"The accommodation was clean and tidy overall, and the bathroom was also very bright. However, they only provided body wash, and you had to borrow a hairdryer from the front desk. It's worth noting that its location isn't very close to the city center, so you'll need to take the subway or bus. When booking, everyone should factor in the transportation costs."

"Fantastic! I absolutely loved this hotel in Lisbon, Portugal, our last stop. The breakfast was delicious, especially discovering Delta coffee ☕️, a local Portuguese brand. And seriously, the latte macchiato from the coffee machine at breakfast was absolutely, positively, unbelievably good!!! It was my first time trying it – rich, hot milk with a thick layer of foam on top, and a few drops of espresso at the end. So creamy and not bitter at all! It was incredibly tasty!!! I had 3 cups every day, it really woke me up!!! Made my day happy!!! Also, among the toasted bread, there's a multi-grain mini croissant that is super fragrant and incredibly flaky and delicious. I ate at least two every day!!! And – they also have a machine that automatically makes mini pancakes for breakfast! You just wave your hand to make them! I didn't know how to use it at first, so I secretly watched other guests, LOL🤣. A few waves and you get a few pancakes! It's so much fun and so tasty 😋. Honestly, I would stay here again just for the breakfast!!!"

Advantages: great welcoming staff, bus stop in a few meters, central location, comfy bed, kettle in the room Minor disadvantages: a bit worn out room (though it does not affect the experience) More noticeable disadvantages: around 10 minutes of walking from the metro, a bit hard if travelling with a luggage from the airport; room is rather dark (not enough lights) and there is no fridge (the latter is really regrettable since it would be nice to be able to bring some snacks for the evening/morning) Breakfast is tasty but very limited (e.g. one option of cheese, ham) but you can squeeze yourself fresh orange juice which is nice"

"The hotel is right next to AIMA, which is incredibly convenient if you have business there. The metro and bus stations are just a stone's throw away. Of course, in Lisbon, you can't avoid walking up and down hills. The room isn't large, and the decor is a bit dated, but it's very clean overall, and the beds are comfortable. It might be a bit small for a family, but it's perfect for a solo traveler."

"This hotel boasts a beautiful environment, with room balconies directly facing the sea, offering views of surfers. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the restaurant offers stunning views. The breakfast spread is generous, and we also enjoyed a delicious lunch at the restaurant."

"Great location, although the neighborhood isn't very well-maintained with a lot of trash around. The hotel itself isn't bad. The biggest drawbacks are the lack of windows that open and, for us Italians, the absence of a bidet in the bathroom or at least a hand-held shower near the toilet. Good service and breakfast."

"Location: The hotel is situated at one end of Avenida da Liberdade, close to Eduardo VII Park. To get to attractions like the old town viewpoints, you'll need to walk the entire length of Avenida da Liberdade. We enjoy walking, so we found this quite nice as the avenue is pleasant for a stroll. Alternatively, public transport (bus and metro) is also very convenient. Ambiance: I really loved the hotel lobby; the decor is unique and beautiful, and it feels very spacious upon entering. Every evening, there are musicians near the bar by the elevators, with a different performer each night – singers, pianists, DJs. It's quite chill to listen to while waiting for the elevator. There's a spa and gym downstairs; I used the gym once. The equipment isn't extensive, and it's quite small, so it can feel crowded with just three or four people. There's a small pool on the top floor. When I went up one evening, I noticed the loungers around it were quite messy, with many empty drink glasses not being cleared promptly. This could definitely be improved. Room: Check-in was very fast and the staff were very friendly. My passport was handled in 2 minutes, with no need to sign, write emails, or pay a huge deposit. The rooms are all excellent with nothing to fault. Housekeeping was done daily when the 'make up room' sign was hung, which was very convenient. As someone who is quite particular about cleanliness, I found my stay here very comfortable. The provided water in glass bottles was delicious and could be refilled endlessly. Breakfast: I had breakfast once. Western breakfasts are never as rich as Chinese ones, but their variety was pretty good. Upon entering the restaurant, staff would ask for your drink order, reserve a seat for you, and prepare coffee and juice. There was a live omelet station, and the banana chocolate cake was quite nice. Overall, a very good experience."

"The location is convenient, just a few minutes' walk from Roma metro station and Roma-Areeiro suburban train station. The hotel lobby and breakfast area are spacious, and the breakfast bread is delicious. The room has a nostalgic feel, the mattress is comfortable, and it's cleaned daily with sufficient air conditioning. The only downsides are the weak hairdryer and the lack of a kettle; you have to go to the lobby bar for hot water."
