"I have a special experience with this hotel. So I am staying for 2 nights. On the first night, they gave me a disabled room instead of what I had booked. I have tried to speak to the receptionist but have been told that it is fully booked, so they are not able to provide the room type that I booked. When I checked in, they did not mention anything about that. So I would advise to double check when you get into your room.I have talked to trip.com, and they informed me that the hotel has actually upgraded my room with a balcony. But I don't actually use the balcony and I would like to get the room type that I booked because that is what I need. So trip.com has sorted it out for me with the hotel manager and they agreed to change the room for me on the second night. I would say the room that I booked is much more bigger than the room that I stayed on the first night. There are pictures for both room below. I am glad that trip.com can sort this out for me and the hotel has changed it for me. Otherwise I probably will make a complaint about that. So, I am quite satisfied about sorting out the query. The room is clean in general. However, the pillow is not comfortable at all. A basic selection of breakfast. Location is quite good as it is only 5 to 10 minutes walk to ski schools and the resort. It is close to the restaurant as well. Staff are good, but I found a bit difficult to communicate in English. They can speak English, but I would say only basic conversation. The ski school in the hotel is too expensive. Although they said it is a VIP course but you can found somewhere cheaper in about 5 minutes walk."

"Lo Spa Hotel Ezeretz è un hotel 4 stelle che offre un buon centro benessere con piscine, saune e altri servizi spa puliti e piacevoli. Le camere sono spaziose e confortevoli, anche se alcune recensioni segnalano che non tutte sono all’altezza delle 4 stelle, più simili a 3 stelle. Il personale è generalmente considerato cortese e disponibile, e l’hotel dispone di un parcheggio comodo. La posizione è un po’ fuori dal centro città, ma facilmente raggiungibile con taxi a basso costo. Alcuni ospiti hanno segnalato delle pecche nella pulizia della camera e nella colazione, che può risultare semplice. "The accommodation was very neat with many facilities. The location is very good next to a ski lift. It has parking. Very helpful staff! They upgraded me to a mountain view room. The room had an espresso machine, kettle, water and ingredients for tea and coffee. The mattress is perfect! Clean and quiet! The hotel has a luxurious Spa! The breakfast was excellent! While on booking I immediately paid the value of the room with credit card, the clerk at the reception it didn't look in their system my payment and asked me to re-pay the value of the overnight stay. I told her that I had already paid the value of the room reservation. The next day at check out they asked me to pay for the night again. I showed the proof of payment that Trip.com had sent me then the employee stated that he would have to confirm it manager...after waiting a few more minutes they acknowledged my payment. Unfortunately the delay and lack of information the payment was unreasonable for a 5 star hotel."

"We settle on September 10, and immediately after the arrival of the girl on the respiratory we convinced that we had only paid for 1 person in their system, offering to pay for the second in 3 nights, after our persistence she called someone to know and turned out, that everything is normal and we have all paid, on her side it was rude as if we were ******. Also we booked a room with 2 separate beds, on the photo such rooms were, but we gave a room with 1 bed, we changed it to another, where 2 beds, but we had to roll them and ask for 2 beds. She also reported that the washing machine was broken, and after 2 days another girl said that only the dryer was broken, and we didn't sit to wash our stuff. The room did not work the railroads on one wall, and did not work TV. There is a stove in the kitchen, but there is no pan or pan, so you won't cook anything. Breakfasts were pretty good, there was something to choose and breakfast, in the rooms was really clean, in the spa and swimming pool there were almost no people at that time but it was possible to buy. The options for dinner at the restaurant are not very much, and the restaurant is only 3 days a week and too late for dinner. There are no special trainers in the swing, and one broken, my husband was important and he is upset. You can go there if you have your own car and you go to stay quiet."

"Rest in the hotel from 7 to 10 aug 2026. The hotel liked it. There are all facilities for comfortable stay. In the reviews read that there is no soap and champoo. All this is not true- there is liquid soap, shampoo, slippers, coats. They issue separate towels for the pool! The mattresses are very convenient, several pillows. For winter time there is an electric battery, except heating. The shower cabin is a separate intersection. Breakfast + dinner. Everything liked, hungry will not go! The only minus, as in many hotels in Europe - drinks for dinner for a separate fee!"

"There is no hot water bathing, no slippers and toothbrushes. The hotel staff are unlocking the room when we are not there. I feel that our stuff has been turned over and the order is written on 61 euros and two rooms to the store to pay 65 euros when swimming. The clothes locked in their cabinets can also be opened and stolen by 200 euros."
