We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. When we checked in they upgraded our room to a business suite. This was so unexpected and we loved it! It was so comfortable and provide the perfect amount of space so when one needed to work in the evening, the other person wasn’t disturbed. The en-suite bathroom was fantastic - the dual vanity was perfect for both of us to get ready at the same time. Also, it had a massive bathtub and separate shower- great for those who might want to unwind after a long day. The bed was very comfortable and it had great sound proofing. The only drawback was that the AC didn’t work well in the suite- even though we tried to lower the temperature, we weren’t able to bring it lower than 25 degrees. As it is summer, being able to lower the AC would have been helpful as it did get a little stuffy in the room at night. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. From recommendations on how to visit several of the villages we were interested in going to, to recommendations for specific Guizhou dishes to try at the night market, they were so kind and pleasant. The day we checked out it was pouring. The staff were kind enough to lend us umbrellas so we could go for a short walk to get coffee before our trip to the train station. The facilities were great and well maintained. A good really gym with lots of equipment / treadmills/ weights etc so you could work out. It closes at 11pm (as does the laundry). They only have 2 washer/ dryer combinations so while laundry is free to do, it could take a while as the shortest wash cycle was approximately 30 min, and then you still had to factor in dry time (as it’s the same machine). The hotel is located in the center area so there are lots of shops, and huge underground mall, night market, parks, cafe and bakery all within walking distance. As it’s centrally located, it’s very easy for didi to find/ schedule pick up. We loved our time in Kaili and our stay at this hotel. We will definitely return for a second visit!

As a self-driving expert, every choice is prepared and rewarding. This time is no exception~^_^ The environment of Yaojia·Fanshe Cliff Boutique B&B is indeed very good. The room faces the mountain view. The B&B also thoughtfully prepared welcome gifts💝 and dinner for us, as well as welcome fruits and good night desserts. The service is quite good, thumbs up. We booked a two-night package, which comes with a bathtub. We brought our own mugwort for a hot bath, but the water temperature in the bathtub was not hot enough. It is recommended to check it. In the evening, have a cup of hot tea 🍵 and chat slowly 🥘🍷🍓 - We have traveled to a place we haven’t seen for a long time, and there are still a lot of changes. To add: The B&B also thoughtfully booked hot spring tickets for us at the Park Lane Hotel. It is recommended for those who drive there. The environment and spa are very good, but please note that they are only open until 8:30 in the evening. Please pay attention to the usage time when going) The B&B also provided us with shooting projects for free. This very considerate service also attracted us to choose it. Hope there will be more surprises next time you visit!

Summary: This was the most satisfying guesthouse during my five-day trip to Guiyang! I would definitely choose it again if I had the chance to come back! It was exactly as pictured, exceeding my expectations! A full 5-star review! I would recommend it to friends traveling with me. Room: Clean, tidy, comfortable, and cozy. Complete toiletries were provided, including children's slippers, disposable razors, a Laifen hairdryer, Toto bathroom fixtures, strong water pressure for a comfortable shower, smart home features, and comfortable bedding. Environment: The guesthouse is converted from several villas, beautifully designed, and photogenic. Those with photography buddies will love it. There's an indoor pool where the kids had a great time. The children's play area was under renovation, so we didn't get to use it. The washing machine, dryer, and gym are on the basement level. Breakfast was excellent—clean, refreshing, and with a full range of desserts and cakes, meeting the standards of a high-end hotel. There was complimentary afternoon tea and coffee; the kids finished all the mango pomelo sago. Service: We arrived at the guesthouse at 1 AM, and the receptionist immediately smiled and proactively came to help with our luggage when he saw our car parked at the door. Throughout our stay, he was very helpful and responsive to all our needs. Because of the excellent experience, we stayed another night and upgraded from a family room to a twin room, still highly recommended. Since we had a young child, we opted for a relaxed itinerary in Libo: a good night's sleep at the hotel, lunch in town, a swim and nap in the afternoon, afternoon tea, and then a trip to Xiaoqikong at 4 pm, perfectly avoiding the crowds. They even gave us a tie-dyed shawl when we left. This guesthouse is highly recommended for families traveling by car! Cleanliness: Excellent! Every place was spotless, and we saw staff cleaning and wiping the windows daily. Suggestions: 1. Consider adding charging stations. 2. It would be even better if the guesthouse offered lunch and dinner. 3. A Xiaoqikong travel guide with recommended routes and restaurants would be perfect.

The hotel is elegant and surrounded by mountains, like a paradise. The hotel shuttle bus is very convenient, and you can enjoy the atmosphere of the ancient city of Zhijin in a few minutes. VIP hotel housekeeper Zhu Qingqing is very attentive, the service is very good, and the hospitality is very warm! The hotel room is very clean and comfortable, the environment is also very good, quiet, suitable for vacation travel. The only regret is that the maximum score can only be 5 points.

The Hilton Hotel was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were spotlessly clean and spacious, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. The service provided by the staff was thoughtful and attentive. Breakfast offered a wide and delicious selection. The hotel's location is perfect, only a 10-minute drive from the airport. I'll definitely be choosing this hotel again for my next trip!

They also have a gym and a laundry room. The laundry room boasts three washer-dryer combos, and complimentary laundry detergent is provided for guests. In the lobby, there's a coffee machine, hot water dispenser, and tea bags, all easily accessible. ❤️ **Restaurant:** The breakfast selection is pretty basic but meets essential needs. You'll find congee, soy milk, milk, and fried dough sticks, along with some stir-fried vegetables. They also have freshly made beef noodles and beef vermicelli, which are absolutely delicious. ❤️ **Room:** The rooms are quite spacious. If you get a street-view room, you can directly see the distant lakes, mountains, and the old city district. The bed's firmness is just right, leaning towards medium, offering good support. The shower heats up very quickly, and the water pressure is excellent. ❤️ **Service:** The hotel staff are all very enthusiastic and patient. They respond promptly to guests' requests and resolve issues efficiently. The service is very thoughtful. 💔 **Issues:** 💔 1. **Poor Soundproofing & Insulation:** The hotel's soundproofing is quite poor. The first problem is that the windows are old-fashioned single-pane sliding windows, so both their sealing and soundproofing are subpar. They let in drafts, which makes the overall room temperature on the lower side. Even with the air conditioning on, it takes a long time for the temperature to rise. If you don't close the curtains, you can feel a noticeable chill near the window. If you close the bathroom door, it gets extremely cold; you can distinctly feel the temperature drop when showering, and the bathroom window also has poor sealing and lets in drafts. Furthermore, despite being on a floor above the tenth, you can still hear traffic and car horns due to the poor soundproofing. 2. **Inconsistent Hot Water:** While the shower gets hot water very quickly, within 3-5 seconds, the sink takes a painfully long time to heat up, about 1.5 to 2 minutes. 3. **Broken Laundry Machine:** The hotel's laundry room has three convenient washer-dryer combos for guests. However, machine #3 is broken; it can wash but not dry. There was no notice, so I assumed all machines were working fine and used it. Consequently, my clothes couldn't be dried, forcing me to switch to another machine to dry them separately. This caused a significant delay and disruption to my travel plans as my clothes weren't fully dry when I had to leave. ❣️ **Summary:** Overall, I'm quite satisfied. The service, location, and bedding were all great. There were just a few minor hiccups. If I come back during a warmer season, I would still choose to stay here. ❣️

The hotel service was excellent! They even helped me switch to a room with a view! The facilities are also very complete, and it's exceptionally clean! A perfect trip! I'll definitely stay here again next time, it's fantastic!

Batik Craft Experience: Very memorable, and I made two handkerchiefs. Specialty Tea Souvenir: Very thoughtfully prepared. Minibar: The two coffees provided were a delightful surprise; the latte art was exquisite and they tasted delicious. Service: The butler service was excellent; they consistently helped us with our luggage. They even brought breakfast to our room, and it was incredibly rich and plentiful.

Hotel experience is great! First choice for business travel! The room is spacious and bright, clean and tidy, no smell, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, hot water is out in seconds, well-equipped and new; there is a large desk and sufficient socket, WIFI is smooth, high-speed network processing is stress-free; the bedding is soft and sleeps soundly, and the room is soundproofed. The staff was kind and patient, the front desk Xiao Chen service was warm, the breakfast was rich and fresh, the price was full, and the stay was comfortable and at ease.

Good location, hardware facilities are OK, hot spring water quality is very good. But the service needs to be improved! Because the air conditioning sound in the first room was too noisy to sleep, the request for a room change was made, and the front desk actually asked for a cleaning fee with a bed passively! Although it was not received in the end, this kind of service attitude is really embarrassing!
