"The location is excellent, right on Shangzhi Street, just a hundred meters from Central Avenue. There's a bus stop right outside, making it super convenient to get around. The room was spacious and the facilities were quite new. The showerhead was the best I've experienced in a hotel recently – really comfortable! The service was very warm and friendly, and there was a generous supply of bottled water. Breakfast was also quite rich. I stayed for 3 nights, and the breakfast menu was the same every day. I'd suggest varying some of the items daily."

"On a whim, we decided to take a spontaneous weekend trip with the kids, and I randomly picked a hotel on the app, which turned out to be a pleasant surprise! First off, the room was spotless and fresh, even the bathroom was sparkling clean. The bedding was dry and comfortable, and the facilities were comprehensive – they even had a gym and a soft play area. The air conditioning worked great, and there was a rich breakfast spread. The lobby was also very photogenic. The front desk staff were gentle and polite, patiently answering all my questions. Most importantly, it was incredibly quiet, which was a huge plus for someone like me who has trouble sleeping.
The hotel parking was convenient with plenty of spaces, and you could see the mountains from there. The air was fresh and it was easy to get around.

3. The egg rolls were filled with a bunch of ingredients, making the taste odd and complex.
Everything else is good, but the kitchen really needs to upgrade the quality of its ingredients."

"This is the most comfortable hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff are always genuinely warm and smiling, not just superficially. They insist on helping with luggage and promptly fulfill any requests. The room itself is also excellent, with a smart toilet and a spacious shower that doesn't feel cramped. While the breakfast buffet selection isn't vast, there's an à la carte menu with daily Chinese and Western options, all delicious. Combined with the buffet, it's quite good. Crucially, it's very convenient. I initially worried about not being near Central Street, but the bus stop is just a 2-minute walk from the entrance. In reality, unless you're traveling solo, a ride-hailing car to Harbin Pharmaceutical Group General Factory is only 9 RMB, to Zhonghua Baroque it's 9 RMB, and to Central Street, it's just over ten RMB. I took taxis every day during my stay and found it cheap and convenient. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely choose it again on my next visit."

"Very collapsed stay! Sanitary conditions are very poor! First of all, the fruit plate is very dirty, and the fruit is not washed. I have to wash it myself. I looked carefully and found that there are old juices and dried persimmons on the plate. It is definitely leftovers from others. The waiter did not check it, so he directly re-set the plastic film. We booked 3 rooms together, and the amount of dirty fruit was less than other houses. Secondly, the bath towels were very dirty. After taking a bath, I need to use a bath towel. I saw that there is a disinfection cabinet. I was very happy. After opening it, I found that the front bath towel was not neatly stacked. I was afraid that it was not clean. I specially took the neat bath towel stacked at the back. I was itchy at the back. I took a closer look at the bath towel. There are brown hard substances attached to the bath towel in two places. Very disgusting! Hurry up and take a shower again. I just had to go to bed after washing. When I lifted the quilt, there was a mosquito corpse on the bed. It was too collapsed and disgusting. [Tears] [Tears] [Tears] At this time, it was more than 3 in the morning. I thought the service staff had slept. I had to bear it. I wanted to use a pillowcase to cushion it on it. "The hotel itself was decent and quite new, likely a Trip.com-managed property. However, the Simmons mattress was surprisingly hard – I thought it was a renowned brand, but it felt just like a plank bed. Breakfast was okay, with noodles and wontons, and the sausages were particularly good; overall, a good variety. It's a bit strange why this hotel is rated five-star; at most, it's on par with a Ji Hotel. The oddest thing was their EV charging station, which cost 2.58 yuan per kWh. It's the most expensive I've ever seen in China, without exception."

The rooms are clean, warm, and offer expansive views; you can enjoy the snow scenery right from your window. The facilities are comprehensive, with ski rental and dining all available in one spot. The service is enthusiastic and responsive, and it offers great value for money. It's truly the top choice for a ski holiday; we had a comfortable and worry-free stay. This hotel boasts an excellent location, with Central Street to its right and Zhaolin Park to its left. It's just a 15-minute walk to the Flood Control Memorial Tower by the Songhua River and 17 minutes to Saint Sophia Cathedral. The prime location allows you to wake up early, beat the crowds, and stroll along Central Street, admiring the old buildings – it's definitely worth it. Right next door is the original restaurant famous for Guo Bao Rou (sweet and sour pork). They don't use pre-made dishes; everything is cooked fresh, which means a wait of at least 40 minutes, but people queue up every day.
The room itself was a bit small. I booked a twin room, but there weren't any available even at 2 PM, so they upgraded me to a king room. It was about 2 square meters larger and had a bathtub in the bathroom, which was generally satisfying.
The owner has put a lot of thought into the hotel, using antique furniture to create a great atmosphere perfect for photos. Their service is genuinely good; they helped with luggage and even offered afternoon tea. The laundry room on the top floor is a bit basic, but the hotel offers laundry service, which is a nice touch.

Guest UserThis hotel, over a century old, boasts a rich historical ambiance with its Tsarist Russian court design. The lobby is resplendent and dazzling, featuring crystal chandeliers, oil paintings, wine cabinets, and an ornate wrought-iron garden, all showcasing the luxury of the Russian aristocracy. I even donned a 19th-century outfit to experience what it felt like to be a Countess.
The hotel service was impeccable. Upon check-in, someone immediately guided us on a tour and provided explanations, including a ride in the century-old elevator. Our luggage was delivered directly to our room, and they were incredibly accommodating, helping us take photos in the court costumes without any hesitation. When we checked out, they even brought our bags to the car – truly doorstep service, highly commendable!
This is a highly recommended hotel that is well worth experiencing.

How should I even start, the whole stay was just amazing although it was only for a night. I booked 3 rooms in total for my family and the host and all the staff were so nice, they picked us up, gave us fruits and drinks, treated us like a close friend and family. My dad wasn't feeling well and they kept caring about us which was amazing. They have their own food too so we ate there but it's amazing tooo!!! Oh yes, the room is clean, it's as what you see online and it's really worthy the money if you're going to XueXiang snow village. Book this hotel!

Guest UserThe stay was fantastic! The hotel's design is excellent, and the wooden interior style feels very warm. The room was incredibly spacious with a superb view. The only downside is that the location is a bit far from the popular tourist spots in the old town.
The breakfast and executive lounge were great. The extended operating hours were a huge plus – if you're tired from a day out and can't get up early the next morning, you don't have to worry about missing breakfast. The complimentary hotel car service is quite unique, especially a convertible golf cart! Cruising around the nearby mountains with the top down on such a cool, clear day was really nice!
Also, a big shout-out to Bonnie Bai from the executive lounge and Guest Relations Manager Tom Wang. Their service was incredibly attentive, and they promptly resolved any issues we encountered during our stay!

Guest UserAs the only hotel in Harbin that can truly be called a bit luxurious, it generally lives up to its reputation. The location, rooms, service, and amenities are all quite good. Bottled water is provided upon request, and the lotus decoration at the entrance is also very unique.
The decor style is more simple and bright, a stark contrast to the Ritz-Carlton Tianjin where I stayed a few days ago – both are good in their own way.
However, getting in and out of the hotel isn't very convenient, especially if you want to cross the road to the Songhua River. You have to navigate a really awkward traffic light intersection; the red light is very long, and even when it's green, there are cars turning right at high speed, which makes you quite nervous.
The city view rooms have a poor outlook, filled with crowded, matchbox-like buildings with hardly any greenery.
There's only one stool and one armchair in the room, which isn't very convenient.
There's also a heating vent on the windowsill, so I was hesitant to put my phone there for fear of it falling off.

The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to get anywhere. The decor is very new, and the room is spacious. The shower water is wonderfully hot. Both the front desk staff and the manager were incredibly welcoming and understanding.
I was traveling with my elderly mother to Harbin, and the hotel provided a free wheelchair (deposit fully refundable), which was a thoughtful and convenient service. Today, we used it to visit Harbin Institute of Technology and Heilongjiang Provincial Museum, saving my mother a lot of energy. Highly recommend! 👍

The soundproofing in the room was excellent, and breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We'll definitely come back if we get the chance.
