"Checked in for a one-night stay on October 9th. The starry sky that night was absolutely breathtaking and totally worth the room rate! The butler reached out a day in advance and sent over the schedule of activities. Compared to the No. 7 Starry Sky and S Tent where we stayed the previous two days, Tengol is a huge step up—it has a real resort vibe, and the professional photography here yields incredible, highly photogenic shots. The room is very spacious with a huge bed, and the first round of drinks in the minibar is complimentary. The complimentary off-road vehicle ride offers scenery just as stunning as the one inside Shapotou, saving us from the crowded tourist zones over there. The evening show was heartfelt and well worth watching; the camel ride, horses, molten iron fireworks (da tie hua), and folk songs were all fantastic. Getting to watch them up close felt like having VIP seats. The stargazing session took place right outdoors under the night sky, which was an amazing experience. The instructor was great, and we even got to see Saturn's rings through the telescope! Plus, some generous guests set off fireworks for us to enjoy every now and then, haha. There are also optional professional photoshoot packages available, which are an absolute must for souvenirs! Breakfast was also miles ahead of the previous two places—both exquisite and delicious. Finally, our butler arranged a car to take us to the airport. A perfect single-night stay—I will definitely come back for a second visit!"

"The hotel offers a shuttle service from the Time and Space Gate, which was excellent. Three days before arrival, staff proactively called and added me on WeChat to check for any needs. The hotel itself is incredibly fun, mostly catering to families with children. There are various activities from morning to night, perfect for kids. The room was a bit old and small, but the outstanding service more than made up for it. Stepping outside, you're right in the desert. You can enjoy a sunrise or sunset over the desert from your balcony with a cup of tea. Each room comes with sand-digging toys and unlimited sandboards for sand-sliding. Inside the room, there's a generous supply of fruit, various drinks, yogurt, biscuits, and nuts. The food is also great, with breakfast, dinner, and even a late-night snack provided – so much so that I couldn't finish it all. I'd recommend skipping lunch, otherwise, you'll be eating too much in one day! The pool is unheated; I was the only one brave enough to swim in it (it's a semi-standard size). Make sure to visit the Stargazing Valley at night; I saw a sky full of stars like I've never seen before."

"A hotel I really like. Although the location is a bit remote, it doesn't matter because I drove here. It's not far from Huaiyuan Night Market. Let's talk about the hotel room. It opened in January this year and was just launched on Ctrip in April. It's very new, but it doesn't have any smell. The room design is very beautiful and the space is very large. The only regret is that there is no view outside the window, but there is a large outdoor terrace. The toiletries smell of lavender, I like it very much. We spent the first two nights here, one night in the desert in between, and the last two nights were originally booked at a different hotel. However, because everyone in our group felt this hotel was worth staying at again, we re-booked it. So, we ended up staying here for four days! After check-in, staff guided us to our room, explaining important show times and locations, as well as breakfast and hot spring times and locations. We received complimentary fruit and snacks upon check-in. After check-out, we left our earrings in the room, and staff kindly called to ask if we wanted them mailed. 2. Park Performances: We recommend entering the park in the afternoon to watch the entire evening show. The flow is smooth, culminating in the final large-scale stage play and disco. The park's staff provided excellent service, even reminding us when our next performance was approaching. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience with children and parents. 3. Hot Springs: The staff were very helpful, and while the facilities were slightly dated, the children still had a great time."

"This was the first time I'd encountered such a disappointing hotel experience on my Northwest Loop trip with friends! After driving from Zhongwei to the scenic area, we checked in late. The hotel customer service called beforehand to inform us that there would be renovations during the day and it might be noisy. Considering our early departure time the next day and the hotel's good reviews, we decided to stay without canceling. There were nine of us traveling together, with a lot of luggage. When we arrived at the hotel that evening, there was no reception or guidance at the door. We had to wander around with our suitcases for ages before finally finding the front desk. The lobby was dark and unfinished, which was already unpleasant. Only one staff member slowly processed our check-in. Because we needed to leave very early the next day and the hotel had limited rooms (we were probably a large group), we asked the staff member if they could arrange a simple meal for us before 8 am. They simply said they had regulations and couldn't provide it, without understanding our specific needs or situation. If it weren't so late, we would have canceled and rebooked immediately. Later, we got the manager's phone number, explained the situation, and the manager immediately said they could prepare a simple meal in advance. This wasn't about tourists being picky or the hotel not helping tourists; it was about the front desk not taking our feedback seriously at all. I strongly disagree with this. Check-in for 9 people took 20 minutes. The security guard went to great lengths to guide us to our rooms and carry our luggage. When we asked the front desk to leave our ID cards and issue room keys in advance, they ignored us, simply saying they were short-staffed! Whether your hotel has enough staff is your own problem, not a reason to delay your check-in. Their cold attitude and the dark lobby were truly frustrating. At the hotel I stayed at along the Hanzhong-Tianshui-Shuiwei Road, from entering the lobby to checking out, all the staff were warmly welcoming and proactively helpful. Visiting a carefully selected garden hotel in the provincial capital was a real eye-opener. What time is breakfast? Where do we eat? How do we connect to the Wi-Fi? How do we get to our rooms? The staff didn't offer a single helpful suggestion. Only the security guard repeatedly carried our luggage. When we called the front desk from our room, the phone was always busy. The feedback was that the service I received was not up to par with the hotel's standards. However, the security guard that night, the manager who called me that evening, and the restaurant staff and front desk manager were all proactive in providing service the next morning. Therefore, I hope that this elegant garden hotel can pay attention to the details of service. During my trip to Ningxia, I saw many beautiful sights and delicious foods, and also encountered many hotels with excellent service. I hope to find another hotel like this next time I come to Yinchuan."

"The room was clean and sanitary. I stayed here for three days. Breakfast is also good. There are steamed cereals, Western pastries, cold dishes and hot dishes every day. They are very child-friendly and basically not spicy. Yogurt, pudding, milk, soy milk and porridge are available. Diagonally opposite the hotel is Xiangyang Street (BBQ Street). The hotel is also conveniently located to several attractions in the city. It only takes 3-5 minutes to walk to the Drum Tower and Gaomiao. There is a park behind Chairman Mao, and across the park is the Gaomiao. Zhongwei Museum is a 6-minute taxi ride away. The hotel staff are all warm and polite. I left my mobile phone charging cable behind when I left. The cleaning staff found it in time and the lady at the front desk picked it up for me and brought it back down. She also gave souvenirs to the children. I’m really happy! The child asked why he should stay at Guyu Jasmine Hotel next time he comes to Zhongwei."

It's close to attractions and shopping districts, with easy access to dining and shopping. There's a free laundry room, which is a lifesaver for last-minute laundry, and you can even dry your clothes. They also provide local travel tips – definitely worth a visit!"
