Not the first time staying here, and will go back again.
Location is perfect, all the necessities can be found within a walking distance.
Amenities: All the important amenities are available except for hand towels and you have to beg for towels and pretty much the replenishment of amenities after the room is cleaned, far different from the last time when it was still Belmont.
First room we were given had a very mouldy smell and which gave the kids and I instant headaches. They eventually changed it after about 4 hours of waiting and intervention by Trip.com. This really put a damper on things.
Breakfast: Great, the variety is good, but it’s the same pretty much everyday.
The beach: Within 5 minutes walk, but don’t you dare lose of misplace the beach pass paper tag, they’re very uptight about it.
The beach if not the best beach, very rocky which makes swimming pretty uncomfortable.
However, the pool area is awesome and there are sun loungers all around and that makes up for the unpleasant beach.
They provide swimming towels too!
I must say it has developed a lot since the last time I was here and I can only hope they will keep improving.
Lovely stay! Beautiful hotel, with fabulous pools and direct access to a pristine beach with stunning sunsets. Service was also really good. Tons of restaurants to eat within walking distance. Top class place! My only suggestion is to install coffee machines for breakfast - espressos and cappuccinos are not complimentary, only brewed black coffee is served.
Staying at Oceanica was a great experience who wants to escape the bustle city life.... the views of the beach, garden and mini forests were quite calm and relaxing. If you want to get moving just head to the recreation and fitness facility... If you re hungry just head to the restaurants and bars, and enjoy the delicious foods and refreshing drinks. Room is clean and spacious.. staffs are courteous and nice. Will come back again, next time will tag along our kids.

The room was a bit old, and I was surprised to find a large number of ants in the bathroom on the first night, but they disappeared after disinfection. That was pretty much the only issue. All the staff were friendly, and we had no trouble communicating, even with my broken English. Although the breakfast selection was small, it was delicious. We used the new breakfast venue that opened on June 1st, and its open-concept design created a very pleasant atmosphere. The oyster bar and seafood restaurant, also located by the sea, had a great vibe and served delicious food. The portions were quite generous, making it a bit challenging for just two people to finish everything.

The hotel is about a 30-minute drive from the airport. While the location is a bit secluded, the resort offers complete facilities, so you don't necessarily need to leave. It boasts a private beach, and right next door is a public beach with a pier, making boat trips and diving very convenient. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but they have a different theme every day, so it doesn't feel monotonous. It's worth noting that the resort doesn't have a tipping culture, which is quite rare for Southeast Asia.

This turned out to be an incredible choice for our family; Though it is a refurbished property, the rooms' size is very good. The beach was nice and the most astonishing thing for us was the small rock formation near its beach, which hosted an incredible variety of fish and other forms of life. Just a pair of swimming googles or the snorkeling rental equipment here could get one ready in a matter of minutes from your room. The breakfast spread was good and the 'chocolate hour' in the afternoon was a hit amongst all kids and adults.
Beautiful place to spend your holidays and relax a bit before going back to work… this beach is very beautiful and well kept… I have visited almost the entire coast and this structure is the best… nice to swim in the evening and also you have another hidden piece of beach… Virgin Island where you can find starfish in the water, various types of fish etc… the rooms are clean (don't expect Hilton Hotel for what you pay) but it is a very charming place, you have the Bar/Restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner or you can go to the nearby city for lunch or dinner

Very nice resort with a small beach, 2 pools and some restaurants and bars. Rooms are big enough, breakfast was delicious. You need to walk a bit to find if you want to find outside restaurants or shops. Approximately 30mins by Grab to/from the airport.

The rooms are excellent, spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom is huge.
On the second day we could not get the staff to clean up the room, for some reason everyone else was a priority. But the rest of the services were great and the staff overall are as welcoming and friendly as Filipinos can be.
The location was the major let down for us as there is no beach in reality, which is what we booked for. There is a tiny area of beach access completely covered with algae and littered with boats. You can only hope on an island tour if you want to spend time in an actual White Sand beach.
Also you have to chance walking with no sidewalk dodging cars if you want to go eat anywhere else.
Location is exent, just right at heart of the city, transportation is very accessible, No breakfast though but 7Eleven is just below available 24 hours. Over all rating would be 4 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 stars. Budget friendly

Amazing
SStasuardoWe had a wonderful time at this place—I believe it’s the best spot in the area. It was my wife’s birthday, so we booked a beachfront seaside room.
Everything was perfect, from the early check-in (before 2 p.m.) to the recommendations about the island and the exceptional service throughout our stay.
The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable.
The breakfast was excellent, especially by Philippine standards, with plenty of healthy options and fresh vegetables.
The hotel also has its own bar, sun chairs, and a great atmosphere for relaxing.
GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is OK, it's only about 10 minutes' walk from the commercial center, and it's easy to find food. The hotel facilities are too old. The air conditioner in the room was not cooling and the noise was very loud. There was no way to rest. After communicating with the front desk, it was immediately solved and the room was changed. I would like to thank the hotel service staff for their quick handling. The air conditioner in the changed room was fine. When I washed up in the morning, the water from the faucet was gone. It gushed out and then stopped. It took a long time to get back to normal. We booked a suite, but it was just a little bit. It didn't feel like a suite. It cost more than 600 a night without breakfast, which was a bit not worth it.
TTxx RCOne of ths highlights of our Siquijor trip; not much info online about Coco Sunset, but you get to see much about Coco Grove; they are related; turned out to be such a paradise; food selection is great, reaort amenities are worth visiting, they have a marine sanctuary, spa, free shuttle from/to ferry, and everyone is so warm! can't wait to book our next trip
