"This is my second time staying here, by chance, and my experience was pretty mediocre.
First off, what I'm most unhappy about is the service. There were very few staff members, and they were neither enthusiastic nor professional. The coffee machine in the restaurant was blocked, so no coffee came out. I asked a staff member to fix it, and she insisted the machine was fine and that I was pressing the wrong button. Only after she tried to get two cups out herself did she start to believe me. I wanted to take a cup of coffee to go for my roommate who doesn't eat breakfast, and it took asking two different people to reluctantly get a takeaway paper cup, even though this is completely normal at other hotels.
The hotel doesn't have a gym. I saw in the reviews that it shares one with the Crowne Plaza across the street, but when I went, I was told the offer had ended. So, if you need a gym, this isn't the place for you.
The only thing I found decent was that the breakfast was quite varied.
This reminds me of an unpleasant incident during my last visit. I've forgotten the exact reason, but upon check-in, they asked us to cancel our booking on Trip.com first. However, when we tried to rebook, the price had gone up, and it took a lot of arguing to get it resolved. Several years have passed, and the service quality still hasn't improved."

"I'd never used the laundry room before, and this was my first time. It was a fantastic experience. It was small, available, and there was no waiting.
The laundry supplies nearby were a nice touch, including a sewing kit, anti-stain sheets, lint trimmers, and shoe polish towels.
The front desk, upon learning I wanted coffee, immediately offered me some drip coffee.
Every gesture was thoughtful, and I felt very welcome staying here.
The breakfast was also worth mentioning. There was a wide variety of delicious salads and cold dishes, including baguettes. There were four or five kinds of fruit, all very tasty. The coffee was always as good as I could ask for."

The only downside was the dirty floors, even upon check-in. Everything else was just great; if I ever return to Beihai, I'll definitely stay here!"

This is my second time here. I originally booked a twin room, but the owner upgraded us to a two-bedroom suite for free! The view was incredible; you could see the beach directly. It's also very close to the mangroves, which was perfect for tide pooling. My kids had a blast!

1. Location: Very close to Golden Beach, it should be a homestay, the lobby is a room at the entrance of the community, the guest room is a few floors in the community, and the beach is separated by a road, the sea view is not bad.
2. Traffic, if you take a taxi, you can say that the location is very easy to find, and public transportation is nothing.
3. Service, basically ordinary homestay, and the hotel is still a little bit, and the front desk and the room are far away. The better thing is that I originally set it for two days, and I want to refund one day and I am very happy.
4. Facilities, the elevator was bad on the first day, such a big building, there were two elevators on dozens of floors, and the people waiting were dying. The facilities inside are actually old, the windows are a bit old, there is no sound insulation effect, and the below is not sealed. The facilities inside are also very old, the hot water is intermittent, the night is super noisy, very unfriendly to children.

It takes about ten minutes to get here from the train station. The hotel is located in Beihai Golden Beach, very close to the sea. The room I booked was spacious and well-laid out. It's very convenient for getting around the area. Dining at the hotel is also easy, with various food options available. The service was very warm and welcoming. The hotel environment is also excellent, a top choice for a relaxing vacation! 😂 All in all, highly recommended. I'll definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

Guest UserWe had such a wonderful stay at this apartment. The moment we stepped inside the apartment, we just felt like going back home. It’s spacious, bright and airy with a little kitchen and a big and beautiful balcony with a fantastic view. The owner/staff is so friendly and helpful. All of our requests will be handled swiftly. The apartment will be cleaned and restocked with all the necessities everyday. We booked for two nights but extended 5 more nights. That tells you how we like the apartment so much. I highly recommend this place to my friends and family.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right by Qiaogang Beach. It's super close to Qiaogang Style Street, so every evening we just rented a scooter from right outside the hotel to grab some snacks. The beds were really comfortable too. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Beihai.

The location is excellent, right across from the beach, making it very convenient for families with children. The room is clean, has a balcony for drying clothes, and is fully equipped. Parking is convenient, and the receptionist, Xiao Jian, is very helpful and introduced nearby tourist attractions. It's great value for money; I'd extend my stay for two more days. Highly recommended!

Right behind the hotel is Golden Beach, perfect for stunning sunset views, and if the tide is right, you can even go clam digging. Our dedicated butler, Lily, provided excellent service throughout our stay, promptly assisting with both travel inquiries and daily needs. Last night, during afternoon tea, my husband, who has sensitive teeth, was kindly offered a bowl of very soft noodles specially prepared by Lily. The attention to detail in their service is truly impressive. This hotel is ideal for both short trips and relaxing getaways. I'll definitely recommend it to friends and look forward to coming back!

WuliuqiqibaStayed at Crowne Plaza Beihai Silver Beach again during the Dragon Boat Festival.
1. The location is excellent, right next to Silver Beach. It's just a few minutes' walk to the sand. The room views are expansive, offering fantastic ocean vistas, making it super convenient for enjoying the beach.
2. The hotel's pool facilities are comprehensive, with clean water and a dedicated children's play area. My kids loved playing in the pool all day long – perfect for families.
3. There was a minor issue during our stay, but the staff responded very quickly after we reported it. The problem was handled properly and efficiently within a short time, which we really appreciated.
Special thanks to these four thoughtful staff members:
First, on June 20th, a tall, sturdy woman with glasses and short hair in the breakfast buffet restaurant was incredibly warm and attentive, offering help proactively and providing meticulous service.
Second, the concierge gentleman who answered the phone around 5:40 PM on June 20th was very quick to resolve our issue, as was the engineering department uncle who came to our room afterward – he was efficient and polite.
Third, the concierge uncle (with a bit of a belly, haha) on May 21st at noon, who proactively helped us with our luggage, carefully organizing it into the trunk. He was attentive and thorough throughout.
Although it's not the newest hotel on Silver Beach, we've gotten used to it and will definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Beihai.

Guest UserThis is our fixed choice for seaside travel every year, a full nine years! The hotel decoration is not trendy, but the convenience of living with the baby is directly full. Going out is the beach. The children play in the water and dig sand and go directly back to the hotel to flush hot water. This time I was assigned to the fourth floor room. The ventilation and lighting were particularly good. The room was transparent and not stuffy. The experience of staying for many years has been stable. It is said that it will be renovated next month. It will be renovated after the Spring Festival. I look forward to the new environment and come next time!
