"The gym is not a gym. It is a laundry room with a cheap looking bike in it. Might be a treadmill as well.
The laundry room is very useful. There are 3 washers and 3 dryers. There could be a system to help manage people's washes so that the machines were not left standing full as when I tried to use them they were all in use for most of the evening.
The biggest problem I had in an otherwise good stay was that the amount of dust in the rooms. On all surfaces (pictured some dust on the phone and a thick layer on the projector) there is dust. When I reported this a quick wipe of the projector was done but no apology or anything like this and no other areas were dusted. The room (and probably hotel) needs a deep clean.
The projector worked easily enough for me and was good, though I took my own hdmi cable that I plugged into the back, rather than using their system which I had no idea how to use and didn't see any instructions.
Overall this hotel was good enough and good for the price but not as good as the rating suggests or the list of amenities could be."

"The room was exceptionally clean, the service was warm and attentive with great attention to detail, and the hot springs were simply amazing! So relaxing and great for the skin after a soak. Hotel guests have exclusive access directly into the Huaqing Palace, making it such a pleasant experience to enjoy the scenic spots early in the morning when there are fewer crowds. Don't miss the evening live-action dance drama 'The Song of Everlasting Sorrow'. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a full range of Shaanxi local delicacies alongside fresh fruits and vegetables. Dinner was also superb; the crispy yet tender gourd chicken (Hulu Ji) was a highlight, and the glutinous yellow rice cake was an absolute favorite. Since we were exhausted from our travels, we thoughtfully packed it to eat in the room. The room also came with complimentary little gifts and a soothing bedtime soup. Five-star recommendation, we will definitely be back!"

It takes about 25 minutes to take the No. 2 subway directly from the hotel entrance to the North Railway Station. The hotel has the largest underground parking lot in the Bell Tower business district, divided into two floors - basement one and basement two, with 350 parking spaces, solving the problem of parking difficulties for guests near the Bell Tower. The room amenities were great and the environment was spotless! I stayed for three days during the National Day holiday: the hotel service was exceptionally attentive, and the breakfast was rich with great local specialties. It left a wonderful and lasting impression on my first trip to Xi'an!"

"I chose this hotel for a family trip, and it was great. The room was fully equipped, spotless, and felt very safe and comfortable. The hotel also has a 24-hour self-service laundry room and a gym. Best of all, they offer free late-night snacks from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM—it was so nice to come back from shopping and have a hot bite to eat. Highly recommended!"

The hotel is equipped with an elevator and appears to be a converted historic building, retaining its original spiral staircase, which gives it a very retro and stylish vibe.
If you want to stay close to the Bell Tower while avoiding noise, you can choose one of their rooms with an obstructed view; the soundproofing and sealing are excellent, and noise is hardly noticeable.
There is a slight water leak at the connection between the shower hose and the showerhead, which might be worth checking."

The staff go the full extent of your needs, for me, the smallest detail such as they ensured I had the proper ride back to the train station (the hostess walked me to the front door and instructed the driver for me on where I wanted to go). The rooms are elegant, clean and the beds are super comfortable to provide a great sleep. In the evenings, you can walk in any direction and visit shops, dine-in locations (there is more than 10 restaurants that provide kick-ass Baing Baing noodles!) and attractions. I highly recommend staying at this hotel!"

"I am extremely satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The reception staff were very attentive, friendly, and thoughtful. I really appreciated the small details they provided for guests, such as complimentary traditional outfits for taking photos with the Bell Tower, as well as a lovely souvenir before we left.
The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was delicious, and most importantly, the bed was incredibly comfortable. I slept very well throughout my stay.
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. The excellent service, cleanliness, thoughtful touches, and comfortable stay made my experience truly wonderful. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Xi’an."

The floor is high, the view is wide, the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows are too beautiful to watch the sunset, the room is in place, the bedding is comfortable, and the space is spacious and not depressing. Designer-type hotels, so there are more check-in points. The first to push the suspended stairs and the sky to send a bunch of praises to the circle of friends. Food deliveries ordered from outside were promptly brought up to the room, and he was always smiling, very patient, and warm. You could really tell he loves the hotel's atmosphere.
It started raining when we went out at night, and the front desk proactively offered to lend us hotel umbrellas. When we came back, someone promptly came out to guide our parking.

The location is excellent, right in the city center, and the subway exit is right outside the hotel.
The room was spacious and clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a very peaceful sleep.

Guest UserMy stay at the Renaissance Hotel exceeded my expectations. The location is incredibly convenient, with the subway station nearby, making it easy to visit all the major attractions in Qujiang. Yet, the hotel is tucked away from the city's hustle and bustle, providing a quiet and comfortable environment.
The hotel experience was excellent. The Wanfengtang Museum on the fifth floor is a major highlight; being able to admire ancient artifacts right where you're staying truly captures the cultural essence of Chang'an. The public areas are stylishly designed and perfect for photos. Breakfast offers a good mix of Western and Chinese options, including local specialty noodles. Ivan, a staff member, was polite and efficient, making the check-in process smooth.
Whether you're visiting Xi'an for tourism or business, this is an excellent choice. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again on my next visit.

Guest UserThe room was spacious and bright, and the hygiene was excellent. The host's place has parking available, and a 20kW charging pile which is super convenient. The host even drove us to the tourist service center and picked us up from the inn after we finished exploring. On the first floor, you can grab a bite to eat. Breakfast is 10 yuan per person and includes thick purple rice porridge, an egg, unlimited side dishes, and steamed buns. For lunch, they offer biangbiang noodles and various homemade dishes. Highly recommend!

Guest UserLove love love this hotel!!! I stayed with my friend in a 2 bed 2 bath room for 8 nights and it was extremely spacious and comfortable. The rooms were very clean and the beds super super super comfy ( I could sleep it in all day but my itinerary was super full). The photos online are quite true to the actual room. They had extremely good service too, starting from the airport pickup, where they were on time and the car was spacious and luxurious! We did the 5 seater sedan at RMB100, the price is comparable to a didi premium but the difference is that they would track your flight and made sure to you were taken care of. The hotel even had Butler service and was very attentive, I could even get them to help store my friend's birthday cake sent from the local cake shop and send it up to us when we were back. The laundry service was handy for a long stay, it was easy to use (and we were on the same floor so it felt like home to just go to and from our room to the laundry room). They even had special prices for popular shows, easily saving more than 50% of the listed price. Thanks for being a home away from home! PS the cats on the 2nd floor is super cute!

The location is super convenient, getting to the Bell Tower is easy, and there are local eateries nearby that even the locals frequent. Guest UserI wholeheartedly recommend Yafu Hotel! The overall service truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the front desk lady was gentle and kind, and the owner was incredibly hospitable, patiently answering all my travel questions.
I happened to check in during the Dragon Boat Festival, and the hotel thoughtfully gave us festive small gifts. The floral sachet charm was super cute and really enhanced the festive atmosphere. There's a huge guide board for Hanfu scenic spots by the elevator, covered with beautiful ancient-style photos. Routes to places like Mount Hua, the North Station, Shaanxi History Museum, and the Bell Tower are clearly marked, so sisters planning to take Hanfu photos won't need to look up routes everywhere – it's incredibly convenient for getting around.
The room itself was clean and spacious, the bedding was soft, and the natural light was excellent, making for a perfectly comfortable stay. Whether you're traveling solo or visiting Xi'an with friends, this place is a great fit. Both the value for money and service are top-notch, and I strongly recommend it to anyone traveling to Xi'an!

Guest UserA truly amazing experience! This was my first time in Xi'an, and I stayed for three days. I'm so glad I chose this hotel; the experience was unexpectedly great! The location is perfect, right on Fen Alley. A short walk to the left, a few hundred meters, takes you to the Bell Tower and the City Wall. Turn right, and just a few steps away, you'll find an entire street of snack stalls in Zhonglou Community. Walk a few hundred meters further, and you're at Yizhou Mall's Hanfu City. Directly across the street is the entrance to the Muslim Quarter. To the left and right are two famous Shaanxi restaurants (I only tried Chuan Cheng Chang'an, and the food was delicious 😋). In short, it's incredibly convenient.
What I found most convenient about this hotel is its parking lot. Anyone who's been around the Drum Tower knows how difficult parking can be. Having a free, always-available parking lot is absolutely amazing, a real blessing for those traveling by car!
The service is also fantastic. They offer breakfast, afternoon tea, and late-night snacks. The rooms are spotless and tidy. The absolute best part is that the cleaning staff will wash and dry your socks if you leave them on the floor!! Wow, I was genuinely thrilled, this is just too good! They'll even wash and dry your clothes. I've stayed in so many hotels, and this is the first time I've encountered a sock-washing service – truly incredible, absolutely mind-blowing!
The waitstaff were also lovely, beautiful, and provided excellent, highly professional service, simply outstanding.
Overall, after three days, even though I was exhausted from all the sightseeing, coming back to this hotel really gave me a sense of happiness. My review: absolutely amazing!!!

JourKneeLovely hotel, we had a huge room with 2 TVs and probably one of my favourite showers out of hundreds of hotels. The breakfast was great, staff very friendly and great location right at the heart of Xian and only 30-40min by Didi from XianBei (North Station). The exterior of the hotel didn't do it justice, but once you are in the lobby everything is taken care of. Drum and Bell towers are both easily walkable 10-15min stroll through restaurant streets and make a lovely sunset visit (open till 9pm) and wandering around the exciting if slightly chaotic street food vendors of the Muslim Quarter just next to the towers are well exploring. Get some Biang Biang or a Xian traditional Chinese Burger. The Metro is also about 10-15 mins walk roughly near the drum tower which can take you to Huaqing Palace in about 50mins North East of the city (1 simple line change) I suggest you get entry tickets and shuttle for both palace and Terracotta Warriors (+10 mins shuttle from Huaqing Palace).
