Environment: Located in the city center, the hotel offers convenient transportation. A bus stop is right outside, making it easy and quick to reach attractions and shopping malls! Service: The hotel service is excellent, and they strive to meet guests' needs. Notably, the hotel provides guests with daily afternoon Americano coffee and personalized toiletries, with the electric toothbrush being a particularly delightful surprise!

Bringing my family to see the volcanoes and choosing Firefly Planet was absolutely the right decision! The service was incredible, everyone from the front desk staff to the owner was so warm and welcoming. Since it was the off-season and we had a child with us, they even proactively upgraded our room. The package we booked included hot spring tickets, which was perfect for relaxing and unwinding after our volcanic adventures. My child absolutely loved watching the stars through the smart skylight, and the Mongolian breakfast was very generous. There was always someone there to help with anything we needed, making this the most heartwarming B&B I've ever stayed in! And seriously, the night view is just stunning!

Only stayed for one night, and it wasn't nearly enough! I'd love to return given the opportunity. It was very convenient for our family of five to stay together. With two rooms and a game room, there was ample space. The property features a parking lot with space for over a dozen cars, which is a rare find in Manzhouli and perfect for those traveling by car. A laundry room is also available. The mattresses and pillows were very comfortable. The entire hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The staff were very polite.

I negotiated with the taxi driver and got a ride to the hotel for 150 yuan, which is 5 times the normal price Every time I go to a new place, I always get a first taste of being ripped off I was depressed and decided to leave my luggage at the hotel, but they were able to check in from 9:30am There were still people eating breakfast! [Thank you so much] My inner voice They said they were going to do the cleaning, so I waited 5 minutes and let them into my room! That was amazing service!

The room was spacious and well-equipped, and the staff were very friendly. The location is excellent, just a 2-minute walk from the subway exit, and the front desk is on F5. The high floor offered a great view, and the heating was very good. Only two bottles of mineral water are provided in the room, so if you drink a lot of water, remember to bring your own.

The homestay is very beautiful and is the most desirable place to live in this self-driving trip. The location is excellent and parking is convenient. It is very close to Volcano No. 3, the night view is super beautiful, and there are camping tents in summer. The family suite is very suitable for bringing a baby or pet, and the boss also sends yogurt and specialties. The millet porridge for breakfast is fragrant, and the beef buns made by the aunt are also endless aftertaste.

Excellent Stay at a Beautiful New Hotel I spent a night at this hotel and had an awesome experience! Everything was perfect—from the modern, stylish decor to the overall cleanliness and comfort. The hotel is brand new and you can really feel the quality and attention to detail. Front desk girl was an amazing host—friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make the stay special. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The snow scene in Genhe may not be the most beautiful in the whole of Inner Mongolia, but sitting in the B&B in the forest, a southerner’s best expectations for the snow season have all come true. Environment: Compared with other more well-known (and more expensive) B&Bs, the location of this B&B is actually more unique. It's only one kilometer away from the busiest place in the city center, so it's convenient for eating or shopping. The most precious thing is that it is really ”sitting and looking at the forest”! The location is right on the edge of the Gen River. Directly south of the large floor-to-ceiling windows is the Watching Bridge and the forest. You can watch the sunrise on the left hand side around 7:30 every day and the sunset on the right hand side around 4 p.m. This should be unique in the entire Genhe! Facilities: The room is very warm, the design aesthetic is online, and it is comfortable to live in. When the weather is cold and you don’t want to go out, it’s good to stay in your room Service: The lady at the front desk and the boss are very enthusiastic. I originally planned to stay for two days and then leave Genhe for the next stop, but later I decided to stay for two more days. One day in the future I will definitely miss this wonderful time in Genhe. 50% of this wonderful time is because of this unique B&B. (I didn’t take any photos in the room, but the pictures were all taken on the terrace or side of the B&B)

The bedding in the room is quite clean, the taste is OK, the potatoes and beef are delicious, and the cooking is very bad! This homestay should be the largest one in this piece. It is very lively at night, you can set off fireworks and bonfire party! Very close to the volcano, the boss told the entrance that there was no traffic jam all the way, and all the volcanoes were visited in one morning! Would recommend to friends!

They offered welcome fruits and special dairy snacks, and complimentary chocolates upon check-out. The mini-bar was chargeable, and late check-out was extended until 3 PM. The hotel service was excellent, the exterior was beautiful, and the location was superb, making it very convenient to get around with a subway station nearby. Although the room decor and facilities were a bit dated, giving off an ”old-school official” vibe, food deliveries were still handled by robots. There's a revolving restaurant on the rooftop where breakfast is served. Compared to this, newer hotels offer better value for money at this price point.
