"We were upgraded to a courtyard room, which was a bit small inside. The location is great, right within the scenic area, and there's a car available to take you to restaurants inside the park. The private hot spring was ready in the evening. I had put up the 'Do Not Disturb' sign, so I was quite annoyed when I received a call at 10:00 AM, only to find out they were calling about breakfast. I wasn't sure how to react at that moment!"

"I came to Xi'an with my family and originally only booked one night, just to try it out. We ended up extending for three more nights! We were pleasantly surprised; the value for money is great, and the quality and spaciousness are definitely up to par. The front desk service was excellent; they even helped us store our takeout food in the fridge. My family also enjoyed the breakfast, though it would be nice if they added a few more Western pastry options."

"Didn't expect to have a choice of both soft and firm pillows! The shower pressure was fantastic too, washing away all the day's fatigue. And they even had freshly made Xi'an oil noodles for breakfast! Simple pleasures like these really make a couple's trip. Definitely my top choice for the next vacation!"

"The entire hotel is smoke-free, clean, and odorless. We booked a twin room with breakfast. It cost nearly 600 per night. Breakfast is only for two adults; children are charged extra. You also can't bring any outside food back to the room. The hotel TV is really annoying and practically unusable, with no channels working. There's no washing machine. You have to walk to the Huashan Tourist Center yourself. The hotel shuttle only goes to the hot springs; there's no shuttle service to the tourist center if you're not going to the hot springs. Unfortunately, we couldn't go to Mount Hua that day as it was temporarily closed. You can see Mount Hua from the hotel. The children's carousel and other amusement facilities on the first floor all require an additional fee. The breakfast is a mix of Western and Chinese, and the taste is decent. There aren't many dining options near the hotel, so you'll need to take a taxi to the city center to eat."

From the moment I checked in, her demeanor was gentle and patient, and the process was efficient and smooth. She proactively and thoroughly explained the room features, hotel amenities, breakfast times, and local transportation tips. During my stay, her response time was incredibly fast, and any small request was handled promptly and appropriately. Her detailed observations and proactive care, along with her warm and thoughtful service, were truly heartwarming. Her professionalism and amiability were outstanding, making me truly feel the high-end service quality of JW Marriott. It was a very rejuvenating experience. The hotel also thoughtfully provided a complimentary room upgrade, which was a delightful surprise! The upgraded room was spacious and bright, with an elegant layout. The entire room was impeccably clean with no hidden corners. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a quiet and relaxing stay. The toiletries were of premium quality, making for a particularly comfortable living experience. Coinciding with the Mid-Autumn Festival, the hotel's seasonal mooncake product was also outstanding. The texture was delicate and refined, with a moderate sweetness that wasn't cloying. The ingredients were substantial, and the packaging was exquisite, showcasing true five-star quality. It was perfect for both personal enjoyment and as a gift. The overall environment was elegant and grand, the facilities were comprehensive, and the hygiene was excellent. Coupled with Lily Cui's incredibly thoughtful concierge service, this stay was absolutely perfect and offered great value for money. It's definitely the top choice for luxury accommodation in Xi'an, and I highly recommend it!"

"First of all, the air conditioner is bad and there is no hot water! Why did I give a good review because the two girls I left at four in the morning had a good attitude and sent a souvenir and breakfast! But the problem I reported was that the hotel has not dealt with it! I think I am staying in a hotel to sleep and rest. Even the basic facilities and equipment can't be provided. Why are you still operating normally? I don't understand! Then you really said on WeChat that you must come to hot water in the morning. I can't take a shower when I leave! I hope you respect any guest who comes to the store! I gave this praise to those two girls! I really don't make up for my bad stay experience with 10,000 words in the hotel."

"This hotel is absolutely worth a special mention! First off, the location is excellent, with convenient transport links. The accompanying garden is truly unique in Xi'an. The public areas are grand and spacious, and even though it's not a tall building, it has four elevators. Our room itself was fantastic – great size, layout, natural light, and a lovely view, truly feeling like a suite. But the most outstanding highlight is their service. From the doormen and front desk to housekeeping, everyone was incredibly polite and helpful. Any request we had was addressed immediately. We had arranged for a twin bed setup beforehand, and it was all ready when we arrived, which was very thoughtful! Specifically, on our last day, our museum plans changed, and we couldn't get back to the hotel in time for checkout. We spoke to the front desk, and they graciously extended our checkout time on two separate occasions. As an extra touch, the hotel breakfast offers small bowls of *paomo* (a local specialty), which was a nice little bonus."
