"On a whim, we decided to take a spontaneous weekend trip with the kids, and I randomly picked a hotel on the app, which turned out to be a pleasant surprise! First off, the room was spotless and fresh, even the bathroom was sparkling clean. The bedding was dry and comfortable, and the facilities were comprehensive – they even had a gym and a soft play area. The air conditioning worked great, and there was a rich breakfast spread. The lobby was also very photogenic. The front desk staff were gentle and polite, patiently answering all my questions. Most importantly, it was incredibly quiet, which was a huge plus for someone like me who has trouble sleeping.
The hotel parking was convenient with plenty of spaces, and you could see the mountains from there. The air was fresh and it was easy to get around.

"How should I even start, the whole stay was just amazing although it was only for a night. I booked 3 rooms in total for my family and the host and all the staff were so nice, they picked us up, gave us fruits and drinks, treated us like a close friend and family. My dad wasn't feeling well and they kept caring about us which was amazing. They have their own food too so we ate there but it's amazing tooo!!! Oh yes, the room is clean, it's as what you see online and it's really worthy the money if you're going to XueXiang snow village. Book this hotel!"

"This retro-style hotel, though not large, is very distinctive. It's decorated like a small palace, and the century-old elevator, in particular, has so much historical charm. The room decor also has a Russian aristocratic feel! However, personally, I found the bed too high and the pillows too soft, but everything else was great. The hotel breakfast was excellent 👍. There wasn't an overwhelming selection, but all the essentials were there, with a Western focus. The ingredients were clearly of high quality, noticeably better than other hotels, and the coffee was delicious and aromatic! The hotel staff were very warm and attentive, even giving us a free room upgrade, which was much appreciated! They answered all our questions thoroughly and enthusiastically. It felt very welcoming! Plus, the hotel is right in the middle of Central Street, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and taking walks! I will definitely come back!"

"Choosing the right hotel in Harbin can save you a lot of hassle, and this Qiuguo Hotel truly impressed me with its unbeatable location. After staying here, I genuinely feel I made the right choice and highly recommend it to fellow travelers.
The hotel is situated in the heart of Daoli district, just a few minutes' walk from Central Street. It's incredibly convenient for strolling the pedestrian street, admiring European-style architecture, and sampling various local snacks. After a day of sightseeing and enjoying Central Street's night views, you don't need a long taxi ride; you can simply take a leisurely stroll back to the hotel to rest, saving yourself the fatigue of commuting.
Saint Sophia Cathedral is also very close to the hotel, within walking distance, so you can head out early for photos. Getting to the Flood Control Memorial Tower and the Songhua River banks is also very convenient, with plenty of bus stops nearby making travel to various attractions smooth. It's also near a subway station, making public transport for other scenic spots or for getting to and from the train station time-saving and effortless.

The breakfast selection is incredibly rich, even featuring Northeastern specialties like 'Guobaorou' (fried pork in sweet and sour sauce) and fried dough cakes, making it feel like there's no need to visit the morning market. The hotel's location is absolutely perfect, right next to Youyigong subway station, and the nearby alleyways are brimming with great local restaurants. The service is also top-notch; the front desk staff, both male and female, proactively greet guests and help with luggage. On our second day, the temperature dropped, and the concierge even advised us to wear more layers. When we checked out, they gave us a small gift – a fridge magnet! Harbin is truly a wonderful city, warm and beautiful, and the people from the Northeast are just adorable! I definitely want to visit again!

Central Street is just a stone's throw away, and the Flood Control Monument by the Songhua River is only about a 10-minute walk. More importantly, the hotel staff are incredibly warm and welcoming. On our second day, we were planning to visit Sun Island, and not only did a staff member explain the route to us, but one lady, who was just finishing her night shift and heading home, even took us to the nearest subway station before going home herself. We really don't know how to thank her enough. Harbin is truly made more beautiful by its many warm and friendly citizens, and we will definitely be back again.

Guest UserThe room wasn't as big as it looked in the pictures, but it was still spacious enough for three people, which is understandable given how expensive space is here. When we first arrived, we felt a bit cold. They brought us an electric heater, but honestly, it wasn't the room that was cold, it was just us being chilled from outside. So, we turned it off after a while. In the evening, when we wanted to eat in the room, they even brought us a small 'kang' table (a heated brick bed, used here for a low table). The service at Xueshang Yunsheng was exceptionally good; they were never bothered no matter when we asked for help. The tickets we bought for the Ice and Snow Gallery and the big ** (attraction) were a great deal. The accommodation was clean, and the hot water for showering was excellent. I didn't take any photos. I didn't take any photos inside the room. Some people say that in Xuexiang, the hot water is bad, and rooms lack water and toilet paper, but we didn't experience any of that. Overall, we were very satisfied.

During my stay, I had some issues with my room at night, and I really appreciate the duty manager for promptly helping me arrange a room change. Their proactive problem-solving was very reassuring.
Also, a big shoutout to the housekeeper, Wang Liqiu. She was incredibly attentive. She noticed I had placed my bath towel on the sofa while cleaning, and when I returned, she had neatly folded it for me. She also saw that I had moved the tissues from the vanity to the table, and she thoughtfully replenished them. She noticed many small habits of mine that I hadn't even mentioned.
The dumplings at breakfast were absolutely delicious, and the shrimp dumplings and siu mai were very authentic. The pickled vegetables here, in my opinion, are even better than those at some external Northeastern restaurants; the sourness is just right, refreshing and not greasy. I also enjoyed the various tarts I tried at the lounge. The head chef was also super nice.
I'd also like to extend my thanks to other staff members whose names I didn't catch!

I called the hotel beforehand to discuss multiple bookings, and Mary was incredibly diligent, carefully noting the corresponding room floors for each reservation. She even proactively added me on WeChat for easier communication later on. During our conversation, she learned that we would be arriving quite late and that one of our friends was celebrating a birthday. Mary took the initiative to help us select a suitable cake and bouquet, meticulously planning the birthday surprise. When we arrived, the gifts were delivered right on time to the restaurant via courier, making for a truly memorable celebration. The entire process was thoughtful and thorough; they didn't cut corners just because we arrived late, and we could feel the genuine service at every turn. Many thanks to Mary for her dedicated efforts; this heartwarming little surprise added many wonderful memories to our trip. We will definitely prioritize staying here again for future travels.

LianchengxuanniniThe location is fantastic, just a short walk to Central Street. There's a supermarket right next door downstairs, which is super convenient for grabbing snacks and drinks. The hotel lobby is very clean, and the front desk staff are warm and welcoming. They even upgraded my room, which was clean, spacious, very hygienic, and comfortable. The soundproofing was quite good, the vanity was spotless, and the shower had a great wet/dry separation. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Harbin.
