On the day of check-in, the hotel charged a significantly higher price than what I booked, with the difference almost equivalent to a full night's stay. The hotel refused to refund the difference, citing 'fluctuating prices' and the fact that it was 'less than 24 hours before check-in.'
The room itself was consistently damp, and even running the air conditioning on dehumidify mode didn't help. The damp sheets and duvet made it uncomfortable to sleep.
Soundproofing in the room was poor; any noise from the corridor, especially if you're near the elevator, was easily heard inside.
The hotel's location is quite convenient, however.
This hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the Alhambra, which is a plus since it's right by the entrance to the attraction. Beyond that, there's not much to recommend. The breakfast wasn't good, and the service was just okay. Honestly, after experiencing this, I'd highly recommend staying at the Alhambra Palace Hotel instead, it's totally worth it. If they have availability, don't even hesitate. When I booked, the Alhambra Palace only had one night open. I wish I had known, I would have booked something in the city center for the second night. This hotel is up on the hill, which makes going out for meals inconvenient. There's also a tiny pool; I went up to look at the stars from there, but it was nothing special.
The hotel is totally brand new and the decorations are luxurious. Also, the service provided by Lorenzo Centella is outstanding and impressive. He is always energetic and enthusiastic. He made us feel really warm in Granada. Even though he said he is still exploring and studying (really humble), what he has done is nearly perfect. It’s also worth mentioning that the breakfast of the hotel is nice and the environment is chill and cozy. And if you get some time, spa in the hotel is also worth trying. Thank you for giving us this unforgettable memory and we will be back in the future.
From the hotels. It's worth five stars worth the location, very ideal, and the hotel with a beautiful history and a beautiful stamp not like the rest of the hotels, and its four-star rating is surprising. On my next visit to a intuitive Carpathian, I'm going to book the Botique Hotel in the gift of everyone, very, very, very. Thank you all the workforce on the thinness and beauty.
Highly recommend! Any issues were promptly addressed. It's within walking distance of the Seville Alcázar, and you can spot many orange trees nearby. The bedding was very comfortable. Definitely worth recommending, especially since we visited during the off-season.
We were a party of three, staying in a room with two single beds and a sofa bed. The cleanliness was acceptable. There's a large supermarket about a 5-minute walk away where we had dinner, and the prices were fair. Right next to the hotel, about a 3-minute walk, there's a bus stop for the bus to Granada Airport, which costs €3.1 per person. You can take bus route 32 to the Alhambra. Walking to the Cathedral takes about 15-20 minutes. Overall, the transportation is convenient. This was the cheapest hotel I stayed at in Spain and offered the best value for money. There's also a restaurant right next to the hotel with delicious food.

The hotel has a fantastic location! It's right next to the train and bus stations, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing! There are many bus stops nearby, making it easy to get to attractions or the old town! A wide variety of supermarkets and restaurants are also nearby, perfect for satisfying your cravings! Highly recommended!
The hotel is in a good location. You can still park your car for free nearby. Room was clean. Lots of amenities are provided. There is a bus (4) which brings you directly towards city center.
I absolutely enjoyed my stay here because of how great the location was and how convenient it was to arrive at the hotel from the train station. The hotel made me feel very comfortable because of its aesthetic and more importantly, the overall cleanliness of the room. The concierge was also very helpful in providing me with directions and offering to call a cab for me.

GGuest UserThis hotel is punching above its weight and winning. The staff are all really friendly and really take pride in making sure your stay goes well. While on holiday I had a problem with my suitcase not wanting to unlock (likely due to being thrown about in the plane). The staff helped me and found a solution to get inside by cutting the tags and smoothing them off to avoid injury. Without which I'd have had no clothes for the trip.
While in Spain we had the national power outage which was totally beyond anyone's control. The staff handled this the best they possibly could. Allowing us to gather water from the pool to aid with flushing toilets, which were affected by the power outage. Providing us with candles and matches. As well as the rooms having a torch inside. When the power came back on, they organised a get-together with complimentary drinks and nibbles to thank us for our patience. This was a lovely touch even though this wasn't the hotels fault. The room I stayed in had recently been renovated and I was so impressed by the new design and choices that had been made. The resort was kept clean all the time by the fantastic cleaning team who were always doing something. All members of staff were friendly and were on board with the hotels pledge to reduce its environmental impact. The hotel doesn't have dedicated parking but on street free parking is so easy to find between the hotel and the park that this isn't an issue. The location is minutes away from the seafront and a selection of places to get breakfast and other meals.
I've been to this hotel before, but I've seen a real improvement this year in how Sahara Sunset is being ran. I look forward to seeing how they continue to develop.
TTongWe spent four unforgettable days and three nights at the Seda Club Hotel in Granada. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable, with Ms. Martha providing a warm and welcoming reception that instantly made us feel at home.
The personalized check-in process with Martha was exceptional, complete with a welcome drink and detailed information about the hotel's offerings and local attractions. Her kindness, patience, and respectful demeanor left a lasting impression.
The breakfast crew, particularly Rafael, were outstanding. Despite attending to multiple tables, Rafael provided swift and efficient service. We also appreciated his exceptional service during dinner on one of the evenings.
Special mentions go to Pablo, who provided excellent service on our departure day, and Imma, who made our checkout process smooth and warm. The concierge team, who assisted us with our bags and escorted us to the taxi, were also noteworthy.
The staff at Seda Club Hotel truly made our stay special. Our beautifully decorated hotel room showcased evident thought and attention to detail in its design. Every corner of the room featured fine touches and small details that added to its charm.
One minor suggestion for improvement: the coffee and kettle cabinet was slightly cramped, and we were concerned that the steam from boiling water might affect the glass shelves and surrounding food.
Overall, our stay at the Seda Club Hotel was truly memorable, and we highly recommend it to anyone seeking exceptional service and accommodations in Granada.
AAnonymous UserI’m usually staying at Ritual hotel when in Torremolinos and always had a great experience… No this time when I didn’t see staff members at the reception being more flexible in order to satisfy customers request and experience.
When I made the reservation, specifying a strong preference for a room not located to the ground floor, upon arrival and check-in I was informed but the front desk that my assigned room was on the ground floor, directly contradicting the preference I had clearly stated in the booking notes.
I immediately raised the issue to the hotel staff reminding them of my prior request and I was told that the hotel was fully booked and not other rooms were available.
I strongly believe that my request could have been accommodated if they would have taken in consideration my enquiry during the room assessment … the clearly didn’t have mindset of customer centricity which was very disappointing.
LLAGIn terms of staff, I found it very weak. Check-in time took too long. Lack of friendliness among reception staff. And the same goes for the breakfast room staff. Not very friendly and with an apparent lack of desire/pride/interest in doing a job with sympathy and attention to the guest.
One last issue that I don't understand is that hotel guests do not have the right (without having to pay) to the reserved/exclusive area.
Strange, especially because it is a resort, where guests normally have full access to all areas.

GGuest UserBrilliant holiday, ideal for winter getaways, indoor pool and jacuzzi. The hotel staff especially Reben were so friendly and helpful. The minor issue was fixed within 10 minutes of reporting to reception. Like the what's app to keep us informed
GGuest UserNew, clean, and well-equipped apartment. It had a TV, ceiling fan, and air conditioning in both the dining room and bedroom. It also had a washing machine and dishwasher. Close to the seafront... definitely a highly recommended place.
GGuest UserSecond time at this hotel
A tad pricey but so is the whole of Marbella!
Love the rooftop pool and spa massages are the best I’ve ever had!
Staff are super friendly and accommodating
For an easy stay I would definitely return!

GGuest UserI liked the hostel; it's unique inside, like being in space. The capsules are clean, and it's a convenient and comfortable place to spend the night.
Great kitchen and lounge area with slot machines and games.
We stayed for one night; it was perfect for one night and new experiences.
