"Went through a decent checked in process. There is 24/7 front desk, so even though we arrive at 1am everything is fine. Have a few words about the fan position in the room. It is placed right on top of the bed so there might be wind blowing into your face when you sleep. The team handled my feedback quickly and their efficiency is impressive."

"Enjoyed my stay at Yotel Porto. Location is around 5 minutes walk from Trindade metro station for connections to airport. Room was great, powerful rainforest shower. I found the staff to be very helpful and professional. My only criticism would be there are illuminated light switches and controls in the room which don’t switch off / darken therefore the room is not completely dark for sleeping which isn’t helpful for a light sleeper like myself."

"The hotel is greatly located with nice view. The unusual architecture and very nice facilities including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, saunas. The presence of the parking lots and EV charging station are also very attractive. Ideal place for tranquil escape from the city noise. A lot of wineries are around."

"I went on a honeymoon. Location: It takes about 20 minutes by taxi from Sao Bento Station. There is nothing around, so if you have something to buy at the mart, buy it. Service: It's really kind from the time I get off the taxi. They are very kind to me and greet me every time I meet them. View, facilities: I was guided to the 7th floor, but the view was really the best. It's much better to just take pictures on the terrace when you go to Moru Garden. I went to the indoor swimming pool on the 8th floor, but there were no users, and the water was lukewarm, so it was nice to swim and play. You can't do smart TV, so give up on TV. Room service: Koreans will not like room service food. The seafood rice is too mingling, and the sushi was not the sushi we eat. I asked for bolognese spaghetti, but it was okay. I recommend booking Michelin in advance or going out to eat. Next time I come to Porto, I want to make an appointment for five days and have a rest"

"Short break getaway! Great location, Lovely room comfortable bed had a great night sleep . , I fully enjoyed the health spa. Swim sauna and steam room. Check out the Santana restaurant Buffet lunch all home made food , delicious ! Overall it was a lovely stay, a peaceful retreat just what I needed from the hustle and bustle ( Lobdon ) from the city life ."

"Stayed at this hotel 3 times in less than 2 months, not planning to return ever again. Our 1st visit was so impressive that we had booked 2 more stays short after for our family. Yet the last visit turned into a disaster. Nobody answering phone calls at night. Before checking in on our last visit. We realized our flight got delayed. tried calling the hotel at around 9.15 pm, called 5 times over 20 minutes, no one would pick up the phone in the main reception !! Furious, and so we arrived at 1am without being able to inform them that we were gonna be late. Upon arrival, as I had booked 2 rooms, I asked the only person who was on shift that night to make sure putting my parents into the booked standard double room and my family with a child into the other bigger room (Junior King Suite) . He affirmed me that the room distribution was correct so we just left our parents to go to their room and take rest since it was late. When we arrived at our room, it was definitely a small room that would only fit a couple without being able to add an extra bed. Called the reception, no ones answered again!! So had to went back down to speak to that staff at 1.30am. He insisted, the room I was put into, was the Junior King Suite !!!! I was so angry because that room didnt looked like it was over 500sq ft as it was described when I booked. But the staff said to us that the info in trip.com was incorrect and more over, the information he received didnt mentioned that we had a child with us. Angry and exhausted, and I was even gonna compromised to stay in that room and sleep. we just went back to take a shower, then the guy came , talked to my husband and would offer us a bigger room after all the drama. it was close to 2am!!! We got offered to stay in a family room so my daughter got to sleep on a sofa bed but the guy who made the bed didnt even give her a blanket. Next day, texted my parents and asked them to show us a picture of their room, we realized the guy mistakenly putting my parents into the bigger room and so we were the one who got allocated into the standard double room!! Unprofessional service from the top to the bottom!! we eventually felt bad to that staff because in the middle of the night, he was the only person who moved luggages, opening beds etc..."

"Everything else was great, except for the incredibly loud floor noise from the wooden floors. The creaking of the floorboards was truly extraordinary. The convenient transportation, good service, and ample breakfast were all excellent. The noise, however, was a major issue."

"Impeccable service and the staff is intelligent and beyond professional. I’d say they were my favorite part of the stay. I loved the design and luxurious feel of the hotel, as well. The rooms are on the small side in Portugal but this hotel is of high quality and extremely clean. The sauna, steam room, and are pool are incredibly beautiful. Great location. Wonderful breakfast. The bed was super comfortable and the hotel was always quiet. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends. I’d love to know who developed the hotel. One thing that I wish I had been told is that there was a rooftop. No one mentioned this at check-in and I just saw it in another post on Google."
