"Every year when I visit Sanya, Tiancheng Central Seaview Hotel is my top choice for staying in the city. The hotel is located in the heart of the urban area, right next to the First Market, which means I can head straight there for fresh seafood as soon as I arrive. The location is truly exceptional.
The overall facilities in the rooms are relatively new, and compared to other hotels of a similar standard in the city, both the room size and hardware are quite good. Getting to Luhuitou Park or Coconut Dream Corridor from here is very convenient, making it easy to go sightseeing in the mountains or watch the sunset by the sea in the evening. Travel is truly hassle-free.
My only minor complaint is that over the past few years, I've consistently encountered small issues with the room cards occasionally malfunctioning or being unresponsive. I hope the hotel can improve the regular inspection and maintenance of the room cards. It's quite frustrating when you're carrying food and can't get into your room; it really detracts from the stay. Also, the construction site next door has been ongoing for 4-5 years, and the banging noises at night disturb sleep. This year, the hotel prices have also gone up, and I haven't seen any improvements that justify the price increase compared to previous years!
Despite these minor flaws, it doesn't diminish my appreciation for this hotel. It offers a quiet escape in a bustling area, with convenient access to transportation and dining. Among city hotels, its overall strengths are quite impressive. If friends or family come to Sanya in the future, I would definitely consider recommending this as an accommodation option. I look forward to the hotel continuously optimizing its details and improving. When I return to Sanya in the future, I will still consider staying here."

"I went to Wenchang to see Chang'e 7. Although it didn't launch as planned, I still had an unforgettable time at the Green Palm Hilton. I booked the Aerospace Seaview Suite, which has a 270-degree balcony overlooking the spectacular launch pad by the sea. Downstairs is Qishui Bay, and the coconut grove beach is incredibly therapeutic. The complimentary travel photoshoot was also great. The hotel offers many activities for kids, most of which are free, making it perfect for family travel. Special thanks to our butler Lulu for her meticulous and thoughtful service."

"I brought my grandson to Hainan for the holidays. I used to stay at Marriott frequently, so I chose Marriott again this time. However, after reading some negative reviews, I only booked for one night. As soon as we arrived at the hotel lobby, I was absolutely stunned – it truly lives up to its Marriott name, elegant and grand. Vicky, a lovely young lady at the front desk, greeted us with a smile, explained the benefits included with our room, and recommended the concierge manager to us. Manager Jia was truly attentive to guests and well-managed; she prepared children's amenities for us, and hearing that we missed the executive lounge hours, she arranged another day for us (even though we didn't go, we were very grateful). She also sent fruit, cake, and coconut for the little one. What moved us the most was that our flight was at 8 PM, and she extended our checkout until 5 PM – something no other hotel would easily do, especially during a holiday. We were so fortunate to meet Manager Jia this time. Her extremely thoughtful service, professional and skilled business acumen, and dedicated work attitude towards guests fully demonstrated the hotel's high standard of service and excellent brand image. She truly showed us what 'home away from home' means. We will definitely choose Marriott again next time we visit."

"The only bright spot in this hotel was the doorman with the hat – he was the most impressive and proactive person in the whole place. My positive review is solely for this concierge. The room itself was old-fashioned and awkwardly laid out. The bathroom was tiny, and the sink area was extremely cramped. It rained for two days, and the balcony was flooded, the windows rattled constantly, didn't close properly, and it was very windy. The air conditioning vent in the living room was directly over the dining table, dripping condensation onto the takeaway container lid while we ate. There weren't even tissues on the dining table. Breakfast was very ordinary. The children's play area was pitifully small, and they even charged 5 yuan for socks. The only good thing was the bridge view from the balcony. This was my first time in Haikou, and I chose a terrible hotel. The basement parking was next to the garbage disposal area, and the smell was nauseating. 🤮 In short, I do not recommend this place."

"I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel and overall really enjoyed my experience. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around and access nearby shopping malls, restaurants and attractions.
The room was clean, comfortable and well-maintained. I was also pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
I would also like to specially thank the hotel for the complimentary late check-out extension. This was extremely helpful and allowed us to have a much more relaxed and comfortable departure without having to rush.
The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the service was excellent.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience and felt that the hotel went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The free room upgrade and late check-out were especially appreciated. Great value for money, excellent service, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Haikou. Highly recommended!"

They can also take a dip at the outdoor swimming pool or go out cycling.
"Let me start with a conclusion. The Qixianling Anlan Hotel is absolutely perfect for families with children, a great choice for all ages. Firstly, the environment is friendly. Everything you'd experience in a tropical rainforest at Yanoda, you'll find here. Secondly, the service is friendly. They provide electric cart transfers for all your movements, saving you the effort of climbing hills. Thirdly, the comfort of the hot springs. We booked a suite for 4 adults and 1 child, which was perfectly spacious. The indoor hot springs were comfortable and enjoyable, allowing us to relax at our leisure. Fourthly, the activities are abundant. Unlike beach resorts in Sanya, the activities here are suitable for all ages, primarily focusing on Li culture. You can make Li incense, sculpt Li pottery, and they offer guided introductions to tropical plants and Li culture led by Li sisters. They even picked ripe figs for us to eat. For people from the north and children, the experience is truly enriching. Fifthly, the food is excellent. When in Hainan, it's usually vinegar pork or seafood. Here, we enjoyed Li cuisine, including Five-Legged Pig and Flying Chicken, which was the most satisfying meal for me, with the wild vegetable soup being a particular highlight. The whole family enjoyed it immensely, the set meal price was very reasonable, and we added more dishes. Besides the good points, there are some minor drawbacks, mainly that the hotel has been around for some years, so the facilities are a bit outdated. I stayed at Bird's Nest thirteen years ago, but if I had to recommend, I'd suggest Anlan more. You get a similar experience for half the price, and I'd also recommend staying for two nights for a more suitable visit."

This was our second time staying at Bird's Nest with the kids. This time we booked a larger room, and the front desk kindly upgraded us for free. We even had a dedicated service butler who was incredibly helpful. Their response time for dining arrangements and car bookings was very quick. The room facilities and decor have a charmingly rustic and natural feel. As for the views, they are absolutely stunning, with rolling mountains and blue skies and white clouds that feel within reach. You can hear the rustling of the pines and the wind blowing through the leaves, and there's a panoramic view of Yalong Bay, where the sea and sky blend seamlessly. It's perfect for those looking for a quiet getaway and a close connection with nature.

To be honest, the room facilities are a bit dated; you can definitely see the age in the bathroom and furniture. But that didn't detract from our experience at all, because the butler service was simply outstanding!
From adding her on WeChat to communicate our needs during check-in, to receiving daily thoughtful weather and activity reminders, every request was met with a prompt response. The butler even specially delivered a fresh fruit platter to our room. And at check-out, she had prepared Hainan specialty souvenirs. The attention to detail was incredible, making us feel truly valued and pampered.
Moreover, the hotel's outdoor environment is absolutely stunning! The sand on the beach is as fine as flour, the seawater is crystal clear, and every photo you take looks like a wallpaper. The complimentary travel photoshoot was an even bigger surprise; the photographer patiently guided our poses, and the results were simply amazing. We ended up buying a package of over twenty photos, which was far better than any roadside photographer – why even bother with a bicycle when you have a luxury car? (a Chinese idiom meaning 'why settle for less when you can have the best')
Honestly, I truly believe that without the dedicated efforts of these high-quality professionals, this hotel would struggle to operate so smoothly. The hardware might be old, but the warmth of the people makes up for it. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who values service experience! We'll definitely be back! 👍

The hotel boasts a prime beachfront location on Sanya Bay's Coconut Dream Corridor, offering easy access to the beach for sunset views. It's also very close to Phoenix International Airport, making early morning or late-night flights hassle-free. The grand European Baroque-style lobby is truly impressive and perfect for photos.
The rooms are spacious, and our sea-view room featured a scenic balcony with a bathtub, creating a wonderful ambiance. We could enjoy the ocean view right from our bed, and the sunset over the sea in the evening was absolutely stunning. The bedding was comfortable, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and all facilities were well-maintained.
The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of Chinese and Western dishes, including freshly made Hainanese noodles, and was served until noon, which was great for those who wanted to sleep in. The hotel also has two large outdoor pools and a kids' club, all set within beautiful gardens, making it a very pleasant place for a relaxing vacation.
The front desk and concierge staff were warm and attentive, promptly addressing any issues. This hotel is suitable for both couples and families, offering great value for money. It's definitely a top choice when visiting Sanya Bay, and we would consider staying here again!

Guest UserEnvironment: I brought my child here once in mid-May and stayed in a Deluxe Seaview Twin room. It had a full sea view, and the scenery was excellent. The 88-square-meter room was also very spacious.
Service: The reason I chose InterContinental again this time is because I think the hotel offers great service, always responding to requests. The mini-train ride is free, and the shuttle bus takes you to the beach. We arrived at 11 AM to check in, stored our luggage, and took the child directly to the indoor playground. Since my child needed a nap, I hoped for an early check-in. At 2 PM, the front desk informed us that a family suite was available on the 7th floor (which was an upgrade from our original room type). Although I still preferred a higher floor with a full sea view, I didn't mind too much, thinking my child could finally take a nap. It actually still had a sea view.
Facilities: The hotel opened in 2014. I stayed here at the end of 2015, and back then, it wasn't a family-friendly hotel and didn't have as many activities. At that time, I basically just slept in the hotel every day and rarely went out. Although it's been over ten years now, the in-room facilities are not outdated; classics remain classics.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, very close to the beach, with direct access by foot. The open-air, sea-and-sky-integrated lobby bar offers expansive views. Sitting there, enjoying the sea breeze and gazing at the clear blue ocean and sky, truly enhances the ambiance.
Although it's been open for a while, the overall facilities are well-maintained. The lush gardens are beautiful, with a new picturesque scene at every turn, making strolls around the resort leisurely and therapeutic. The guest rooms are clean and tidy, providing a high level of comfort. The staff are attentive and polite, making the entire stay very pleasant. If you're looking for a slow-paced, relaxing holiday in Yalong Bay, this place is highly recommended. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Sanya!

The Sheraton Hotel is fantastic. The environment is beautiful, the beach is clean, and the pool is great fun. There are plenty of activities for families. The rooms are clean and tidy, and Butler Potato's service was excellent – always responsive to our needs. The hotel's food selection is varied and reasonably priced. Guest UserFacilities: Excellent! Although it's been around for some years, it's incredibly well-maintained, living up to the standards of a luxury hotel group! We stayed in a villa with a massive private pool, and the water quality was spotless! With a total area of nearly 300 square meters, it was truly comfortable – thumbs up!
Ambiance: Their own private beach makes watching the sunset a breeze! The Southeast Asian-style garden design means you don't need to fly all the way to places like Bali or Phuket to enjoy the sun, sand, fine wine, and delicious food.
Service: We had a professional personal butler who was incredibly responsive to every request. It felt truly comfortable – kudos to the service team!
Overall, this spontaneous trip brought so many unexpected delights, and the accommodation was definitely a highlight. We're planning to come back to Sanya next year for another vacation!

AAAjinwandalaohuThis was an amazing travel experience, and my first time staying at this type of resort hotel. It's fundamentally different from other luxury hotels. The hotel's facilities are comprehensive, including bars, a zoo, a private beach, various sports courts, swimming pools, a surf pool, and much more. It's truly as they say, coming to Sanya and just enjoying the hotel is enough. Initially, my room wasn't ready when I arrived, but Steven actively coordinated and even sent a welcome gift, which I really appreciated. The service in this regard was exceptional. Other hotel staff were just as great; their service attitude truly lives up to the luxury hotel standard.

Guest UserI brought my grandson to Hainan for the holidays. I used to stay at Marriott frequently, so I chose Marriott again this time. However, after reading some negative reviews, I only booked for one night. As soon as we arrived at the hotel lobby, I was absolutely stunned – it truly lives up to its Marriott name, elegant and grand. Vicky, a lovely young lady at the front desk, greeted us with a smile, explained the benefits included with our room, and recommended the concierge manager to us. Manager Jia was truly attentive to guests and well-managed; she prepared children's amenities for us, and hearing that we missed the executive lounge hours, she arranged another day for us (even though we didn't go, we were very grateful). She also sent fruit, cake, and coconut for the little one. What moved us the most was that our flight was at 8 PM, and she extended our checkout until 5 PM – something no other hotel would easily do, especially during a holiday. We were so fortunate to meet Manager Jia this time. Her extremely thoughtful service, professional and skilled business acumen, and dedicated work attitude towards guests fully demonstrated the hotel's high standard of service and excellent brand image. She truly showed us what 'home away from home' means. We will definitely choose Marriott again next time we visit.
