I checked in late and found a dirty patch on the duvet cover, a hair on the comforter, and black pen marks on the sheets! It was too late to ask for a change from the staff. Two days later, I requested new linens and towels from the front desk. I couldn't tell if the towels were replaced, but the small hand towel by the sink definitely wasn't and was still dirty! The next morning, I pressed the 'make up room' button, and indeed, the room was cleaned when I returned that evening. However, the hand towel was still dirty; the staff had simply folded it and placed it next to the toothbrush holder. On another morning, I woke up to find a bug on the toothbrush cup! This stay was truly awful! There was a new issue every single day.

The hotel was great! It's conveniently located close to everything, which makes it a perfect place to stay. The breakfast was delicious and the hygiene was excellent – thumbs up, highly recommend! Plus, they have a microwave, washing machine, and dryer, which was a huge bonus! Haha, really good. Excellent value for money, very impressed.

I immensely enjoyed my stay in Central Coast Sea.View Hotel Sanya for 4 nights. Excellent breakfast hall and food selection. Excellent butler service by Levi . You can request water, towels, utensils (cutlery) from WeChat message. Also, the complimentary fruit plate was excellent . ( look for the mango mini size and passion fruit). The front desk staff ( Lila ) was very helpful in ordering food from ******* ( dumplings ) and then I simply send her money from AliPay. As of April 2025, There is a major construction ( underwater tunnel ) and there is some noise, however the noise subsided at night around 9pm. Overall, highly recommend . Excellent hotel, amazing views, amazing location, very central and amazing value compared to other 5 star hotels in Sanya Hainan area. No doubt, I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sanya.

Our first family room had a damp smell, but the front desk manager kindly helped us switch to another family room facing the sea. The service was attentive, and the room was clean. Breakfast had a decent variety, and the environment was pleasant. The water park wasn't open yet, and the ocean park didn't have much to do besides taking photos. It was off-season, so there weren't many people. The kids' world is still under construction. There's a food street near the hotel, making dining quite convenient. The hotel also offers a paid mini-train ride that takes you around the hotel for 40 minutes at 15 yuan per ride, which is worth it. There's Twin Beach near the Hilton, which is great for watching the sunset. If the island's facilities improve further, I would definitely visit again.

I chose this hotel because of its exclusive access to the beach and Coconut Dream Corridor – the views are stunning! The room layout was well-designed and very quiet. The butler service was also excellent. When my child got a small scratch at the pool, the duty manager even sent afternoon tea, a fruit platter, and a plush toy. The complimentary photo shoot on Paipai Island with the booking was also great; the photos turned out beautiful. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time. Oh, and the fire dance performance was spectacular, and the breakfast was incredibly rich and delicious, even better than what we had later at the Hilton Sanya Yalong Bay!

I stayed here for 5 days during the Chinese New Year holiday, and the service was absolutely top-notch. They even upgraded my room! I accidentally lost something, and the front desk staff, a young lady, was incredibly helpful and patient, going through the surveillance footage with me. Huge thanks to all the staff, wish you all a Happy New Year and continued joy! The hotel's location is super convenient, just 200 meters from MixC shopping mall, and there are tons of great restaurants downstairs. Directly across from the hotel is 'Lao San Yang Jiangxi Cuisine,' a must-try for spicy food lovers. Parking is free too, and it's easy to scan the QR code when you leave. Everything is automated, which is cool – 'Xiao Du Xiao Du' controls the lights, curtains, and TV. The value for money is outstanding, what more could you ask for at this price? Highly recommend!

Facilities: For a family-friendly hotel, the dedicated range of amenities for children really made a great impression. There was a whole sheet of options to choose from – I forgot to take a picture, but suffice to say, it had everything you could possibly imagine, which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel offers a wide selection of dining options. The set meal prices at the Chinese restaurant were excellent value for money, and the food quality was great. The seafood barbecue buffet for dinner was also very satisfying; the salmon was fresh, and there was an abundance of various seafood until you were stuffed. The fruits were super sweet, and I had several plates. I ate all my meals at the hotel during my two-day stay. The kids' club is quite large, but it's probably better suited for older children. For younger babies, there are other hotel activities available, as the hotel offers a rich variety of children's activities every day. Environment: Although you can't swim in the sea, you can go clamming safely after the tide recedes, which offers a different kind of experience. Service: This absolutely deserves full marks. This was my first time staying at a hotel where, when I asked for directions, any staff member I approached would enthusiastically lead me to the right elevator or intersection. Everyone's training was spot-on, from the F&B department to the concierge. I also want to commend the housekeeping team and our butler, Chris, who promptly responded to my questions and needs. Even after checking out, I had to bother Chris about a forgotten item, and it was no trouble at all. Seriously, out of all the hotels I've stayed at, I am truly impressed with their impeccable service. Ctrip shared airport transfer: Yes, the hotel also provides airport transfer, which is super convenient! Many hotels offer this, but I'd never tried it before. This time, traveling with elderly family members and a child, I decided to give it a go, and the driver's attitude was excellent. It was a very satisfying trip.

Staying at the InterContinental Sanya Haitang Bay Peninsula this time was such a pleasant surprise! The hotel is nestled near Xiaodonghai, offering a quiet and comfortable environment, completely free from the city's hustle and bustle. As soon as you enter the grounds, you're enveloped in a tropical vibe, with lush greenery and blooming flowers. It's truly a delight to stroll around, and the air is filled with the scent of the sea breeze and flowers. The service was incredibly thoughtful; the staff were friendly and efficient with check-in, responding promptly to any requests. They even proactively recommended great spots for scenic walks and sunset viewing nearby. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a wide variety of Hainanese local snacks, as well as Chinese and Western options. The food was delicious, and even if you woke up late, you could still enjoy a satisfying meal.

My trip to Sanya this time was mainly for relaxation, and the hotel is right on Sanya Bay. I could be on the beach in 5 minutes after stepping out, perfect for a leisurely stroll or just zoning out. The hotel's location is also great – not too bustling, but not too out of the way either. The room faced the ocean directly, offering a fantastic view, and the evening breeze in April was quite refreshing. The lady who checked me in was also very enthusiastic and attentive. Overall, a very satisfying experience.

VVitalii TarasiukJust checked out from Birds Nest resort Peacock Villa: 1. Location is perfect - both quiet and easy-to-reach (trip from Dadonghai bay was more or less 30 minutes). 2. Inside amenities and included options are perfect too - you get several restaurants (separate for breakfast and lunches/dinners), as well as unrestricted access to park itself and 1 paid access to cable bridge and glass bridge, which is frankly enough for one trip. You can do both in different days - we went to the peak park itself + glass bridge on Sunday and suspended rope bridge on Monday. 3. Food is also very delicious - breakfasts include sufficient choice of European-style dishes as well as Chinese noodles/soup and the lunch/dinner Thai restaurant is also highly recommended, tasty and quite authentic Thai food (Tom Yum, Pad Thai, etc.). 4. Last but not the least - Customer Service. Service is top-notch, you can access the service desk on WeChat between 7-23 hours for arranging transfer shuttles, room service and any other request. Huge thanks for the help to Xiao Chen, who helped with every our request for these 3 days!!! All in all it was the best experience in Hainan and it's all thanks to hotel staff who are always happy to help and organise your rest. Thank you all!🙏

GGuest UserOur stay at InterContinental Sanya Haitang Bay Resort was absolutely wonderful! We were traveling with our child, who suddenly fell ill and started throwing up. The hotel staff were incredibly caring throughout. They not only helped us promptly clean up but also thoughtfully brought us some comforting congee and consistently checked in on our child's well-being. It was truly touching. The hotel's facilities, cleanliness, ambiance, and service were all top-notch – a perfect score for the overall experience! We had a great night's sleep; the air conditioning temperature was just right, and we didn't feel any drafts blowing directly on us. A special thank you to Lucas 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 for his meticulous and thoughtful service, and for following up with us so attentively. We were extremely satisfied with our stay and highly recommend it!

GGuest UserMy stay at Sanya Yalong Bay Mangrove Tree Resort was absolutely incredible, far exceeding my expectations! First off, a huge shout-out to our dedicated butler. Their service was meticulous and thoughtful throughout our entire stay, from check-in to travel inquiries, they were patient and attentive. Any request we had was promptly addressed, making us feel incredibly comfortable. The hotel boasts stunning sea views directly facing the ocean. The expansive vista, the clear and calming blue sea, and the picturesque seaside scenery made every photo opportunity feel like a professional shot. Strolling along the beach was incredibly relaxing. The hotel's security was also top-notch; even late at night, we'd see staff regularly patrolling, ensuring our safety and giving us complete peace of mind whether we were out or resting. The Thai restaurant within the hotel was another delightful surprise. The dishes were authentically delicious, made with fresh ingredients, and rich in flavor – every single one was memorable. The restaurant service was equally attentive and timely, with enthusiastic staff creating a relaxed and comfortable dining atmosphere. Overall, from the environment and service to the dining, everything was impeccable. It was an excellent vacation experience, and I highly recommend it. I will definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Yalong Bay!

GGuest UserFacilities: The facilities are quite comprehensive. The beach is about a 10-minute walk from the hotel, but unfortunately, the waves were too big, so we could only admire them from afar. There's a sightseeing mini-train that circles the hotel for tours. There are three pools, one of which is a water park for children, and lifeguards are always on duty. Free swimming rings are provided, which is very convenient. Hygiene: The rooms and facilities are kept quite clean. The rooms had no strange odors, and the soundproofing was good, so it was very quiet for sleeping at night. Environment: The environment is pretty good, with a large lawn that's great for taking photos and strolls. It's also very comfortable to just relax and unwind at the hotel. Service: We waited in line for 15 minutes to check in at the front desk, and the check-in process itself took 30 minutes. We booked two king rooms for three nights, and the room issues delayed us for a long time. There were suitable rooms available, but we were put through two rounds of arrangements. The efficiency was a bit low. There was also a slight unpleasantness when getting towels by the pool; I hope some staff members can improve their service awareness. However, a kind elderly woman, possibly housekeeping, on the first floor of Building 5 was particularly enthusiastic in helping us find the sightseeing shuttle. Also, a young man at the hotel's main entrance saw us, a group with elderly and children pushing a wheelchair, returning from outside and proactively offered us a ride to the lobby. That was very heartwarming. Breakfast and the buffet dinner had a good variety of choices, and the quality was decent. Overall, it's still a pretty good hotel.

LL RomanThe hotel is beyond expectations. It is located in Xiaodonghai Bay. We were vacationing with our daughter of 1.4 years old. We went for complete privacy, silence and relaxation. The hotel consists only of villas, there are about 30 of them, there are no building rooms, which ensures privacy and silence. The territory is large, incredibly well maintained and very beautiful. Beauty is in the details. The villa itself is well planned and consists of a main house and a small additional one. We had lunch here when we ordered something in the room. The personnel brought a high chair for my daughter and it stayed here during all days of our vacation. Interestingly, they don't just bring food to the room, but also serve the table. It's nice. In general, the staff is as attentive as possible, this is reflected in the little things. The breakfast was included in the accommodation, so we either went to the hotel restaurant for lunch and dinner (only Thai and Chinese cuisine, but there is a children's menu and we ordered something for our daughter), and something Thai for ourselves. Everything is cooked very tasty and of high-quality. It was at this hotel that I first tasted the local Hainan dessert - cold coconut milk soup with fruits and cereals. I'm not a big fan of Chinese food in general, but I really liked this soup! We also ordered food directly to the villa through the Chinese app Elema (饿了么), which is in Chinese. We didn't go to street restaurants. In general, in China, the delivery of ready-made food is incredibly developed, you can order anything and anywhere. If we needed a taxi, we ordered it through the Chinese Didi (弟弟)app. But we didn't want to leave the villa and the hotel at all, we spent most of our time by the pool. Usually we need the sea, but this time it was so good to chill out at the villa that we somehow didn't need the sea). Moreover, we have a little daughter, and so far it has been more convenient to swim with her in our own pool than at sea. We used Alipay to pay everywhere. During our stay, we visited the spa several times, took various treatments (body scrubs, various massages), we really liked everything. They do it efficiently, I recommend it. I also recommend trying small drinking coconuts in Hainan - they are divine! The very taste of a rich bounty)). Look for small brownish colors, no more than 10 cm in diameter, it has a very rich thick sweet taste of coconut. About the sea: if you are looking for active swimming in the sea, the hotel may not be suitable. It's very shallow here (that's okay) and after about 100 meters, where it's still shallow, there's an underwater breakwater. Therefore, if you swim, you will just bump into it. Because of this, there are no waves in the bay. But there are algae growing on the bottom. It may be possible to swim well during a very strong tide, but it was not possible to swim during our visit. That's why we spent the day at the villa, swimming and relaxing there. And after sunset, we went out for a walk along the shore, admired the sunset, played with our daughter in the sand and on the playground, and also strolled along the pier. For some reason, for the first time, we really didn't really want to swim in the sea). In general, if you want to spend your entire vacation in complete relaxation with the chirping of birds, the sound of the wind and the lapping of waves, then I definitely recommend Banyan tree.

Ooliviali babyOverall, the room was comfortable and spacious. **Hygiene**: Upon entering, it felt very clean and tidy, which made me feel comfortable and at ease. There was no noticeable damp or musty smell. **Environment**: A standard five-star hotel with marble finishes and four well-arranged elevators. **Service**: 1. The front desk staff showed no obvious change in expression; I didn't feel welcomed, nor did they proactively introduce hotel facilities. Guests need to ask and inquire themselves. 2. The concierge staff were warm and friendly. They were quick to handle luggage and offer various forms of assistance, which was heartwarming. **Dining**: The buffet breakfast was quite average. The only delicious item was the Hainan specialty pastry. The saving grace was the beautiful view from the 33rd floor. **Children's Facilities**: Virtually non-existent. The children's area on the 5th floor was dimly lit, and the so-called parent-child activities lacked effective organization and planning. The only positive was that it was clean and tidy. **Location**: Excellent. It's very close to both Wanlu Lake and MixC (shopping mall). The surrounding area is lined with coconut trees, making it very pleasant. **Summary**: If you're traveling for business and just need a comfortable night's sleep, the hotel's hygiene, environment, hardware facilities, and location are all good. However, from a family travel perspective, it's quite average, and the hotel needs to put more effort into its planning.

GGuest UserEnvironment: As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the sunset and a refreshing ocean breeze. The hotel is absolutely stunning and massive! The coconut groves, lawns, pool, and sandy beach provide endless photo opportunities – it's just amazing! The room has a small balcony, and when you open the door, the view is expansive. Facilities: They had a baby playpen and bathtub ready for me. Although some online reviews mentioned the facilities being a bit old, everything I needed was there. Hot water was fine, hairdryer worked well. The only minor issue was the air conditioning wasn't very cold, but it was still acceptable. The small balcony was perfect for drying clothes quickly, which was very convenient. Hygiene: There were notices on the table about geckos, ants, and insects, but I didn't encounter any bugs during my stay. The cleaning staff were also very efficient. With all my baby's things making a bit of a mess, the auntie quickly tidied everything up for me. Service: My requests were met very quickly! I called for band-aids, to have dishes cleared, for room cleaning, to order a kids' meal, and for a late check-out – all were handled promptly! A special shout-out to Butler Tudou (Potato) – incredibly enthusiastic, proactive, and provided excellent service! Also, the staff at the pool area were very warm and patient, and they even helped me inflate my swim ring for free. Another highlight was the complimentary Magnolia photoshoot. The photographer was very professional. I just told him what I wanted, and he quickly found suitable locations and patiently helped me set up props. I initially thought the five complimentary photos would be enough, but after seeing the final shots, I didn't hesitate to pay for more. They made a perfect gift for my baby's first birthday 🎁. The breakfast and buffet dinner included in the package offered a rich variety of options and tasted great. The noodles for breakfast really suited a Hunan palate, and there were various snacks. Dinner was a DIY hotpot buffet, so we didn't eat out at all these past few days, even though it seems there's a food street nearby, haha. There were also some parent-child activities, but my baby was too young to participate. Overall, it exceeded my expectations. For a family trip, it offers great value for money.

GGuest UserFive-star full marks! ✨ Atlantis Sanya is absolutely worth it! Overall Experience: A perfect score, definitely my top choice for a Sanya vacation. The stay far exceeded my expectations. The hotel itself is luxurious and grand. The giant aquarium in the lobby creates an amazing atmosphere, and every photo taken looks like it's from a magazine. The room I stayed in had a fantastic view, directly facing the stunning seascape of Haitang Bay. Waking up to the sea breeze and sunshine was incredibly comfortable. Room Cleanliness: The room was clean, tidy, and spacious. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the toiletries had a sophisticated scent. The attention to detail was evident. The staff were gentle, attentive, and responded quickly to requests. The entire experience was excellent. Most Satisfying: The unlimited access to the Aquaventure Waterpark and The Lost Chambers Aquarium included with the stay was incredible value for money. The water park rides were thrilling and fun, and the aquarium offered close-up views of various marine creatures, creating a dreamy and therapeutic atmosphere. The C Show performance was also stunning and impressive. It's truly enjoyable for all ages. All dining and entertainment options can be found within the hotel, and the facilities are comprehensive and convenient. It's perfectly suited for both family trips and leisure vacations. The experience was impeccable, and I genuinely recommend it. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Sanya!

GGuest UserThe Grand Hyatt Sanya Haitang Bay is definitely a top choice for a vacation in Sanya! The hotel blends modern design with tropical gardens, where coconut groves, swimming pools, and ocean views create a stunning atmosphere at every turn. The rooms are spacious and bright, starting at 68 square meters, offering plenty of room. The balcony bathtub directly faces the clear blue sea and sky, making for an incredibly comfortable stay. The biggest surprise was the collaboration with Manmo Travel Photography! The team was professional and attentive, discussing styles in advance and patiently guiding us throughout the shoot, so there was no awkward posing. The photographer was excellent at finding the best angles, capturing all the beautiful scenery of the hotel's gardens, beach, and pools. The resulting photos were natural and fresh, absolutely brimming with atmosphere – every shot looked like a postcard. The service was meticulous and thoughtful; the butler was responsive, and the breakfast was exquisite and delicious. Plus, the beach and food street are within walking distance. It's a one-stop shop for vacationing and professional photography, highly recommended for anyone looking to capture beautiful memories in Sanya!
