Traveling to Lhasa alone, this place truly made me feel so safe and secure. The environment is tranquil and has a unique local charm, and I could see the Potala Palace right from my window. The staff were incredibly friendly and proactively reminded me about altitude sickness precautions. The facilities are also very new, with excellent hot water and oxygen supply. I felt so comfortable and at ease during my stay. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit!

Facilities: Everything that should be there
Hygienic: very clean
Environment: The entrance is a beautiful small garden, there is a swing (unfortunately not photographed), the cafe can order tea in the stove (my favorite), and a polite Labrador (too late to see the cat), I can spend an afternoon in the small garden when I have time.
Service: The proprietress and the boss are very good, and WeChat is added when you check in. If you have anything, you will respond quickly.

EErerzailushangFacilities: The facilities are very complete, you can have everything you need, and you can also drink tea in the lobby
Hygienic: Hygiene is super clean, the proprietress cleans it herself, the details are very clean
Environment: Super comfortable, the small yard is sitting in the sun and blowing the hair and falling asleep
Service: Super thoughtful! Responsive
Super recommended, everyone come to live!
MM483838****The ”Ping” An Xile welcome gift included fruit. The hotel has an infirmary, which is reassuring for those who come to the plateau on short notice (in case of sudden altitude sickness). The cost of 780 [yuan] is a bit high, but medical staff are available 24 hours a day. The front desk service was good, and the room service was excellent. However, there was a smell of yak butter in the room, which might be unpleasant for those who don't like that kind of scent. The room was very spacious with a lot of Tibetan-style decor. Breakfast was poor and not recommended.
GGuest UserBlindly picked this hotel in Lhasa and it was an absolute gem! Seriously recommending it to all first-timers in Tibet!
📍 Amazing Location
Super close to Potala Palace and Jokhang Temple. You can just stroll there on foot. It's super convenient for exploring Barkhor Street and watching pilgrims. No need for constant taxis, saving time and effort, making travel a joy! 🚶♀️
🚗 Perfect for Drivers
The hotel has its own parking, which is a huge relief. After a long drive, you can just unload your luggage and check in – so convenient!
💨 Altitude Sickness Buster | 20-Hour Whole-Room Oxygen Supply
My biggest fear coming to Lhasa was not being able to sleep or getting headaches. This place offers a full 20 hours of continuous oxygen supply. The room felt well-oxygenated, not dry or stuffy. I slept soundly all night long ✨ with absolutely no altitude sickness. Woke up feeling refreshed and quickly recovered my energy 🙏.
💖 Full of Ritual and Warmth
The moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed! They thoughtfully offered a warm towel to wash away travel fatigue. They also presented a sacred Hada ✨, a beautiful ******* welcome with an amazing ambiance.
🧺 Hassle-Free Travel | Free Laundry Service
There’s a clean and tidy laundry room. They even help with washing and drying clothes. No worries about dirty clothes during your trip, traveling light is so comfortable!~
Overall, it offers great value for money, thoughtful details, and a comfortable stay. If you're visiting Lhasa, just book this place without hesitation. I'll definitely stay here again next time!
GGuest UserThis hotel offers high-quality, central diffused oxygen for 18 hours a day. The room is equipped with medical-grade diffused oxygen, and you can even use a nasal cannula while lying in bed, which is incredibly convenient. There's also a humidifier, which is a lifesaver given how dry Lhasa is. It truly makes a big difference. All the staff are incredibly warm, attentive, and responsible. When we checked in, they immediately asked if we were experiencing any altitude sickness and inquired about our future plans. They even served us Rhodiola rosea tea, which was delicious and helped alleviate altitude sickness. A dedicated staff member helped us with our luggage to our room, which was incredibly thoughtful. Arriving at high altitude, you definitely feel some effects, and their help with our bags was a huge relief. The hotel's location is also very convenient for getting around. They offer shuttles to attractions like the Potala Palace and Jokhang Temple, or you can easily catch a taxi. It only takes about 10 minutes to reach the city center, so getting around is a breeze. Right outside the hotel is the Lhasa River, where you can feed water birds. The scenery is beautiful, and our stay was very comfortable. Highly recommend!
AAilvxingdexiaxiaojieWhen I first arrived in Lhasa, I stayed at Jicai, primarily because of its cleanliness and its proximity to the Potala Palace and Barkhor Street. My experience after checking in was excellent. After my trip to Nyingchi and Mêdog, I booked Jicai again. If you experience altitude sickness, the lobby provides an oxygen concentrator, and the rooms even have diffused oxygen supply.
I had wanted to try breakfast in Lhasa, so on my last day, I bought the hotel's breakfast and discovered their noodles (fen) are really good. I regretted not booking a room with breakfast included. If you're still debating whether to book breakfast, my advice is to go for it if you like sour and spicy noodles, because their breakfast noodles are delicious. Delicious, delicious!
Front desk service was good, and honestly, Jicai offers great value for money. Highly recommended.
BBubles~Service: The lady at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. We had booked a twin room, but she proactively upgraded us to a family suite! The room was spacious and decorated with unique ethnic characteristics.
Facilities: The facilities are comprehensive, even including a medical oxygen concentrator! They also provide nasal cannulas. Everything you could possibly need is available.
Environment: Excellent, and the soundproofing is good! There's also a Nepalese restaurant on the top floor of the hotel that many locals frequent, and hotel guests even get a discount! The hotel's location is also superb; it's only about a ten-minute walk to Jokhang Temple (at a leisurely pace, typical for Lhasa) and very close to the bus stop. There's also a delicious cold noodle shop right next to the hotel downstairs!
I would definitely choose this hotel again if I come back to Lhasa!
GGuest UserWe stayed in Lhasa for quite a while, moving through three hotels. Overall, this hotel was excellent. The cleanliness and amenities were excellent. They provided Vaseline body lotion and toilet seats, which was very thoughtful. The breakfast was also very varied. The service was excellent, with complimentary fruit, Coke, and Wanglaoji. Two suggestions: the towels shed quite a bit, and the noise from the pool downstairs was quite loud at night. The front desk assistant, Cheng, was very patient in providing luggage storage.

GGuest UserThe dozens of century-old peach trees in the hotel are particularly beautiful against the backdrop of the snow-capped mountains and the Yarlung Zangbo River. Every step you take is a refreshing scene. The hotel is well-equipped, newly renovated, clean and tidy. The service is warm and thoughtful, and the butler is always on call. The food in the restaurant is especially delicious, and the stone pot chicken is so fragrant [色][色][色] Highly recommended. I stayed for two days, but the good times always passed by in a hurry [比心][比心][比心]
