"This was my second time staying here. My first visit, two years ago, was absolutely wonderful, which is why I specifically went out of my way to come back for another experience. Unfortunately, I left feeling a bit disappointed this time. There were so many people checking in, and it seemed like the hotel wasn't prepared to handle the crowd, leading to us standing and waiting for a long time. It was a stark contrast to the enthusiastic service I received last time. The lady who helped us this time clearly wasn't very familiar with the procedures, and her English wasn't great, making communication a bit tiring. I really miss the girl who helped me check in two years ago; she was fantastic, spoke excellent English, and handled everything perfectly. All in all, this visit was a bit of a letdown. Everything else was fine though; the room was spacious, and the surroundings were beautiful, especially with the cherry blossoms in full bloom nearby."

"I've stayed here several times for baseball games at Hotto Motto Field Kobe and for family trips. It's in a quiet location near Ikuta Shrine, yet it's also close to Sannomiya Station with plenty of restaurants nearby, which is incredibly convenient. "The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! I stayed for two consecutive nights during my three days in Kobe, and downstairs, there's everything you could possibly need: drugstores, convenience stores, restaurants, and shopping malls. It perfectly caters to all my needs for gourmet food, beautiful sights, shopping, and even collecting anime merchandise! I had a blast during my days in Kobe. It's just a few minutes' walk from the hotel to the train station, and I visited the art museum, the seaside, Kobe Animal Kingdom, and Nunobiki Herb Gardens – all were great. Finally, taking the bus to Osaka Airport was super convenient, just a little over an hour. The room was exactly as pictured and described, and I slept wonderfully. The pour-over coffee in the lobby was delicious, and they offer free drinks and ice cream after 8 PM every night, which shows how thoughtful this hotel is."

"You could choose from a selection of amenities, and there was a welcome drink and snacks. Breakfast was also included, which consisted of a set of five small, toasted bread rolls and a beverage, allowing us to enjoy a warm breakfast.
Being on the first floor, the noise from footsteps upstairs, outside, and in the hallway was quite bothersome. The bed seemed to be broken; one side was severely sunken, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on, which was disappointing. My husband's side was fine, however.
We stayed here for a business trip as a couple. Aside from the noise issue, it was cheaper than a business hotel, and the bathroom and room were more spacious. So, I think it might be more comfortable to choose a non-business hotel when traveling as a couple. The staff were also very attentive."

"This is a well-established local hotel that's remarkably well-maintained and spotlessly clean. They offer both Japanese-style and Western-style rooms, both excellent choices. The spacious public bath on the 5th floor is very comfortable; as the hotel wasn't crowded during our stay, we practically had it to ourselves every day. Just under a kilometer behind the hotel, there's a cable car station providing direct access to Mount Rokko, which is incredibly convenient for sightseeing. In the evenings, a delightful summer festival was also held nearby."

Thus is a love hotel For privacy, this hotel was built on top of a hill. You must drive! There is no public transport It takes at least 30 minutes from Shintetsu Rokko Station to walk up the hill. They only provide breakfast. Luckily they served me an all day breakfast upon my arrival cause I arrived in the evening !
The room is very good! Clean , comfortable, fridge ,big tv screen , lightings !Free tea bags and coffee ! There are plenty of amenities! You can watch tv while you have a bath in the tub

It's a little far from the station, but the route is all local and walkable, so it's OK. It's right in the middle of the cherry blossom street, which is beautiful in this season. The breakfast and dinner look very rich, but the actual quantity is a bit small. The shabu-shabu beef doesn't come with eggs, probably because the quota is occupied by the hot spring egg experience. The room is large, but it's a bit cold at night with only the air conditioner on. Guests are provided with a 40-minute private soup, which is not bad

しじみのみそしるIt was the best inn in every respect!
It is run by a family and is a small inn as the name suggests, so the service was excellent and we were very satisfied with the inn.
I would definitely recommend it to anyone going to Kinosaki Onsen.
- It is close to the station and on the main road, so it is very accessible. (There is also a convenience store nearby)
- The inn is new and seems to have been designed by an architect, so the space is stylish and clean, and the rooms are spacious and relaxing.
- The main river can be seen from the window of the room, so the view is great.
- We chose a plan that only included breakfast, but there are many good shops in Kinosaki Onsen, so we were able to enjoy local beer nearby, which was great for us.
- The breakfast was very delicious and the volume was just right, so we were very satisfied.
- Yukata, geta, basket bag, bath towels and face towels to use in the outdoor baths were available in the room.
- Toothbrushes, skin care products (I was able to use it even though I have extremely sensitive skin), cleansing products and face washes were also available.
・They kindly stored my luggage for me before check-in and after check-in.
I'll use this service again the next time I come to Kinosaki.

For a couple of nights, it's a perfect option! Comfortable beds, larger than single beds. The room was cool, but there was air conditioning. The cafe that gave out instructions for check-in gave coffee to go and all the bath accessories. The room has a small room in traditional Japanese style - with a low table, ottomans, and in the drawers there are two kimonos and baskets to take with all this to the onsen. The location of the hotel is great - a few steps from the golden onsen.
