"## Positives - The facilities were incredibly clean and excellent, boasting breathtaking views. All the staff were friendly and dignified. The breakfast was also superb. ## Negatives - There was a group party on Friday evening. When we went to the restaurant for dinner, the service seemed to prioritize the party guests, and people were smoking near the outdoor dining tables. We couldn't finish our meal there, so we had to get our food packed and eat it in our room. The outdoor party continued late into the night, preventing us from getting enough rest. ## Other Notes - The hotel's location is quite difficult to access if you're relying on public transportation. A kind male staff member from the hotel gave me a ride there (I still feel bad that I didn't properly express my gratitude. Next time, I will pay his kindness forward to others). ## Tips for Travelers Using Public Transportation Gudauri is very difficult to access via public transport, though marshrutkas (minibuses) will drop you off between Tbilisi and Kazbegi, and vice versa. I traveled from Kazbegi, stayed for one night, and then moved on to Tbilisi the next day. - To get to Gudauri from Kazbegi, just tell the driver you're going to Gudauri when you board the coach bus heading for Tbilisi. (The cost is the same as going to Tbilisi, 20 Lari per person). - Once you get off in Gudauri, walk a little further down in the direction of Tbilisi. There's a shortcut using the ski slope path that leads directly to the hotel. This path connects directly to the hotel's restaurant (on the -2 floor). - Buses from Gudauri to Tbilisi are scheduled for 9 AM and 5 PM daily (in my case, the 5 PM bus departed at 4:57 PM). - The fare is 15 Lari per person. Be aware that the driver might smoke while driving and will make many stops to pick up or drop off passengers along the way."

"The hotel is simply superb! Responsive staff. We arrived tired in the morning, Lasha checked us in earlier than the allotted time, simply without words, we were able to rest. The room is clean, stylish, cozy. There is everything you need: a hair dryer, slippers, several sets of towels, slippers, sets with toothpaste/toothbrush, cotton pads, cotton swabs and even nail files. A wonderful woman who keeps the rooms clean, smiling, polite. Thank you. The breakfasts are simply incredible, they set a whole table, a girl and a guy, sorry, I didn’t ask their names, everything is very tasty, satisfying. Breakfasts were included in the price, but the variety of dishes simply impressed us. You can also have lunch/dinner. Separately, of course, this is the view of the mountains, cars drive by, but this noise did not bother us. We slept soundly, breathing in the mountain air. I will attach several photos. "If you come to Gudauri to ski, this hotel is not very convenient for those who love skiing. You need to reserve a car with the hotel to go to the ski resort. The journey takes about 10 minutes. The overall facilities of the hotel are relatively clean and tidy, and the rooms are quite large. The balcony can take pictures of the beautiful scenery of Rizhao Jinshan Mountain. In addition, the restaurant in the hotel is also very good. It is the best restaurant here and the price is not expensive. Except that the location is not very friendly, everything else is OK. PS: The hotel page states that there are ski passes and cable cars, but in fact the cable car fees need to be purchased separately at the ski resort."

"The room appeared simple but was incredibly functional and clean, with very comfortable bedding. The best part was the balcony, which directly faced Gergeti Trinity Church and Mount Kazbek, allowing us to admire the distant snow-capped mountains right from our bed. The room rate included two breakfasts, which were authentic Western style. Although quite different from Chinese breakfast, it was a pleasant change once in a while, especially the sausages, desserts, milk, and yogurt, which were all delicious—perhaps due to the fresh ingredients. "The best location in Kazbegi, I'm glad I chose it over a cabin. Every room has a balcony. The rooms with mountain views are a bit more expensive but offer a wider, better vista for sunrise and sunset. However, the forest view rooms are also nice, with glimpses of the snowy mountains and trees, just not as expansive as the full mountain view. Breakfast was excellent; it's basic Western fare but very high quality. We also had dinner at the hotel, which was good too. We didn't try any other restaurants in town, so I can't compare. It's a 15-minute drive to the church."

"The hotel was in a great location had good amenities, but if you want to swim make sure you take the tankini or bikini apparently the full body wear isn't allowed.  Breakfast was vast but everything was salty. And frankly no smiles from any staff i think it's georgian thing."

"The front desk lady is not very familiar with the business, and the order placed on the platform needs the manager to go out. There are a lot of wild dogs near the hotel. The second time I was attacked by wild dogs. I was afraid that the coat I wore in winter was stolen. The snow scene in the room was beautiful."
