"The room was incredibly spacious! Absolutely amazing! A big shout out to Zhao at the front desk for helping us arrange for a bellhop to take our luggage to the room. She also made sure we got connecting rooms, which was fantastic! And the service of storing our items in the fridge and delivering them to our room at 6 AM was excellent. This was by far the best and largest hotel we stayed at during our trip to Guizhou, and the breakfast was also superb."

The staff were very friendly and approachable, making communication easy. The location is very close to the main road, making it convenient for taxis, and it's suitable for both business trips and tourism."

"The double bed is large and you can clip Xiaobao in the middle. The tent is large enough for an adult to sleep, and the boss can sleep in the tent. We and our parents have a total of 6 people in just two rooms. Adults sleep in a big bed and children sleep in a tent. This night's stay is comfortable.
The hot spring water of Jianhe is really good, the water is slippery, and the skin is slippery. The hotel's supporting hot spring pool environment is natural, various flower pools and medicine pools, the cave area has not had time to soak, the front has been very comfortable. From the medicine pool of 35℃ to the flower pool of 44℃, from cold to hot, the whole person is warm. The hotel sent 4 hot spring tickets per room. We soaked once on the day of check-in, and then soaked again after breakfast the next day.
The day of check-in happened to be the Lantern Festival. The Qingjiang Pavilion cruise ship was suspended and changed to the fireworks show and song and dance performance in Yang'asha Square. The singer sang on the cruise ship of Qingjiang Pavilion. The 30-minute fireworks show was still shocking and beautiful. Disney's fireworks show is beautiful, but that is fireworks + light and shadow, if you just watch the fireworks, Jianhe Lantern Festival this 30-minute fireworks show is the most beautiful fireworks show I have ever seen.
Yang Asha, I hope that next time I come to Jianhe Hot Spring, I can have time to read the story of the goddess. The book Yang Asha placed in the hotel makes me concerned."

"A trusted branding. I really like this hotel. Love the breakfast variety, space in room, toilet amenities and ventilation- no cigarette smoke smell which is great! Hotel staff super friendly and helpful too! Also love the laundry room. Very clean hotel. This hotel is also great for vehicles to drive in especially when there's heavy rain and ponding waters on the streets. Keeps my feet dry.
Though hotel is slightly further from main attractions in Guiyang city, it's only 30 mins on average by didi to most places. I like the location due to my red eye flight- it's about 10 mins by didi to airport. Area is quiet and clean, near a school too. Super enjoyed the shopping at the The SASSEUR (Guiyang) Outlets (砂之船贵阳奥莱) too. That's also about 10 mins away. Hotel has lovely sunset too!
If I return to Guiyang, I'll stay here again."

"Came to Wanfenglin for a visit, and it was quite an experience!
**Facilities:** The whole courtyard is unique, small but exquisite, perfect for taking photos.
**Hygiene:** The room's cleanliness was pretty good. The room itself isn't large, but it has everything you need, full of character. I think we got a free upgrade, as the room type included a small balcony, and opening the window revealed a stunning view of the rape flower fields.
**Environment:** The only slight downside was the outdoor private hot spring; the water quality felt a bit average, with some bugs and floating debris.
**Service:** The staff were incredibly enthusiastic and helped with our luggage."

XiaoxiaoyuI personally think the exterior is very impressive; it's rare to see a hotel with this kind of design and size nowadays. The entire ancient town is beautifully crafted and has a great style. The hotel service is also very good. For a county town, everything here is excellent. Breakfast is good too, with a mix of Western and Chinese options, and even bagels. The coffee is decent. Sister Zhu's Stir-fry at the entrance of the ancient town is also delicious 😋. It's very close to Zhijindong Cave, so staying here is perfect for visiting the area.

Right from the moment we arrived, it was disappointing. We had a lot of luggage since we were traveling from Nanning, and there was no one to receive us or guide us — just a dark alley with no staff in sight. We had to call the number listed, and even then, the person on the call had no idea where we were supposed to check in. After some confusion, we had to walk around 200 meters to a completely different hotel’s service center just to check in. Even there, the service was terrible — the staff were casually chatting on WeChat and clearly had no clue what they were doing. We waited nearly 30 minutes before they finally said we should go to another hotel nearby. They gave us a room card and we moved all our luggage there, only to get a call saying the room was already booked for the next day — so we had to move again. Thankfully, we hadn’t unpacked yet, but it was still exhausting and unacceptable. Even basic things like water bottles weren’t available — we were told they would send a message in a WeChat group and they would deliver it to the room later. Seriously? Overall, the experience was chaotic, unprofessional, and stressful. The only positive part was the security staff — they were actually helpful and polite. Everything else? Not worth it.

整体体验非常差。我们带着很多行李到达时，居然没有任何人接待我们。该家酒店不接受办理入住，办理入住非常混乱，我们还得走到另一家酒店的服务台，等了30分钟，工作人员却不知道该怎么操作。后来我们被安排到另一家酒店的房间，结果又打电话来说那个房间已经被别人预订了，还得再换一次。连瓶装水都没有，要在微信群里发消息才会送来。唯一好的地方就是保安很热心。不推荐入住。整体体验非常差一个度假村行的酒店管理却做得如此之差，不知道是怎么经营下来的。

🌿 Great Emotional Value, Though Some Details Need Improvement
I recently stayed at La Mere Ancienne in Guiyang. Overall, it was a warm experience, but there were some ups and downs.
The Highlights:
The ”Emotional Value” here is excellent. The nine-grid breakfast was both beautiful and delicious, especially the authentic beef rice noodles. Since it wasn't crowded, the waiter spent a lot of time chatting with the elderly members of our family, sharing many interesting fun facts, which made them very happy. We also received a beautiful tie-dye silk scarf as a parting gift. Later on, the staff was patient enough to upgrade our room, and the Yao herbal bath was perfect for removing all our fatigue.
The Downsides:
However, the check-in process left something to be desired. Although the room features a private herbal bath, the staff didn't proactively offer or deliver the herbs until we asked. Additionally, we were told that the afternoon snacks were already sold out when we arrived.
Summary: While the initial service was a bit passive, the subsequent hospitality and the unique atmosphere made up for it. A solid choice, but I hope they can improve their proactiveness during check-in!

istorm📍 The location is absolutely amazing: just a 5-meter walk to the observation deck, offering a stunning panoramic view of the Miao village. It's incredibly convenient, especially for seniors.
🏨 Facilities & Service are top-notch: There's an elevator, which is a huge plus for older guests! The service is superb; everything from check-in to check-out was perfectly arranged.
🍴 The restaurant, ”Chunxi Xiaoguan,” is legendary: The sour soup fish and the intangible cultural heritage 'sweat chicken' are fantastic, great value for money, and delicious. You can also request other stir-fried dishes to be made non-spicy. This guesthouse's own restaurant is truly a hidden gem, with high ratings and many returning customers. Highly, highly recommended.
From location and service to food and overall experience, this beautiful guesthouse is flawless! If you're coming to Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village, you absolutely must stay here. It's hassle-free and perfect for photos. I'll definitely be back next time!

💖 Service exceeded expectations! A dedicated butler contacted us in advance, arranged pick-up and drop-off, and was on hand for luggage storage and any other needs we had.
🏠 The room amenities were incredibly thoughtful. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area and a standalone bathtub – perfect for relaxing after a long day of travel. They also provided a Marshall speaker, premium toiletries, and a Dyson hairdryer, making for a truly high-quality stay.
Breakfast can be delivered to your room, so you can enjoy high-altitude city views with your morning tea right from your bed. The American-style cafe downstairs is super photogenic, and there are complimentary welcome fruits, coffee, and drinks. Plus, laundry and drying services are available. It's truly ideal for couples!

lunaxchelleMy stay at Bailian Hotel Huangguoshu far exceeded my expectations. It was an incredibly relaxing escape, almost flawless from start to finish, with only two minor details worth mentioning.
The room design beautifully showcased an elegant Oriental style. It was spacious and airy, with exquisite, high-quality soft furnishings. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the amenities were complete and top-notch, making it perfect for both relaxation and enjoying the views. The hot springs were a major highlight; the pools were nestled discreetly within the mountains, offering a serene and private environment. The water temperature was perfect, and soaking in the mist-shrouded pools was a fantastic experience, allowing me to relax my mind and body while enjoying the natural beauty.
The service was impeccable. From check-in to check-out, the staff were warm, attentive, and patient. They were always quick to respond to any requests, providing thoughtful and discreet service that made me feel truly cared for. The food was also exceptionally satisfying. The ingredients were fresh and authentic, and the dishes were outstanding. Both the refined dinner and the extensive breakfast balanced nutrition and taste perfectly, delighting my palate.
The only slight drawbacks were the somewhat strong smell of the wooden furniture in the room, which dissipated after opening the windows, and the occasional presence of a few mosquitoes, which could be managed with repellents.

Our entire stay at the homestay was filled with warmth and thoughtfulness at every turn. We were truly touched and wanted to express our heartfelt gratitude through this letter.
First and foremost, a special thank you to our butler, Cao Cao. She was always available, helping us carry our heavy luggage up to our room halfway up the mountain. She handled every big and small matter meticulously, always thinking of everything for us. She was incredibly reliable and attentive.
We also want to thank Manager Tian. Even before we arrived, she sent us detailed travel information, proactively provided contacts for car services, and meticulously explained the itinerary for our current and next destinations. She planned our trip in advance with exceptional care.
Finally, a big thank you to the two lovely service ladies who proactively came to our room to change our bedsheets and pillowcases. Their attention to detail made our stay comfortable and reassuring.

Anonymous UserA trusted branding. I really like this hotel. Love the breakfast variety, space in room, toilet amenities and ventilation- no cigarette smoke smell which is great! Hotel staff super friendly and helpful too! Also love the laundry room. Very clean hotel. This hotel is also great for vehicles to drive in especially when there's heavy rain and ponding waters on the streets. Keeps my feet dry.
Though hotel is slightly further from main attractions in Guiyang city, it's only 30 mins on average by didi to most places. I like the location due to my red eye flight- it's about 10 mins by didi to airport. Area is quiet and clean, near a school too. Super enjoyed the shopping at the The SASSEUR (Guiyang) Outlets (砂之船贵阳奥莱) too. That's also about 10 mins away. Hotel has lovely sunset too!
If I return to Guiyang, I'll stay here again.

Guest UserPoolside room type. This is my second stay, the first being in 2019. I feel like the trees are much lusher now, and the surrounding environment is also better than before. The Chinese restaurant and the all-day dining options are both good, and the service is prompt. The room maintenance is also decent, though the lighting is a bit dim and takes some getting used to. The breakfast could be a bit more meticulous with cleanliness. I will definitely come back; it's so cool and comfortable in the summer, a fantastic place.
