This hotel is located on a barrier island chain off Cancun, with a lagoon on one side and the Gulf of Mexico on the other, boasting stunning blue waters at a pleasant temperature. The food at the hotel was excellent; we booked an all-inclusive package, and the cuisine was varied, offering buffet, à la carte, and room service options. The hotel also has many complimentary activities, and we participated in the boating program...
It was a great stay however, we were a little bit disappointed about the service. Our room was not ready on the check in time, the pillow didn’t smell good, our luggage wasn’t delivered to the lobby even after an hour after checkout etc. I think I would pay the same price to stay at a different hotel with more pools and restaurants with a larger beach and better service.

Hotel is located at the north east point of Cancun strip, which allows to have an access to the beach at the northern side as well as at the eastern side. Both of the beaches are hidden from big waves by the piers. Turquoize suites are spacious and well maintained with an amazing view of the sea. Hotel territory is big enough for walks around it. Sea view from different spots is really beautiful. Hotel has several pools so that the clients can choose one suitable for them. There are several restaurants and bars in the hotel as well, which brings some diversity of options. Hotel staff is very friendly and polite. Service is really good. Overall nice impression of the hotel. Turquoize suite also has a separate building, which is more quiet and a separate swimming pool with a good view of the sea. Definitely recommend this hotel to all sorts of visitors. The only thing that can be better is the food. I would give 4 points out of 5 for the food, it can be more delicious and special as well as the cocktails in the bars, but maybe it’s because of the “all inclusive” type of the service.

I stayed here for 3 nights in June. The sea was full of weeds, probably because of the rainy season, so I couldn't go in, but there weren't too many people and I was able to relax by the pool. It's also close to Quinta Avenida, so you can enjoy a stroll around the town in between your hotel life. There are buffets, 3 dinner restaurants, a cafe and a pool bar, and activities such as morning yoga and shows, so I had a lot to enjoy. I booked an ocean view room, but I could barely see the sea, so if you want to see the sea from your room, it might be better to book a seafront room.

When i booked this hotel, just look photos and price. I think like this expensive hotel must be excellent. But...
1. This is like 3 stars hotel.
2. Personals very bad. If you didn't pay them, nobody served for you. Just one time they can give you juice or something. Second time you need wait 20 minutes
3. I booked room for 2 people. But inside everything for one. Need ask many time for bring one more soap, or shampoo. And surely need pay....
4. No any amenities. Just pool and restaurants.
5. Normally if you pay this money in Dubai or Turkey, you can see whats the 5 stars. He you can't see any stars.
6. I think have just one reason for like this high price. It's a erotic show. Name is erotic. Nothing more. Just name:):):):)
So, if you have money, and want to rest. Didn't go this hotel. I booked it for 5 days. But stay there just 1 night.

To sum up the hotel in one sentence: My family has a great business, so don’t be dissatisfied with the details.
And the price is not expensive in the all-inclusive package, so I didn’t expect too much. The price is pretty good.
Room:
The soundproofing is very poor and very trendy (not sure if all seaside all-inclusives are like this?) The bed and room are large, and the view is great. There are toiletries. The phone is broken😅 You can use the mobile app to order food in the room.
Drinks:
You can drink whatever you want. There are many bars and mobile bartenders, but the drinks are all too sweet. Maybe I’m not good at ordering...
food:
Those who like good food are advised to give up. The food is mediocre. I tried Asian and Italian restaurants in 4 restaurants. You must rush in as soon as 6 o'clock starts, otherwise you will have to wait for a long time to be seated. There is no reservation system. The food looks good in photos but tastes ordinary, basically lukewarm/cold. There are not enough waiters! ! There is a sense that they want to serve the guests well but are unable to do so. . . The food is served very slowly!
Serve:
The waiters are very enthusiastic and none of them are impatient. The cleaning staff doesn't speak English, but everyone else can more or less speak English.
The Wi-Fi is not bad, and the browsing experience goes smoothly when going to the beach and occasionally cuts out.
There is no air conditioning in the hotel lobby, but the rooms and restaurants have adequate air conditioning.
Beach scenery:
The first row of beach chairs is hard to get, and there are many chairs on the beach behind. There is no large open beach on the beach, but the beach next door is very beautiful. You can walk there and rub it. The water is still very jelly blue and warm, and the sky is unobstructed. Watching the sunset is beautiful!
Activity:
There are group singing, playing cards in the swimming pool, and Spanish classes. You have to play with other foreigners. The club is afraid of asking you to quit.
There is a small entertainment room for children, with slides and so on.
There are outsourced people waiting on the beach to take orders: paid activities in the hotel, riding motorcycles on the sea, and towing parachutes on boats🪂
There are also projects that promote activities outside acua world: jungle tour, snorkeling (snorkeling), oxygen bottle diving
There are several swimming pools which are pretty good
Loving the small pools it feels cozy and the room is spacious with a small living room with sofa where you can recieve friends or travel mates. We enjoyed a lot at the cocktail bars and different restaurants! Dreams does feel dream like !
The all-encompassing deciding factor is the number of restaurants, but here, in addition to various restaurants in Mexico, Italy, sushi, France, teppanyaki, buffet style, there are ice creams and smoothies, cafes, etc. I like it every day! !!
There are a few souvenir shops, they are very good!
The good thing is the evening event, where the souvenir stall opens from the square on the spot.
It is nice to see something other than the souvenir shop without going out. Most importantly, the tequila store and the artists attracted on the spot are great!
The resort also holds many activities every day. I am looking forward to participating in cooking classes, sports, etc.!
