Guest UserThe hotel is absolutely beautiful, with a lobby that truly captures the local essence and boasts a fantastic design. After checking in, I honestly just wanted to stay in and not even go out! Riri at the front desk was incredibly thoughtful. Since I arrived on an early flight before check-in time, she upgraded my room so I could settle in smoothly. A butler delivered my luggage to the room and even asked if the temperature was comfortable and if I needed the oxygen machine turned on! The room was very cozy. After resting for a bit, I went out to explore, and later at 9 PM, I watched the Potala Palace and the sunset from the Tubo Bar on the 6th floor. When I returned, fresh fruit and yogurt were already waiting on the table! I couldn't stay longer as I was heading to Ngari, but I'll definitely be back to stay here for a couple more days!

XiaojingerdegushiMany people, myself included, often debate between the St. Regis and the Shangri-La, as both hotels in Beijing are quite unremarkable. Ultimately, I chose the Shangri-La for its value for money. I had considered Songtsam too, but common sense told me to be a smart spender.
Although the hotel shows its age, its architectural style is grand and refined, revealing luxurious material choices. Time has inevitably left its mark, but a classic car, even when old, is still a classic car. Moreover, service and quality require time to accumulate and withstand market scrutiny. While the Shangri-La may not have many existing locations, it still holds a strong market advantage, and it takes an discerning eye to appreciate it.
My butler, Bowen, arranged my room before I even arrived. Looking out the window at the Potala Palace's silhouette in the distance immediately set the mood. He then meticulously delivered on all aspects of my package. I found Bowen to be a man of few words but very steady, highly responsive, and an exceptionally smooth driver. He never asked inappropriate or subjective questions, which I truly appreciated. Over three days, Bowen's accompaniment added a unique dimension to my Lhasa itinerary. Among the few Tibetans I've encountered, he was a definite plus. I sincerely wish him all the best in his work!
The Shangri-La in Lhasa lives up to its brand's standards and enhances the reputation of its sister properties. I'm so glad I made the right choice; this will be a memorable and wonderful travel experience.

Guest UserThis stay completely refreshed my expectations of the mid-range hotel! The location of the hotel is too much, 5 minutes walk is the bustling market, the surrounding business districts, convenience stores are all available, travel for food is super convenient. Stepping into the lobby was cured by a faint fragrance and soft music. The front desk lady smiled very kindly. She took the initiative to help me upgrade the room type. She also handed in warm welcome tea. The check-in process was less than 3 minutes and the efficiency was super high.

Facilities: The facilities are complete and comfortable, and it is still very advanced to enter the room by face recognition. It is very good for the first time to try, eliminating the trouble of forgetting to bring the room card. The room is equipped with a massage chair to relieve fatigue. There is an oxygen concentrator, although the sound is a bit noisy, and the air conditioner is hot enough.
Hygiene: The hygiene is good. The towels and bath towels are plastic-sealed after disinfection, which is quite clean. It would be better if the details are strengthened a little more.
Environment: The environment is okay. It is difficult to park at the door. You can park in the back yard. There are many places to eat and shop around.
Service: The staff are very enthusiastic and take the initiative to help carry luggage. Although the power was cut off for an hour at night, the staff brought oxygen cylinders, which was very good.

Guest UserHampton by Hilton Shannan is a new hotel that will open at the end of 2024. The hotel's facilities are very complete, all of which are intelligent voice controlled. The mattress is very comfortable and clean. The room is large, and the toilet in the bathroom is a smart toilet, which is more advanced than the one in my home and can be controlled by remote control. The remote-controlled smart toilet is very suitable for me because it is difficult for me to use the toilet on an ordinary toilet. When we arrived at the hotel, we were given a free room upgrade and welcome fruit. The Coke, 7-Up, soda and mineral water in the hotel minibar were all free. The breakfast had a wide variety of dishes and tasted great. The price was well worth it. One thing worth praising is that the lobby manager also helped me book 5 rooms at Hilton Garden Inn Lhasa, the price was 80 yuan cheaper per room than on Ctrip. This service can only be praised. Next time I travel to Shannan, I will stay here again.

I came to Lhasa backpacking alone, initially planning to rough it in a hostel for a few nights. But then a friend practically forced me to try this Hilton, saying 'you'll know once you stay here.' And okay, I admit, I'm completely hooked!
The service was incredibly good. They proactively said, 'Let me arrange a comfortable yet affordable room for you,' and even hand-wrote a 'Lhasa guide' – telling me where to find the cheapest sweet tea, which monasteries have free entry, and which bus routes offer the best scenic views. The most touching moment was when I came back drenched from the rain one day. Immediately, someone brought me a bowl of hot herbal tea and a blanket, saying, 'Don't catch a cold, getting sick at high altitude is a hassle.' This kind of genuine care is something you might not even find in a five-star hotel.
The value for money was surprisingly good. Honestly, I expected a Hilton to cost at least several hundred, but the price I booked was much lower than I anticipated, even more cost-effective than some private rooms in hostels. The room was clean and spacious, with oxygen supply and a humidifier, ensuring a really sound sleep at night. While breakfast wasn't a lavish buffet, it offered plenty of tsampa, butter tea, and boiled eggs, enough to keep me full until the afternoon, saving me lunch money. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel, and getting to the Potala Palace or Jokhang Temple costs just one yuan, making transportation costs almost negligible.
After this stay, I feel like I hit the jackpot. Not just because it was affordable, but because of the unreserved kindness from the ******* people. Next time I visit Tibet, I won't hesitate – I'm definitely staying here again! 🙏🎒

The rooms are spacious and bright, with new facilities and the light orange decoration in the house is very warm. The concentration of diffuse oxygen supply can reach more than 24%. This is very important in the plateau area, which is very helpful for adapting to the plateau environment and helping sleep. The mattress is moderately firm, the quilt cover is very clean, and the quilt has a clear product label. There is also a small refrigerator in the house, which is good. The bathroom is clean and the layout is comfortable. The cute robot is responsible for delivering takeaways and express delivery to the room, which is very efficient. Xiao Li at the front desk service is very good. Stayed for a day and felt very good. Next time I come to Nyingchi, I will choose here, warm Home 2 suites by Hilton, satisfied!

Guest UserThe hotel was seen occasionally when we were about to arrive at Mangkang. The guy at the front desk enthusiastically led us to see the room. The facilities were complete and the environment was elegant. The front was the tributary of the Jinsha River. There were several hot spring pools. Due to the off-season, the guy upgraded the room for us. Living in a room with its own hot spring pool on the first floor, in it, as if you are in a Southeast Asian seaside water house, staying for one night is good.
, entry into Tibet can be used as a warm-up place to stay, exit Tibet can be used as a place to soothe fatigue, is a good choice!
