"Close to the airport, I always stay here for my layovers, and I've been here many times. The rooms are good. The front desk service is inconsistent. Sometimes it's great, but other times they're very strict about check-in times, refusing to let me check in before 3 PM even if there are available rooms, and even though I'm a Wyndham Diamond member. The restaurant food is decent, but a bit pricey by local standards."

"This is a good hotel to stay in Santiago, great location, clean/prompt room service, fairly new facilities. But not yet living to the claim of ”the best” hotel in Santiago from my experience. I travelled with my family of 2 seniors, 2 adults and one 2yo toddler. I booked two rooms for two nights - delux king with view (1110) and club level king (1704). After check in, the experience is flawless: prompt room service, extremely friendly and accommodating staff and modern facility. Not to mention the views! However, pre/post check-in experience needs some polishing and made my experience imperfect: - staff did not help at all when we arrived: no one helped us at all when we arrived in a uber (black) with 2 big luggage and a crying toddler at the hotel door. there is a bellboy holding someone elses' luggage and a security-looking guy in black suit standing there near our car. But no other guests they needed to attend to. They both just stared us from when we get out of our car, trying to grab the toddler that's running around crying, getting two big luggages from the trunk until half way into the revolving door. No one opened/held the car door, or even asked if we needed any help, they just stood there staring at us for the whole period! (maybe we were underdressed for the best hotel?) I almost thought their job was not to help guests out of their cars but apparently not the case with other guests. - check out took so long and no special consideration for guests in a rush:They made a mistake in my final bill so I had to go through the line and talk to someone instead of dropping off the keys. even though I mentioned I have a flight to catch I still had to stay in the queue with other guests that are checking in. I was delayed by a good 20 minutes.... there was a long line but only 3/4 counters were used though there are plenty of staff. Everything else was perfect. But being one of the most expensive hotels in Santiago I certainly expect a better experience with the above two points."

"The hotel is located in the heart of Santiago, and is convenient for travel. However, I have to complain that you can't expect breakfast abroad. After staying for 6 days, the breakfast is exactly the same. After communicating with the front desk, I was told that the hotel breakfast is fixed for a period of time (it may change due to seasonal changes). It is really simple and can't be simpler. It can't be compared with China. The dining environment is good. There are floor-to-ceiling windows on the 17th floor. It's nice to enjoy the scenery outside the window. The freshly squeezed vegetable and fruit juice is not bad👍 Overall, it's good, but the difference between domestic and foreign hotels is too big. I can only say that the service and breakfast of domestic hotels are too good."

"It is a nice and clean hotel. We are very impressed with the clean and the comfort and it’s in good location very convenient to go to shopping center and have a nice restaurants around. It’s highly recommend to stay in this hotel."

"The hotel is so beautiful and clean. Staff is very kind and welcoming. The spa is amazing you have a complimentary hour per day to enjoy it and other treatments are available for a reasonable price. The swimming pool is in the rooftop, is quite small but not many people is there. The restaurant on the top is superb, a bit overpriced but the food quality is excellent. Breakfast worth it."

"This is a relatively satisfactory one. The service is very good. From the door, there is always someone to help with luggage. The location is also very convenient. There is a large mall across the road. There is a supermarket inside. There are people who eat and drink coffee. The spa in this hotel is also very comfortable, in short, this is very cost-effective."

"The hotel has a great location; the neighborhood is quite safe, close to subway and bus stops, and there are many cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby. The room wasn't large, the air conditioning was a bit noisy, and the hot water took a long time to heat up in the shower, but everything else was fine."

"It was so peaceful and beautiful, just what we needed. The room was really nice, contemporary and warm. The grounds were spectacular, amazing trees. The staff were really nice and friendly. Specially Christof who gave us a tour of the Palace. Only down side was we pre booked a car to bring us into the city for our next leg. The driver was a complete ****** and near killed us all several times. Not sure this is just the way the locals drive at all."
