Еда только в отеле или в номере. Отель и Бакуриани однозначно рекомендуем и зимой и летом-круглый год!"

"Staying at Crowne Plaza Borjomi from October 4th to October 9th, 2024, was an exceptional experience. The check-in process was smooth, leading to a spacious and comfortable room that set the tone for a relaxing stay. The breakfast offered a delightful variety, catering to all tastes. The hotel’s location is simply fantastic. Nestled right by Central Park, it features a vast courtyard extending to a picturesque riverfront, surrounded by lush hills and greenery. This serene environment is perfect for unwinding and feeling refreshed. The food selection was impressive, with a diverse menu that never disappointed. Although the spa went unexplored this time, it’s definitely a reason to return. Overall, Crowne Plaza Borjomi offers a wonderful mix of relaxation and natural beauty, making it a place worth revisiting."

"The steamed bun of the castle hotel is still quite big, but it is actually a normal decoration hotel in the restoration of the castle. On the way from Yerevan to Batumi, it is very suitable as a transit place (except in winter). Not friendly to passengers with large suitcases, the parking lot is about 150 meters away from the hotel intersection, bread stone road, inconvenient to drag. The castle can be visited for a fee, in fact, the free area is enough to see, early look, the scenery is good."

"A great hotel! It's a little in the separation from the park. But inside - all super! Rooms are good! Spa is great! And bath and pool! A stunning Swedish table. Have dinner and breakfast - very delicious. Staff - polite, smiling. We spent all day and stayed delighted! We're happy to come back !"

"واجهت مشكلة عند تسجيل الوصول، حيث لم يتم التعرف على الحجز المدفوع مسبقًا عن طريق موقع Trip.com، وأصرّ الفندق على أن الحجوزات المعتمدة لديهم تتم فقط عبر تطبيق Booking. بعد عدة محاولات استغرقت حوالي 20 دقيقة، تم العثور على الحجز أخيرًا. لاحظت أيضًا أن جميع الغرف لا تحتوي على مكيف هواء، لذا يُنصح بالتأكد من الطقس قبل الحجز لأن الموقع يعتمد بشكل كبير على الأجواء. كانت هناك رائحة دخان قادمة من الشرف المجاورة للغرفة، ويبدو أن بعض النزلاء يستخدمونها للتدخين، مما اضطرني إلى فتح النوافذ لتهوية الغرفة. شروط الفندق صارمة جدًا، كما أن الغرامات مبالغ فيها؛ فهناك غرامة على التدخين داخل الغرفة، وكذلك على تأخير تسجيل الخروج بعد الساعة 12:00 ظهرًا. تجربة متوسطة بشكل عام، وأتمنى من الإدارة تحسين نظام الاستقبال"
