The room facilities were in good condition, the shower had plenty of hot water, and the cleanliness was meticulous, with even the corners being spotless. The environment was quiet and peaceful. "The hotel is very new, it is a rare hotel with a certain scale in the ancient city, and most of the others are homestays.
The decoration style is very good, one step at a time, the public areas including the hotel lobby and the corridor are very stylish. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and the furniture is unique. A table and a chair are exposed to the beautiful Song Dynasty style, which makes people calm down without feeling in it.
There is a small open-air hot spring pool in the hotel, the Yueting King Room is equipped with a small balcony, and the garden scenery is unobstructed. The room hygiene is very meticulous, and the toiletries are also upscale.
The hotel hardware facilities are impeccable. I hope that after the partial renovation of the hotel is completed in time, the management and service level will be higher. The buffet breakfast meal variety can be richer. Such a hotel is definitely the best choice for staying in the ancient city again!"

"When traveling, I always dread choosing a bad hotel, but I wholeheartedly give this one a five-star recommendation:
1. **Room**: It was very spacious and bright. We stayed in a family kid's room, and it's rare to find one this big. The moment I opened the door, I was incredibly pleased. The bathroom and toilet were separate, and the bathroom itself was also very spacious and bright, featuring a large floor-to-ceiling window that offered absolutely stunning night views.
2. **Details**: The hotel's attention to detail was exceptional. They provided branded children's toiletries – toothbrushes, shower gel, shampoo, and lotion were all available. The same meticulous care was evident in the adult toiletries as well, which really showed their thoughtful approach.
3. **Breakfast**: It was incredibly, incredibly abundant! I was extremely satisfied. The first thing I thought about every morning was going down for breakfast.
4. **Service**: From the parking attendant at the entrance to the front desk and the room service, the service was superb. They even installed a child safety barrier for us, so I didn't have to worry about my baby sleeping at night.

"I stayed here for 3 nights with my parents, and it was a wonderful, friendly, and thoughtful experience.
We arrived late, but Leo at the front desk (shout-out) gave us a warm welcome and was extremely helpful. He thoughtfully arranged adjoining rooms for us. While the hotel may not be brand new, the facilities are great value for money, and the rooms are spotless. More importantly, the warm service from the staff really sets this place apart.
Another shout-out to the housekeeping lady—she noticed I drink a lot of water (at least 6 bottles a day!) and left extra bottles for me when cleaning the room. That small gesture meant so much!
The breakfast buffet offered a huge variety of options, and the dining area was spacious. The location is also fantastic—just a few minutes' walk from the metro, making it super easy to call a cab and visit all the main sights.
From the porter to the front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant team, everyone was fantastic. It was an amazing stay overall!"

The room was spotless, spacious, and didn't feel cramped at all. The bedding was really comfortable, and the soundproofing was great – it was very quiet. The front desk staff were lovely and very responsive to any requests, paying attention to all the little details. Overall, it's excellent value for money. I felt comfortable and at ease during my stay. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Fuzhou!

Piaoyi-888The room was small but exquisitely designed. The outdoor hot spring area and pools were incredibly photogenic! The water jets also created a fantastic 'wave' effect. My only suggestion is that the outdoor lights at night need to stay on for several times longer than they currently do; that definitely needs adjusting! The hotel restaurant's food was also excellent. I hope they continue to maintain their high standards. It's a hot spring hotel worth recommending!

This is a very good hotel. It is right next to the shopping mall, so restaurants and coffee shops are everywhere. We really appreciated the friendly front desk staff getting us an upgraded room. It is spacious, cleaned, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we need. We love their long and cleaned pool. It’s perfect for lap swimmers. Definitely we will recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

Guest UserFrom the moment we booked the room, a dedicated butler group was created for us. They bought our round-trip ferry tickets, and upon disembarking, a butler was waiting at the pier to help with our luggage—we didn't have to carry anything ourselves. Our butler, Isak, was incredibly thoughtful. He not only planned a route to Gulangyu Island that avoided the crowds, but also went out to buy me medicine when he knew I wasn't feeling well. This friend-like care was so heartwarming.
The room's details were impeccable: Aesop toiletries, a Wenxian turndown fragrance, a handwritten welcome note, a complimentary minibar, and even a different set of Gulangyu poems on gold-flecked paper by the bedside each day. The turndown service drew the curtains, lit the aromatherapy, and even prepared a meditation chair—truly taking ”natural healing” to the extreme.

Our family stay with the kids was fantastic! They even upgraded us for free, which was a nice surprise. The room was really spacious, and the bed was huge. Plus, the hotel thoughtfully provided children's amenities. There are supermarkets and snack stalls nearby, making it super convenient for getting around with little ones. The staff were also very friendly towards the kids. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay and definitely our top choice for family travel!

Our vacation ended, but we managed to travel during the off-peak season with our child. My little one absolutely loved it! The hotel is very kid-friendly. There's a dedicated children's heated splash pool that's shallow and even has a small slide. Right next to it, there's a jungle play net, and my child had so much fun they didn't want to leave. Our room was spacious and clean, and the balcony even had a large soaking tub. We'll definitely be back if we have the chance!

This time, our family of four traveled from Hong Kong to Quanzhou and chose to stay at the Crowne Plaza Quanzhou Riverside. Overall, we were very satisfied with our experience. The hotel environment is new and clean, with a grand design and high-quality materials. The lobby and public spaces feature elegant marble, giving a premium and comfortable feel.
I'd especially like to commend Jay at the front desk. His service was highly professional, and check-in was incredibly efficient. He maintained a smile throughout and accurately understood our needs. As we were traveling with family, he proactively upgraded us to a high-floor room on the 31st floor, offering panoramic views of Quanzhou, which delighted the children.
The room itself was spacious and tidy, not feeling at all cramped for four people. The bedding was comfortable, and the amenities were complete. It's also worth mentioning that the housekeeping aunties were very polite, always greeting us, showing great attention to detail and making us feel right at home.
Overall, both the facilities and service were of a very high standard, making for a truly pleasant stay. If we visit Quanzhou again in the future, we will definitely choose this hotel again and recommend it to friends.
