The hotel's location is super convenient, directly opposite the cable car station, just a few minutes' walk away. The hotel is very clean, which made for a great experience. The service was attentive, and breakfast was abundant with a wide variety of choices. Areas for improvement regarding facilities include: 1. Adding a few hooks in the bathroom. It's inconvenient to have to step out of the shower to dry off and get dressed. 2. The room doors are quite noisy when closing, and you can hear the doors closing from neighboring rooms. 3. The elevator wait times are a bit long, averaging 1-2 minutes. 4. The TV size could be larger. Otherwise, everything else was fine.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to Pozi Street with tons of restaurants and shops nearby, making it super convenient for exploring and dining. The hotel offers free luggage storage, which is a lifesaver after check-out – you don't have to drag your bags around while sightseeing, making it completely stress-free. The rooms are clean and tidy, offering a comfortable stay. This place offers great value for money for travelers and is definitely worth recommending.

Great location, close to the historic district with convenient public transportation. Lots of food options downstairs. Facilities: The bed was just right, not too soft or too hard, so I slept comfortably. There's a small bathtub, good air conditioning, a TV, and even a partial river view. Hygiene: The room was cleaned daily. They provided bath bags and replenished room supplies promptly. Service: Timely and thoughtful, with instant replies to messages.

Facilities: The hotel has been open for some years, so the facilities aren't super new, but the room was quite spacious and had pretty much everything you'd need. There's no minibar in the room. The swimming pool is open from 3 PM to just past 9 PM. The hotel is surrounded by schools, so there are plenty of small eateries and restaurants nearby. The soundproofing in the rooms could use some improvement... Cleanliness: Clean. Environment: The hotel is quite close to the highway exit, which is convenient. Service: The bellboy in the lobby was very polite. When we were leaving, he proactively and warmly greeted us, helped with our luggage, and even brought it to the car. I forgot his name, I don't think I saw a name tag on his uniform. The hotel breakfast was all very clean, and the variety was quite rich.

It's right in Chaozong Street, truly achieving that perfect balance of being quiet yet central. Just a short walk downstairs and you're at Cha Yan Yue Se, and Wuyi Square is only a few minutes' walk away. IFS, Taiping Old Street, and Pozi Street are all easily accessible for exploring. In the evening, after your stroll, you can leisurely walk back – super convenient! 🛋️The lobby instantly wowed me upon arrival. The wooden aesthetic combined with Oriental elegance creates an incredibly sophisticated vibe. There's also a faint sandalwood scent, instantly making you feel relaxed. It's truly a fantastic spot for photos; every shot looks great! 📸 🏊♀️The rooftop pool on the 7th floor is a delightful surprise. Swim during the day and look up at the blue sky. In the evening, stand on the terrace and watch the city lights, enjoying a drink with the gentle breeze. The romantic atmosphere is simply incredible! 🌙 🌿The entire hotel feels like a garden oasis. Everywhere you look, there are floral arrangements, green plants, and thoughtful touches. Sunbathe on the top-floor terrace, or enjoy afternoon tea at the dome-shaped book bar. You feel completely rejuvenated. ☕ I stayed in a room with a panoramic floor-to-ceiling window. In the morning, the sunlight streams in, and the view is superb! At night, you can lie in bed and watch the Changsha nightscape – full marks for ambiance! 💯 The entire room features smart voice control with ”Hello Xiao Xi,” a dream come true for anyone who loves convenience. The bathroom also has a starry sky showerhead and a makeup mirror! ✨ 🎎Pleasant little details: The hotel offers exquisite Hanfu for free, which is perfect for photos and adds a wonderful touch. They even gave a small farewell gift when checking out – so thoughtful! 💝 You really have to go! Once you stay, you'll understand. I'd come back to Changsha just for this hotel! ❤️

It was a bit challenging to find the entrance of the hotel and parking spot. But the staff was very helpful. The service is great. We even received tangyuan(汤圆) for desert after we checked in, which made me feel home. The response was quick whenever we asked for help or requested anything. The hotel and room is super clean and fresh. We love the layout of the room, the toilet is separated from the shower. We had a great time there.

There are tons of lively restaurants downstairs, and the bar street is also nearby. The room itself was comfortable and quiet. While the building's exterior might be a bit ordinary, it's full of local charm. The hotel's comfort, pleasant atmosphere, and convenient location definitely make it a worthwhile choice. The hotel exit is right by the subway station, making it super convenient to get to scenic spots and shopping areas! During my stay, there was also afternoon tea available. For laundry service, I just needed to book in advance, and someone would pick it up, wash it, fold it neatly, and return it. The front desk even provided taxi vouchers to the high-speed rail station, saving both hassle and money. Housekeeping service was always prompt (e.g., they immediately refilled the hand soap when it ran out). I stayed for two nights, and the room was spotlessly clean each day. With such attention to detail and value-added experiences, I'll definitely choose this hotel again the next time I visit this city!

This hotel on Fenghuang Ancient Town mountain offered an amazing experience! The misty mountain air was so fresh and humid, making me feel incredibly relaxed. The rooms are spacious, and the facilities are clean and well-maintained. The huge bathtub was a dream for a relaxing soak. The balcony views of the mountains are enchanting. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Best of all, it's far from the hustle and bustle of the city, offering a tranquil and quiet atmosphere – the vibe was just perfect. It was a truly comfortable and perfect stay. Our whole family traveled together, booking three standard rooms and one king room. Both the adults and children were very satisfied, and the hot springs were wonderfully relaxing. The front desk and housekeeping staff were all highly professional and enthusiastic, always promptly addressing any requests. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit! ❤️❤️❤️
