In this bustling city, this hotel is a quiet sanctuary. The wood-themed decor feels warm and soothing, and you can see the thoughtful touches everywhere, from the greenery to the artwork in the hallways. The room's aromatherapy scent is subtle and pleasant, and the soft bedding ensures a great night's sleep. In the morning, I enjoyed a gentle breeze on the terrace with a cup of the hotel's homemade floral tea, watching the busy traffic below. All the fatigue from my travels just melted away.

Three families, including mine, stayed for four nights. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with Metro Line 2 right at the entrance. We could easily walk to the Muslim Quarter, Bell Tower, and Drum Tower. The service exceeded our expectations; they proactively added us on WeChat before check-in and communicated with us daily, even upgrading all three of our rooms for free. I have to specifically mention the hotel's breakfast—it was excellent, especially the various noodle dishes! Their homemade 'zenggao' (steamed glutinous rice cake) also received unanimous praise from all of us! Overall, it was a stay with great value for money!

The room was quite spacious, but the sliding door separating the bathroom from the main room felt a bit unusual. The lighting in the room was also a bit dim. On the positive side, it's incredibly close to Longshouyuan Station on Metro Line 2, just about 10 meters from Exit B. This makes getting around super convenient for sightseeing, as most attractions are accessible by metro. Taking a taxi to the snack street usually costs around 10+ RMB, to the Terracotta Warriors it's about 60+ RMB, and to Datang Everbright City, it's around 30 RMB. There's also a steak restaurant on the second floor of the hotel.

The B&B boasts an excellent location, right in the city center, making transportation incredibly convenient. There are plenty of great restaurants and shopping options nearby. The room's decor is unique, and the bedding is clean and soft. Overall, the room is spotless and well-equipped, making for a very comfortable stay. The host is warm and welcoming, and communication was seamless. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.

Following my usual travel routine, I booked this hotel in advance through Ctrip. I initially wanted to book the Lika, but found its location a bit far from the city center. I chose the Westin not only for its five-star standard but primarily because of its excellent location. It's right by the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City, and directly opposite Joy City, making it incredibly convenient for dining, entertainment, and transportation. The hotel's service quality is outstanding, and the staff are very warm and accommodating, always ready to help. The room was clean and well-arranged, and they had an air purifier running, so there were no unpleasant odors. On the first day, we received complimentary welcome fruits and red wine. The afternoon tea in the executive lounge was also quite good. The hotel's breakfast offered a rich variety of options, and the local specialties tasted authentic, especially the 'roujiamo' (Chinese hamburger), which was delicious. A bonus point: takeout orders could be delivered to our room by a robot. Special thanks to the hotel's front desk manager for handling an issue promptly and appropriately, which significantly enhanced our impression of the Westin. I highly recommend the Westin to anyone planning a family trip to Xi'an; it's truly an excellent choice.

The hotel's location is super convenient; it's just a few minutes' walk to the shopping district, making getting around completely effortless. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and skin-friendly – I instantly felt all my fatigue melt away. The bathroom was odor-free and well-stocked with toiletries. The view from the window was expansive and unobstructed, and it was quiet at night, allowing me to sleep soundly until I woke up naturally. The breakfast offered a rich variety, with hot dishes, pastries, and drinks galore. Monica from guest relations provided excellent and attentive service. This hotel is perfect for both business trips and leisure travel; my frequent stays here are always a great experience!

It's actually quite good, but there's a long-term resident who can be a bit noisy. They were clanging around all night, so I barely slept. I went for breakfast in the morning; the front desk staff and owner were really nice, highly recommend. There are two separate bathrooms, and it would be even better if there were squat toilets.

This stay was fantastic, definitely a full five-star rating! The hotel's location is super convenient, and it even offers free underground parking. There's an elevator straight to the lobby for check-in, and the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming. The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation. All the toiletries were provided, and the hot water supply was very stable. The breakfast in the morning had a wide variety of options, both Western and Chinese, with fresh ingredients and good taste.

This is my second time back at W Xi'an, and it still feels just as familiar as before. I even ran into some familiar faces at the front desk. They were as warm and welcoming as ever, and even remembered me and had my WeChat! They were as friendly and approachable as old friends. The room was clean and tidy. I'll definitely be back again next time.

After checking in around 11 PM on December 26th, I noticed a few issues before going to bed: 1) There was a lot of dust and lint on the power strip by the bed. I suffer from rhinitis and am very sensitive to dust; 2) My family found there was no hair conditioner when showering; 3) There were a few sticky stains near the entrance door. I called the front desk to report these issues and hoped they could be resolved the next day. On the morning of the 27th, before heading out at 8 AM, I reminded the front desk again in the hotel lobby, asking housekeeping to pay special attention to these areas when cleaning the room. Manager Gao from the front desk department assisted me, took detailed notes, and assured me she would arrange for colleagues to meticulously inspect and resolve the issues immediately. While I was out on a tour that morning, Manager Gao called me 4 or 5 times, but I didn't notice the calls or messages as I was listening to a guided tour. At lunchtime, I received another call from Manager Gao, who informed me that all the issues I reported that morning had been addressed. She suggested I call her upon returning to the hotel if I was still unsatisfied, and she would personally coordinate further solutions on-site. Upon returning to the hotel around 3 PM on December 27th, Manager Gao personally apologized on behalf of the hotel, acknowledging our family trip and my rhinitis symptoms. After consulting with me, she showed me an upgraded VIP family suite. She thoughtfully arranged for the room to be meticulously cleaned again and also provided a complimentary buffet breakfast (Chinese and Western style) for the entire family, along with a fruit plate. During check-out, the hotel even gave us a Terracotta Warriors souvenir. The front office staff and Manager Gao warmly wished us a pleasant stay in Xi'an and welcomed us back! Overall review: 1. The hotel's hardware facilities are excellent. The bed is large, and the mattress is thick and very comfortable, providing a restful sleep. 2. The bedsheets, duvet covers, and bathroom towels were clean, with no damage or stains. 3. The hot water for washing and showering was strong, making for a very enjoyable shower. 4. The Chinese and Western buffet breakfast was abundant, with a wide variety of flavors to satisfy both adults and children. 5. The hotel is conveniently located next to the Grand Tang Everbright City pedestrian street, Intime Department Store, Hema Fresh, and numerous street-side shops offering a dazzling array of goods. 6. During our stay, the staff from the front desk, dining, and housekeeping departments were all very enthusiastic. They greeted us proactively, promptly addressed any issues without delay or excuses, demonstrating excellent professionalism under the hotel's management. It's clear that this hotel excels in daily staff management, training, and attention to detail! Despite some minor hiccups during check-in, the hotel's prompt handling, sincere apologies, and thoughtful service provided our family with a comfortable and excellent stay during our trip to Xi'an. When we return to Xi'an next time, this hotel – Wyndham Grand Xi'an – will definitely be our first choice! I will also recommend this hotel to friends and family! I hope that when I stay here again, the hotel will continue to maintain its five-star high standards and efficient, attentive butler-style service! Keep up the great work!
