"During my stay at Fushun Friendship Hotel, I was thoroughly impressed with the overall service experience. The professionalism and attention to detail exhibited by the staff were evident throughout, all delivered with efficiency and warmth.
The dining experience at the Chinese restaurant was particularly commendable. The dishes were authentic in flavor and meticulously prepared, reflecting a clear dedication to quality ingredients and culinary craftsmanship. Each course was a testament to the kitchen’s expertise.
While enjoying new coffee blends and refreshments at the lobby bar during my leisure time, the young female staff consistently maintained a polite and courteous demeanor, engaging in friendly and natural conversations that enhanced the relaxed ambiance.

"The room was clean and soundproof, so despite being right by the road, it wasn't noisy at all. The floor attendant was absolutely wonderful; she always promptly met our requests and greeted us warmly every time we saw her. On the first day, it was rainy and incredibly hot, so I showered twice and asked for two towels. The next day, she remembered my habit and automatically replenished two towels for me. It was such a thoughtful gesture and I was really touched. The young lady at the front desk, Kitty, was also very cheerful and even gave us some candy when we checked out. The staff in the lobby on the ground floor also helped with our luggage. This trip truly felt so warm and welcoming."

It's quite rare to find a serviced apartment hotel in a provincial capital, especially one with a two-bedroom suite over 100 square meters, near a bustling commercial area and right next to a high-speed train station. This unit boasts two bedrooms, two living rooms, two bathrooms, a laundry room, and an open-plan kitchen (fully equipped with bedding and tableware). The two bedrooms are also spaced apart, providing independent and undisturbed resting spaces for two generations, while still feeling like home. The hotel offers a private cinema, a kids' club, a gym, a billiards room, a golf simulator, a relaxation terrace, meeting rooms, a spa, and more. What's particularly thoughtful and convenient is the extended self-service breakfast hours, catering to different breakfast schedules. You can rest, work, and entertain without leaving the hotel. The location is right next to a busy commercial hub. The service, from the restaurant to the guest rooms and front desk, is impeccable – warm and attentive. This will definitely be my go-to hotel next time I visit Shenyang.

"Although this is an older five-star hotel, my impression was that it would be lavish but with outdated facilities. However, this hotel has kept up with the times. The hairdryer was upgraded to a Laifen, which works wonderfully, and the toilet is a smart Panasonic model. There's a smart alarm clock by the bed with a night light, wireless charging, and a radio.
In terms of service, they upgraded our room type and even helped us secure a reservation for the Hong Kong-style buffet when it was fully booked. When we left, they gave a doll to our child, which was a very thoughtful touch.

If I had to pick one downside, it would probably be that the hotel has too many rooms. It was fully booked during our entire stay, and we had to queue for breakfast every day. As three families traveling together, we couldn't sit together for breakfast even once."

"I chose this room at the Xiyue International Hotel during my business trip to Tieling, and overall, I had a very good experience. Here are my honest impressions:
The room has a very common minimalist modern style, with wood paneling and light colors, making it clean, refreshing, and not at all cramped. The space was much larger than I expected; there was plenty of room for the bed, sofa, and small tea table without feeling crowded. The bedding felt high-quality, and I didn't experience any back pain after a night's sleep, which is quite important for business travelers.
The bathroom is semi-open, equipped with double sinks, a large bathtub, and a smart toilet. The facilities are quite new, and the room was very clean. Taking a bath in the evening was quite relaxing. The room also provided complimentary bottled water, tea bags, and coffee, making it convenient to make your own tea. The bathrobes were also very soft.
Overall, the facilities, cleanliness, and space were all excellent, making for a very worry-free stay. There were no unpleasant issues, and I would definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Tieling for business."

The closest major public transportation, Zhongshan Square Metro Station, is only 700m away. There is no shortage of things to see in the area, with the Qingniwa Commercial Zone, Nanshan Tourism Style Street and Sanba Square all nearby. When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. Guests of this Dalian hotel can make use of the parking facilities. Germaphobes can rest easy - the level of cleanliness is highly rated at this hotel. This hotel is the usual choice for a large number of business travelers.
"I saw reviews mentioning it was an older hotel before I went, so I was a bit worried about outdated facilities. However, after checking in, I found it to be quite good! While some furniture and wallpaper definitely show their age, I think it's acceptable. You can tell from the pictures that the hotel has a good aesthetic, and they've clearly put in time and effort to maintain it well.
The front desk service during check-in was just right – very friendly but not overly enthusiastic. I got an upgraded room thanks to my Trip.com benefits, and they even reminded me that I could get discount coupons at the Japanese restaurant on the third floor.
The hotel's swimming pool is very well-maintained! The water quality is excellent. Probably because the shallowest part is 1.7 meters deep, everyone there is actually serious about swimming! It's fantastic!!! Big thumbs up!
The only slight disappointment was that there are quite a few foreign guests at the hotel. Despite clear signs in both Chinese and English, with large notices on the door to the hot spring area stating no electronic devices are allowed, I still encountered a foreigner doing exactly that. I immediately spoke up. From her reaction, it didn't seem like she was unaware. I hope the hotel can strengthen its management; these rules shouldn't only apply to obedient local guests, otherwise, it's really quite unsafe. Perhaps they could add an extra reminder during check-in and when getting keys for the changing room. They shouldn't avoid saying anything due to language barriers or fear of trouble (after all, every time I went to get the changing room key, I was reminded of the closing time)."

The environment was bright and clean, and the staff were warm and attentive. A senior gentleman at the lobby handling luggage was particularly helpful, always ready to answer questions without hesitation. Also, Riley from customer service was enthusiastic and responsive. I'll definitely choose InterContinental again if I have the chance next time.

Xixixixi321The hotel's location is excellent, right opposite Happy Beach Gate 4, and within walking distance of Discovery Kingdom. Upon check-in, the front desk upgraded us to a sea-view room, which I really appreciated.
However, I can't give a good rating for a few reasons:
1. As soon as we got to the room, I called the front desk for children's slippers and toothbrushes. After waiting half an hour with no delivery, I ended up getting them from a housekeeping staff member in the hallway.
2. In the afternoon, I called the front desk for disposable cups. Again, after waiting half an hour, they still hadn't arrived. I had to call again to follow up before they finally sent a robot to deliver them. We then left the room, and when we returned in the evening, we found two disposable cups sitting on the floor outside our door! Isn't putting paper cups on the floor unhygienic?
3. The hotel advertises free sand-digging tools. We stayed for two nights, and every time we went to get tools, they were either unavailable or broken!
4. Our room on the fifth floor wasn't particularly noisy, but as soon as you stepped out of the elevator, the hallway had an odd smell that I couldn't quite place. The bedding also felt damp, making for an uncomfortable stay.
For a Trip.com 5-diamond hotel with such a prime location, this was truly disappointing. It seems you really do get what you pay for!

Special thanks to Ms. Adale from the Guest Experience Department. She contacted me three days before check-in and proactively helped upgrade our room type.
I also want to thank the kind lady who provided the turn-down service in our room. Seeing that there was no place to hang our child's clothes, she proactively asked her colleague to bring a 'spider-style' drying rack. Thanks to the young lady who served me iced Americano at breakfast – I don't know your name, but your sunshine-like smile brightened our trip...

Guest UserFor my trip to Dalian this time, I chose to stay at the New World Hotel, and the overall experience was outstanding, completely exceeding my expectations. It was definitely great value for money and I highly recommend it!
The hotel's biggest advantage is its excellent location, right in the heart of Zhongshan District, with mature and well-developed surrounding amenities. Whether it's for shopping, visiting Zhongshan Square, enjoying the Donggang night view, or heading to famous attractions like Xinghai Square and Tiger Beach, getting around is super convenient. The transportation network is excellent, making it very easy whether you're driving or taking a taxi. It's highly efficient for travel and perfectly suited for family trips and short getaways.
What left the deepest impression during my stay was the meticulous service from the concierge department. The service was attentive, proactive, and down-to-earth, completely devoid of a rigid, procedural feel. The concierge team was enthusiastic and thoughtful throughout; they greeted us proactively and assisted promptly whenever we entered or exited. They were very considerate when helping with luggage and guiding us with directions. As we were traveling by car, the staff provided attentive guidance throughout, actively helped transfer our luggage, and directed us straight to the exclusive elevator for the underground parking garage. This was incredibly helpful for travelers with elderly family members and children.
For daily travel inquiries, sightseeing routes, and recommendations for local food, the concierge staff were patient and detailed in their answers, offering very practical local advice that saved us a lot of unnecessary detours during our trip. The overall service attitude was sincere and responsive; you could feel the professionalism and dedication in every detail.
The entire stay was incredibly comfortable, with a prime location and attentive, detailed service. The overall ambiance and experience were top-notch. I genuinely feel that this hotel's service lives up to five-star quality and is an excellent choice for accommodation when visiting Dalian. I will definitely choose to stay here again without hesitation on my next trip to Dalian!

ZhuoerminminOur first stop in Dalian was this Holiday Inn, and it was an excellent experience. Our flight was delayed, and we didn't arrive until the early hours of the morning, but the staff member in black was incredibly attentive. Despite the late hour, they patiently helped us with check-in, explained all the facilities, and even offered to carry our luggage to the room. We were a family of three, and even though our room originally included breakfast for two, the hotel kindly added a third complimentary breakfast every day, which was a thoughtful touch. The room was clean and tidy, the hotel grounds were spacious, and it was convenient to get to the beach. As an international chain, Holiday Inn consistently delivers on quality, and I highly recommend it.

Guest UserThe room was clean and soundproof, so despite being right by the road, it wasn't noisy at all. The floor attendant was absolutely wonderful; she always promptly met our requests and greeted us warmly every time we saw her. On the first day, it was rainy and incredibly hot, so I showered twice and asked for two towels. The next day, she remembered my habit and automatically replenished two towels for me. It was such a thoughtful gesture and I was really touched. The young lady at the front desk, Kitty, was also very cheerful and even gave us some candy when we checked out. The staff in the lobby on the ground floor also helped with our luggage. This trip truly felt so warm and welcoming.

The scenery outside the river view room is particularly beautiful. Downstairs is the Liaohe River Leisure Trail. It is very convenient to go downstairs for a walk at night. The restaurant on the first floor of the hotel is always delicious and I have to visit it once or twice every time I stay. The breakfast was very good, with many flavors, but this time the coffee machine was broken and I didn't get any coffee. Fortunately, the coffee in the cafe on the first floor is also very delicious.
