"It's a great hotel, location is in the business district so a little bit further from central Osaka (Dotonbori etc) if that's where you'd prefer to be. The onsen is great, as long as you follow the rules it's really relaxing and the amenities are fabulous. Room was great, a really good size for Japanese standards, complete with complimentary waters everyday. It's quite a dark hotel so if that's not your vibe then I wouldn't stay here but we really enjoyed it."

"🚎 Commute: Just a 1-minute walk from Ebisucho Station Exit 3 to the hotel! Super convenient! Dotonbori is only two subway stops away, or about a 25-minute walk. Hygiene: I was personally very satisfied, although the air conditioning had a strange smell for the last two days, not sure why. Housekeeping: They bring fresh towels and bottled water every day! Thumbs up! Honestly, I don't use that many towels, haha. They also clean the room and make the bed on the second day of your stay. Bathroom: It's quite compact, but the shower pressure is excellent, making for a refreshing wash. Taller or larger guests might find it a bit inconvenient. 🤓 In summary: The best choice for solo travelers! If I come to Osaka again, I'd recommend staying at this hotel. It's also very quiet at night; I was worried it might be noisy, but it wasn't at all. The guests in the neighboring rooms were all very considerate. 😇 🥹🥹 A wonderful trip to Osaka!"

I work as an employee for the Kame Yu department stores, and I get home every day by 8 PM at the latest. I don't smoke, but I occasionally drink. Room cleanliness: 9.5/10 Only tiny amount of dust on table/remotes, no stains on the walls / furniture (Also, surprisingly the cleanest hotel I've stayed in throughout 2.5 weeks in Japan, across 8 hotels, including Roku Kyoto) Bed: 6.5/10 Old springy kind Toilet: 8/10 Surprisingly spacious and did not compromise on the bathtub Quilt/blanket? 8/10 soft n heat retention good Positives: ++Hotel staff was very kind to help with Yamato luggage forwarding procedures & calling the receiving side for confirmation(info didn't match n got stuck on phone for 30mins) ++Room cleanliness superb (no spots found with UV) ++Got one-piece PJs, easy to wear, legs a bit cold tho, recommended to wear your own socks to sleep ++Humidifier available in room (very important during winter/spring!) ownself topup for hygiene purpose ++Love that the toilet size had piority despite the small room! It was even bigger than my Nagoya's hotel, can stretch legs a bit more in this tub ++Toilet got constantly heated seats!!!! ++Bathtub has armrest ++Electronics street right round the corner, e-earphones! Cons: -- No bath salts -- Some smoke smell lingering in lift / corridors due to smoking room @ first floor? -- *DO NOT try to walk from the major Namba station from KIX in freezing winds n maze w luggage. The location from Namba subway is madness if you have luggage. Only try to bring your luggage from Ebisu station instead! (But was a good walk w shops and food everywhere) Overall: 10/10 for this price point!"

"This was my second stay here. The first time, I had a room for two people and it was tiny. This time, I booked a triple room and they upgraded us, which made it much more spacious. The location is super convenient; it's about a 5-6 minute walk from Nihonbashi subway station. Getting to the airport is easy too, as the airport shuttle stop is just a five-minute walk away. Dotonbori is right across the street, and Shinsaibashi is within walking distance. There are also plenty of drugstores nearby for shopping, and a 7-Eleven just a short walk down the street, which is always packed and bustling. The only downside is that the hotel's washing machines are always in use. I tried to use one countless times on my first day, carrying my dirty laundry back and forth, but it was still busy even past 1 AM. I finally managed to use one at 3:30 PM the next day."

"【Scored a great deal! Osaka hotel prices plummeted, but it was a bit of a bumpy ride 😂】 Initially, I booked a single room for ¥311/night. Out of habit, I checked again right before my trip and suddenly saw the price drop to ¥211! I quickly canceled and rebooked. If I had added the Haruka Express package, the total would have been ¥288.99, still cheaper than the original price – what a steal! However, on arrival day, I somehow missed the Haruka and ended up taking the Keihan Railway. After exiting the station, navigation went completely haywire – Apple Maps and Amap pointed me in random directions, and Google Maps sent me to the apartment building across the street… But all's well that ends well, and I eventually checked in without a hitch. The hotel is small but has everything you need, and most importantly, it's super clean! There are tea bags at the front desk, disposable toiletries available for self-service by the elevator, and a free coffee machine. The tourist tax is ¥200/night, paid at check-in. The life-saver was the bedside charger with 4 ports – it handled my phone, camera, and headphones. There was even a back massager, which was a huge bonus after a day of extensive walking! The location is super convenient, with three convenience stores within a 2-3 minute walk, so late-night snack runs were a breeze. Overall, for ¥211 in Osaka, getting this kind of quality is incredible value for money. I'll definitely come back next time!"

"The hotel Kansai location is great ! Very close with Umeda-Osaka main station within 10 minutes walking distance using exit 2 or 14. We book 2 double rooms and stayed for 4 days, the room a bit small, bathroom is okay and overall experience is clean and satisfied. The breakfast is not much changes but good thing having a coin-oprated washing machine and dryer !"

"Facilities: Upon entering the hotel, the front desk is located straight ahead on the left. On the right, there's a 24-hour supply of beverages, vanilla-flavored ice cream, and alcoholic drinks starting from 3 PM. Free ramen is available from 9 PM to 10 PM. Service: I was assisted by a staff member named Jess. She was warm and polite, providing me with an introduction to the hotel and explaining the location of various facilities. I booked a private onsen for that day; it was 4000 yen for 1 hour for two people, and a room was also available for early check-in. The staff even thoughtfully gave me a small gift as they noticed my birthday was two days later. If I have the chance to visit Osaka again, I would definitely consider staying here!"

"Dear Hotel Management, I recently stayed at your hotel for two days and overall had a comfortable experience. However, I unfortunately lost a valuable item (a necklace) during my stay. I am writing this because I had some difficulty communicating smoothly with the hotel staff regarding this matter. On the evening of the 20th, I placed my necklace on the desk and did not wear it while touring on the 21st. Thinking my companion had packed it, I only realized it was missing after checking out, and I contacted the hotel immediately. When I called, the hotel simply stated that they checked and found nothing, without offering to contact me if it is found later. If the hotel finds the lost item later, please contact me via email. 호텔을 사용하며 불편함은 없었습니다만 2일 동안 호텔을 사용하며 귀중품(목걸이)를 분실했습니다. 호텔 측과 원활한 소통이 되지 않아 글을 남깁니다. 20일 저녁에 책상에 목걸이를 올려두었고 착용하지 않고 21일에 관광지를 돌아다녔습니다. 일행이 목걸이를 챙겼다고 생각하여 체크아웃 이후 챙기지 않은 사실을 알게되어 바로 호텔에 연락했습니다. 호텔 측에서는 확인해본다고 하고 확인해본 결과 없다는 답변 뿐 찾게 되면 따로 연락 준다는 이야기는 받지 못했습니다. 만약 호텔측에서 분실물을 습득하면 제 이메일로 연락주시길 바랍니다. 감사합니다."
