This was our second time staying at Bird's Nest with the kids. This time we booked a larger room, and the front desk kindly upgraded us for free. We even had a dedicated service butler who was incredibly helpful. Their response time for dining arrangements and car bookings was very quick. The room facilities and decor have a charmingly rustic and natural feel. As for the views, they are absolutely stunning, with rolling mountains and blue skies and white clouds that feel within reach. You can hear the rustling of the pines and the wind blowing through the leaves, and there's a panoramic view of Yalong Bay, where the sea and sky blend seamlessly. It's perfect for those looking for a quiet getaway and a close connection with nature.

This is my second time visiting Wanda Vista Sanya Haitang Bay, and as a returning guest, the experience once again exceeded my expectations. The hotel's design offers great privacy, enveloped by a tropical garden, providing a tranquil escape from the bustling world. The public pool has beautiful scenery, and with few people around, it's perfect for a relaxing swim. The service details are impeccable; the shuttle operates freely within the resort, making getting around very convenient. They even deliver takeout to your room, which is fantastic! The room was spotless, well-equipped, and the bedding was comfortable. Overall, it was a superb experience, definitely worth coming back for again and again.

This is our third time staying at this hotel! This time we brought our kids, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. The hotel features a huge lobby, and it's just a 2-minute walk to the Coconut Dream Corridor. Sanya Bay sunsets truly are the most breathtaking! The front desk thoughtfully arranged a sea-view room for us where we could watch the sunset. Since there aren't many tourists right now, the overall experience was much better than during peak season. My child had a blast swimming in the pool and digging in the sand at the beach—they didn't want to leave! The hotel also offers a great variety of kids' activities, so children can easily spend the whole day here. The room is very spacious; the facilities are a bit dated, but given how many years it's been open, that's expected. Plus, the hair dryers have finally been upgraded to new ones. All in all, this is a family-friendly hotel that offers fantastic value for money and is perfect for traveling with kids.

Our stay at InterContinental Hotels SANYA HAITANG BAY RESORT by IHG was fantastic! The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the duty-free shopping complex. The resort grounds feature a very pleasant environment with coconut groves and lawns, and the private beach is quiet, clean, and offers great ocean views. You can even watch the sunrise over the sea in the morning. The room was spacious and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the hardware facilities were well-maintained. Special thanks to our butler, Zoe! She proactively reached out throughout our stay, responded to any requests very quickly, and patiently helped coordinate and resolve issues. The service was thoughtful and professional, making the whole experience completely hassle-free. The breakfast offered a rich variety of choices, and the pool and public areas are well-equipped. It's an ideal place for a relaxing vacation. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Sanya, highly recommended!

Far exceeded expectations! They even provided complimentary fruit and milk on the first day. The ocean-view room offered great value for money with an amazing field of vision—you could see the sea right from the balcony. Sitting outside at night was super breezy and comfortable, and you could hear people singing by the beach. During the National Day holiday, there was even a molten iron fireworks show (Da Tie Hua) which we could watch right from the balcony. The public areas are spacious with great landscaping and tons of coconut trees; it was so relaxing to grab a lounger by the beach in the afternoon and gaze at the sea. While taking a stroll, I passed by the Scarecrow Farm and was surprised to find quite a few cute small animals. There's a night market just a few hundred meters away, making dining out or ordering delivery very convenient. Our butler, Coral, was extremely thoughtful, warm, and attentive. We added each other on WeChat on the first day, and she would proactively check if we needed more bottled water. Her responses were always prompt. Highly satisfied!

This was the last hotel of our trip, and we stayed at the InterContinental Hainan Clearwater Bay Resort (Yanlord Crown Plaza), which is said to be the absolute ceiling for traveling with toddlers ⭐️ Although we only stayed for one night due to a tight schedule, missed many activities, and didn't get to fully explore the place with our baby, the actual stay and on-site experience were phenomenal~ Even better than our previous hotel~ First of all, the staff proactively greeted us and helped with the luggage 🧳 Of course, almost every hotel does that, but then a lovely staff member came over to put a flower garland on us. It was full of ceremony and made us feel like we were on a vacation abroad—such a familiar and delightful vibe, and our baby loved it~ Then we headed to the front desk for check-in, where a dedicated butler is assigned right away. We were super lucky to be assigned an amazingly wonderful butler—Polly. She proactively helped us upgrade our room type, thoughtfully explained all the precautions and hotel activities, and let us know we could reach out to her via WeChat anytime for any questions~ The baby even got a special, very cute custom card~ Next was checking into the room. The room is huge! The upgraded Executive Full Ocean View room has an incredible view—a 180-degree ocean vista, which is very nice 👍 The room was also clean and tidy with no musty smell~ The basic minibar and welcome fruits were provided, and they even offered Bvlgari toiletries~ We were truly satisfied with the room, especially compared to the older hotel we stayed at previously (though older hotels have their own kind of convenience, of course)~ Bed rails were installed in the room upon request, and since the baby's birthday is in a few days, we left a note when booking and received a complimentary birthday setup 🎉 As for the cake, it might have been cutting it close, but my gorgeous butler Polly still managed to request one for us, and it was delivered that very night. It tasted great too, and the baby loved it 💕 Next, let's talk about the hotel's recreational facilities. There is a Qilin Wonderland, but it's more suitable for older kids; our little one is too young, so the soft play area was a better fit~ The baby had a blast, and also thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon bubble party. There is a heated rooftop infinity pool; apart from the wind being a bit strong, everything else was great, and the baby played there for a long time. We didn't go into the public pool downstairs, so I won't comment on that. It's a short and very convenient walk from the rooms to the beach, but the sand at Haitang Bay is coarse—not as ideal for sandcastle building as Yalong Bay. The waves were just as strong as when we visited before, and the beach doesn't provide lounge chairs. In short, if you want a great sand-playing and beach-lounging experience 🏖️, Yalong Bay is a better choice~ The hotel's breakfast was pretty decent too, and the noodle soup was delicious. The dinner BBQ buffet was genuinely good, and all the mixed cocktails were tasty~ To sum up, our experience at Yanlord was fantastic. We will definitely bring our baby back next time for a more in-depth stay. My beautiful butler Polly was super amazing and extremely responsive—two thumbs up 👍

The Sheraton Sanya Haitang Bay really gave us a big surprise! The rooms were very comfortable, and the resort has plenty of swimming pools with various depths and activities to choose from. Transportation is also very convenient, with frequent shuttle buses running all around Sanya. The best part was the exceptional, attentive service—our butler, Tudou, truly made us feel at home. He anticipated and solved every little issue with great attention to detail. A huge thumbs-up! 👍👍👍👍👍👍

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A perfect stay! Each villa is detached, offering ultimate privacy. The courtyard pool and outdoor hot tub create a wonderful ambiance, and the beach is never crowded. Watching the sunset over the 'orange sea' in the evening was absolutely stunning. A special thanks to our butler, Xiao Sun! From communicating our needs before check-in to greeting us upon arrival, he was always responsive, attentive, and discreet, never intrusive. Any issues we had were quickly resolved via WeChat, and he thoughtfully reminded us about hotel activities like afternoon tea. He even arranged a room upgrade for us, placing us very close to the beach. Breakfast is served until noon with a wide variety of choices. Overall, the vibe was incredibly relaxed and perfect for a peaceful getaway. I'll definitely choose Banyan Tree Sanya again when I return to Sanya!

Five-star review! The Hilton Haikou boasts an excellent location, and the high-floor rooms offer breathtaking views. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with well-maintained facilities. The breakfast selection is rich, including local delicacies. The hotel features a heated swimming pool and a kids' club, making it perfect for family trips. The front desk service is warm and professional, and check-in was seamless. It's also conveniently located for sightseeing, not far from Evergreen Park and Qilou Old Street. Highly recommended! 👍

Staying at the Sanya Haitang Bay Mangrove Tree Resort was the best decision we made on this trip. The distinctive sailboat-shaped main building and the lobby with its dome of light and shadow make for great photo opportunities. Our 180° sea-view room opened right onto the South China Sea, perfect for watching the sunrise in the morning. Our butler, Steven, thoughtfully prepared kids' bathrobes and beach toys in advance. The six themed swimming pools, the petting zoo, and the Star Alliance activity classes kept our kids so entertained they didn't want to leave, while my husband and I completely relaxed by the infinity pool. What touched us most was our butler, Steven. From confirming our travel arrangements to booking restaurants and organizing activities, everything was handled perfectly. When our child caught a cold, he brought ginger tea and warming patches, and even helped us arrange a late checkout. The Tom Yum Goong and curry crab at the Thai restaurant were divine, and the sunset atmosphere at the 35th-floor Cloud Pavilion Bar was incredible. In the evening, the light show and the futuristic Dream Tower were magical and romantic, and the iron flower fire dance show was spectacular. This three-day vacation helped us rediscover a long-lost sense of relaxation. The Mangrove Tree Resort blends architectural aesthetics, family fun, delicious food, and excellent service into every detail. We'll definitely choose this place again on our next visit to Sanya.
