My child had a great time at the swimming pool downstairs, and the beach was just a few minutes' walk away. I'll definitely book this place again next time I visit."

"After the National Day holiday, my husband and I finally had a rare mini-getaway without the kids. For our first stop, we chose a well-established local landmark hotel with some history, and we were not disappointed. Despite its age, the facilities didn't feel outdated at all. The details in the room were well-handled. A special thanks to Zoe at the front desk for her wonderful service—she upgraded our room, and the view from the assigned room was absolutely stunning! They even sent up some adorable desserts in the evening. If I ever visit Shantou again, I will definitely choose the Sheraton."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly Recommended Hotel in Guangzhou The location of LN Community Hotel is very strategic, with easy access to shopping malls, tourist attractions, and various shopping areas. What impressed us the most was the outstanding service from the front desk team. The staff, especially the female receptionist, were incredibly friendly, patient, and professional. We had several packages delivered to the hotel during our stay, and the team was extremely helpful in assisting us with them. The service was truly exceptional. 👍 The room was clean, fresh-smelling, and very comfortable. The design is modern and stylish, and it was a pleasant surprise to see a robot delivering packages to the rooms! Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to stay in Guangzhou. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit. 😊"

"We had a good time in the apartment. Location is excellent. Good layout of the apartment. The front desk staff was helpful. Car park was good. But a few things to notice: 1. The two towers are mostly with unfinished apartments. The building is in strange stage, some parts are fabulous others bad. Like the elevators, one working close to the apartment and the floor 5 key never lit up. A bit noisy from the constant fixing an around .  Only a few of the power outlet worked that was annoying . There was a kitchenette but only a kettle and plastic cups . Balcony was great. But in a room for 4, could expect 4 chairs and 4 towels. Anyhow. Good for us as price and location ."

"I had a wonderful three-night stay at Le Méridien during the National Day holiday. First, I must commend the hotel's design. The first and second floors house the public areas and meeting rooms, while all guest rooms are on the third floor and above, offering superb sea views. The building's sections are oriented parallel to the coastline, ensuring all rooms have 'straight-on' sea views while maintaining privacy and aesthetic appeal. The room itself was well-equipped and spacious, with a very thoughtful layout. The moment I entered, I was greeted by the beautiful sea view. As someone from the north, I'm completely captivated by such sea views and outdoor terraces. The fabric and cushions on the viewing chaise lounge were incredibly comfortable. Add a cold drink, and just like that, I was able to completely unwind and switch into vacation mode. The room's perspective was from the tenth floor of the East Wing. Below the West Wing, it probably faces the outdoor pool, which would be more convenient for families with children, but likely noisier than the East Wing. Although the hotel has been open for ten years, the room's hardware facilities are very well-maintained – at least I think so. There are no obvious signs of age or wear. For smart home features, it had electric curtains and a smart toilet seat. The room was generally clean and hygienic, and the bath amenities were also Le Méridien branded. It's a pity there was no minibar, and the drinking water was Ice Dew. I'm not sure why many five-star hotels still offer drinking water that's inferior to budget hotels. I hope this can be improved. In my understanding, a resort hotel, besides sea views, also requires outdoor pools, buffets, and bars. Le Méridien's public areas are excellent. The two outdoor infinity pools, including a children's pool, have flowing water to ensure cleanliness. There were plenty of towels and loungers. The breakfast and main meals at the restaurant were also up to five-star hotel standards, with a rich variety and delicious taste. Despite the large crowds, dining was orderly, and there was hardly any waiting for seating or food. All the staff were putting in their best effort. The hotel doesn't have a private beach. I heard it's not allowed in China? There are a few small paths leading to the beach, accessible by room key card. The beach area near the hotel was indeed less crowded and quieter. The sand wasn't very fine, so walking barefoot might be risky. Finally, I have to mention one thing: I arrived at 3 PM, but the room wasn't ready until 5:30 PM, delaying check-in. While I understand the staff were working at full capacity, it did affect the experience. Perhaps offering some seating in the lobby bar or Western restaurant, or a complimentary juice or fruit plate upon check-in, would have been better."

"Enviornment: This was my first time at Dusit Thani Sandalwood Hotel. I found the hotel to be in an excellent location in Shuangyue Bay, with strong Thai-style decor, giving it a very resort-like feel. Service: We were traveling with two seniors this time and arrived quite early. I was worried we'd have to wait a long time to check in, but the front desk receptionist, Xiao Rui, provided exceptional service. Not only did she proactively upgrade our room type, but she also coordinated with her colleagues to prioritize cleaning our room so we could check in early. On the second day, she also helped us request a late check-out. Her attitude was superb and definitely deserves a thumbs-up! 👍 Our stay package included buffet breakfast and dinner. The restaurant's offerings exceeded expectations; the dishes were plentiful and tasted great. The dinner featured a flash mob dance performance, and the breakfast had freshly made rice noodle rolls, both of which were very popular. Restaurant Manager Shen Xia was very responsible, actively asking guests about their dining experience, and was very warm and hospitable. Hygiene: The upgraded 27th-floor sea-view room in Tianyi Building was very satisfying. The room had all the necessary amenities, with a plentiful supply of bottled water, a thoughtfully stocked mini-fridge with drinks, and eye masks, earplugs, mosquito repellent patches, and disposable bathtub liners all readily available. Manager Cai Guie proactively inquired about our stay experience and thoughtfully prepared drinks for us to enjoy on our way home. The package included access to the water park, infinity pool, shooting, archery, gym, table tennis 🏓, billiards, cinema… You can truly spend three days and two nights here without ever leaving the hotel 🙋🏻‍♀️! I will definitely come again if I have the chance!"

"The room's balcony offers a great view, directly overlooking the sea. The interior is spotless and well-equipped. The location is also quite convenient for getting around. Communication during check-in was smooth, and overall, the experience was satisfying. I would prioritize this apartment again on my next visit."

"The room was spacious, and indeed, you could see the sunrise right from the window. However, perhaps because of its seaside location, there was a bit of rust. The guesthouse entrance was very close to the beach, but the seawall seemed to have been destroyed by a previous typhoon. Inevitably, there was some construction debris on the beach. The hostess was very welcoming, and even the staff cat came out to greet us – such a well-behaved kitty! Hahahahaha."

"A fantastic travel experience is always made better with great accommodation! The hotel's location is absolutely superb, making it incredibly convenient whether you're taking a bus for a city tour in Zhuhai or crossing the border to Macau. The hotel service was also very satisfying. The ladies at the front desk were not only beautiful but also incredibly attentive. They always greeted me warmly and were always ready to help with anything, which was really heartwarming! The gentlemen at the concierge on the first floor also took excellent care of my luggage; the luggage storage service gave me great peace of mind! And the hotel environment was an even greater surprise. The view from the gym was absolutely stunning and a real eye-opener! I'll definitely try to come back here again if I have the chance!"
