"My husband and I came to Xi'an to learn about its history and culture, and we chose this hotel through Ctrip. The hotel has an excellent location, close to Metro Lines 1 and 4. It's also near the train station and the city wall. The hotel environment is clean and refreshing, with great natural light and ventilation, and no unpleasant odors. The housekeeping is very meticulous. My only minor complaint is that breakfast doesn't start until 7 AM, which makes it impossible for guests with early departures or those traveling further afield (like to the Terracotta Warriors) to have breakfast. I'd suggest starting breakfast half an hour earlier. Other than the breakfast timing, our stay was fantastic. Highly recommend!"

"After much deliberation for this trip, I chose The Westin Hotel. It's conveniently located next to the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda, and the Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City is within walking distance. The overall design features Tang Dynasty-style courtyards, with a grand lobby exuding ancient charm. The guest rooms are spacious and comfortable, and some even offer views of the pagoda's night scenery. The hotel boasts a full range of facilities, including a swimming pool and a gym. Breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, with many local Xi'an flavors to sample. During the summer, it was noticeable that the hotel was quite busy, with the restaurant usually full between 8:00 AM and 9:30 AM. Since the hotel opened quite a while ago, some facilities show their age slightly, but overall, it's clean and well-maintained. Upon check-in, the hotel provided complimentary tickets to the Qujiang Art Museum, which is directly accessible via an elevator from the hotel lobby. The main exhibition hall showcases exquisite gold and jade artifacts, with dazzling Ming and Qing dynasty gold jewelry and jade pieces. There are also ceramic exhibition halls and a Picasso exhibition. You can scan QR codes to listen to audio guides, and a thorough visit takes about an hour and a half. Staying here allows you to leisurely visit the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda in the evening and explore the Everbright City at night, saving you the hassle of commuting. The nearby Joy City offers convenient shopping and dining options. During my stay, coffee and milk tea ordered were promptly delivered to my room by robots."

"Love love love this hotel!!! I stayed with my friend in a 2 bed 2 bath room for 8 nights and it was extremely spacious and comfortable. The rooms were very clean and the beds super super super comfy ( I could sleep it in all day but my itinerary was super full). The photos online are quite true to the actual room. They had extremely good service too, starting from the airport pickup, where they were on time and the car was spacious and luxurious! We did the 5 seater sedan at RMB100, the price is comparable to a didi premium but the difference is that they would track your flight and made sure to you were taken care of. The hotel even had Butler service and was very attentive, I could even get them to help store my friend's birthday cake sent from the local cake shop and send it up to us when we were back. The laundry service was handy for a long stay, it was easy to use (and we were on the same floor so it felt like home to just go to and from our room to the laundry room). They even had special prices for popular shows, easily saving more than 50% of the listed price. Thanks for being a home away from home! PS the cats on the 2nd floor is super cute!"

"Overall, my stay at the hotel was great: 1. The location is very convenient, just a 5-minute walk from Wenjing Road Station on Line 4. You can take a direct train to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, and transfer to Line 2 at the next station to go to the Bell Tower and South Gate. 2. The room facilities are new and complete, with smart bathroom features and a bathtub. 3. The staff are all very friendly and responsive to any issues. 4. There's a shopping mall nearby, which makes ordering takeout quite convenient. Having to switch elevators multiple times can be a bit much, but it's common for high-rise hotels with elevator control systems, so it's acceptable. Areas for improvement: 1. The pillows weren't very comfortable for me over several nights, but I didn't notice any information about pillow replacement. I hope the front desk staff can proactively inform guests about this in the future. 2. The phone's dial buttons are actually on the handset, which should also be mentioned beforehand. It was quite confusing when I was in a hurry. Finally, thanks to Lily for her assistance. Overall, I recommend this hotel!"

"HUAQING YUTANG Hotel can be considered one of the top hotels in China. Although it doesn't have a star rating, all its facilities and services exceed five-star standards. The service, rooms, dining, and views are all first-class 👏. The costumes, makeup, stage design, and lighting for 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' are incredibly beautiful and exquisite, and the performance is breathtaking❗️ Both the à la carte and buffet breakfast at the hotel are delicious and authentic. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of items, and most importantly, the quality is very high. My family loved it 😀. In the morning, you can enter Huaqing Palace directly from the hotel before other tourists arrive, making for a leisurely and pleasant visit. After exploring the park, you can head straight to breakfast – a perfect start to the day 😊. The hotel includes hot springs, including carbonic acid springs, which are very comfortable for soaking. There are also hot springs in the room, so you can enjoy a relaxing soak before a good night's sleep, which is very refreshing. Whether it was in the lobby, guest rooms, shuttle bus, restaurant, hot spring SPA, or with the doormen, every staff member we encountered was incredibly thoughtful and polite. They remembered guests, proactively identified our needs, and provided precise service, which deserves high praise 👍. The complimentary small gifts and welcome fruits were not perfunctory; they were all of high quality 👍. The hotel also provides a complimentary 'Jinghong' photo shoot where you can choose three free photos. The makeup, props, and follow-up photography were meticulously done, and the quality was excellent 👍. In summary, I am extremely satisfied. Thank you to every staff member. If I visit Huaqing Palace again, I will definitely choose to stay at HUAQING YUTANG Hotel, and I will recommend it to my friends 🌹🌹🌹."

However, after speaking with the hotel, the staff were incredibly helpful and arranged for us to be on the same floor. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and the buffet breakfast times are adjusted according to Huashan's operating hours. You can park your car in the visitor center parking lot directly across the street."

"The room was fantastic, clean, and hygienic. I specifically booked a room with a view of Mount Hua, which was a rare treat for a family trip. I looked at many hotels and finally chose this one, which seems to be the best in the area. The front desk staff were very welcoming and explained everything in detail. There was even a concierge who specially drove us to the hot springs. The hotel is located southwest of the Baolian Lantern scenic area, about a 5-minute walk from the tourist center, so it's very convenient. The hotel grounds are huge, and the greenery is excellent. After afternoon tea, you can take a stroll around the hotel; the environment is beautiful, and the air is pleasant."
