The breakfast staff are exceptionally thoughtful with a strong sense of service, and the restaurant offers a comfortable environment and well-maintained facilities. It was my first time encountering a breakfast that extends until 12 PM. Not only do they serve standard fare, but they also feature internet-famous deep-fried rice cakes (youzhagao), frozen pears, and Guo Bao Rou (sweet and sour pork), plus a complimentary 3D-printed yogurt from the restaurant. Bringing out-of-town friends here is an absolute face-saver! The restaurant service elevates the entire hotel experience to the next level—it goes beyond industry standards while truly reflecting Harbin's sincerity toward both locals and visitors! The hotel also incorporates thoughtful service into every single detail: from the souvenirs given to children at front desk check-out, to the complete set of bathroom amenities, even including a headband for female guests, a humidifier in the room, and an infant toilet and washbasin in the family room, which moms will absolutely love! All in all, Habsburg is one of the most impressive hotels I've ever stayed at—the kind of place you want to return to as soon as you leave. I believe it has reached international standards and I highly recommend it!"

"Right on the bustling Central Avenue, they arranged a coveted paid parking spot right in front of the hotel for us – a huge plus! As soon as we entered, we were offered afternoon tea at a cozy seating area while checking in. It was my first time enjoying such a lavish afternoon tea, with a wide variety of delicious items, absolutely no corners cut. They proactively upgraded our room, and the two 1.2-meter beds put together were large and super comfortable. We also received welcome fruit, a souvenir, and sleep-aid milk, all of excellent quality. The accommodation environment, facilities, and service were all fantastic. Getting around from Central Avenue was incredibly convenient. It was also easy to visit the Hongzhuan Street morning market. There are many famous Qiqihar BBQ and Russian restaurants nearby, making it perfect for dining and sightseeing."

"The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic. It's right next to Central Street, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle! This was once the private residence of a Russian Grand Duke in 1903, and it even has a 120-year-old elevator that still runs smoothly and can be used! This time, I was upgraded to a suite, which was very spacious, and the Russian-style interior decoration was simply stunning. The hotel's service was truly excellent! Everyone was so warm and welcoming, and my elderly mother was very happy. Because it's a historical monument, the hotel's exterior cannot be altered. This makes it a bit inconvenient for seniors. The steps are difficult to navigate, and breakfast is in the basement, also requiring stairs. A bit of a shame! If you don't have mobility issues, this hotel is definitely worth looking forward to!"

"Traveling to Harbin, I chose Aoluguya among many hotels. Although it's a bit far from the city's scenic spots, it's still acceptable, about fifteen to twenty minutes by car. The surroundings are quiet and more comfortable than staying in a tourist area; it's not noisy at all. Moreover, the hotel environment is truly excellent. The main thing is that the staff's attention to detail is outstanding. From the concierge at the door, to the lobby, the restaurant, and the room service staff, everyone is very attentive. They're proactive and on the ball. They specifically told me the welcome fruit would be delivered to the room later, but it never arrived during my three-day stay ☹️↔️ but that's alright. Check-in was handled by a handsome guy named Echo, who was very efficient and clearly explained all the hotel and room details in a short time. There was also a lady who walked around each check-in desk, constantly monitoring customer interactions. This level of detail is something I've only experienced in luxury diamond-rated hotels in other cities; many five-star hotels fall far short. And the gentleman with glasses at the entrance of the breakfast restaurant every day, who I assume is a manager (didn't catch his name), was always enthusiastic and thoughtful. The other restaurant staff, including the chefs at the food stations, also had a particularly pleasant attitude. It's truly impressive to maintain such a work ethic, especially during the peak National Day holiday season. Even when the breakfast area was crowded, it wasn't chaotic, and food was replenished very promptly. Noodles and dumplings were almost always available without waiting. The chefs at the stations were particularly good at explaining the dishes, unlike some hotels where staff get grumpy and act like the world owes them something if they get a little busy. I really can't fault this hotel on these points. If I had to mention a small flaw, it would be this: when I'm consulting or discussing something, I express my thoughts and needs very clearly. I then expect the other person to also communicate clearly with me, instead of just saying, ”This is hotel policy, we have rules.” Every hotel and every place has its own rules, which is normal. But every rule has a purpose and a rationale behind it. At the very least, you can explain what the rule is for and what its objective is. As a customer, I'm not unreasonable. I'm communicating with you politely and understandingly, and my requests aren't overly excessive. Even if it slightly deviates from your rules, you can explain why. Don't just keep saying ”rules, rules.” This kind of empty expression is completely unconvincing and only makes the customer uncomfortable. I've seen many disputes and arguments between hotel staff and customers that stem from this: the customer says something, and the staff just says ”rules,” but can't explain why the rules are there. Who can feel good about that? On this point, Echo at the front desk and the gentleman with glasses in the restaurant were excellent and very professional. In their communication, a single sentence would clarify the meaning of the rule, and your questions would naturally be resolved. Unlike some of the younger female staff who only say ”rules” without explaining anything else, leaving customers with questions and frustration, making them feel like they've committed a grave sin for not conforming to the ”rules.” These are just minor imperfections, and I hope everyone can continue to improve. Overall, the hotel is excellent, and I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Harbin."

"My first stay at Tianjing International Hotel in a city view king room was fantastic! The room was spacious, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered an excellent view, allowing me to take in the entire city nightscape. The whole room featured smart controls, with curtains and lights operated by a single button. The mattress was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, dual sinks, a large bathtub, and a smart toilet. The toiletries were of good quality. All snacks and drinks in the room's minibar were complimentary, and a refrigerator and safe were also provided. The hotel facilities are excellent. There's both above-ground and underground parking, with fast and slow charging stations available, making it very friendly for electric car owners. The 24-hour butler service was responsive, and complimentary coffee, fruit, and snacks were available all day on the first floor. The self-service breakfast had a rich variety of options, including both Chinese and Western dishes. The gym and self-service laundry and drying rooms were also fully equipped. Overall, the hygiene was excellent, and the soundproofing was good. It's my top choice for business trips, and I'll definitely choose it again when I visit Suihua. Highly recommended! "How should I even start, the whole stay was just amazing although it was only for a night. I booked 3 rooms in total for my family and the host and all the staff were so nice, they picked us up, gave us fruits and drinks, treated us like a close friend and family. My dad wasn't feeling well and they kept caring about us which was amazing. They have their own food too so we ate there but it's amazing tooo!!! Oh yes, the room is clean, it's as what you see online and it's really worthy the money if you're going to XueXiang snow village. Book this hotel!"
