"The room exceeded my expectations; it's rare to find such great value for money in Hong Kong. The hotel is located inside a mall, making shopping and dining very convenient. During peak check-in times, you might have to queue at the front desk, and the efficiency is a bit slower compared to mainland China. The self-service breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, mainly Hong Kong-style. Overall, I highly recommend it! My only minor complaint is regarding the bedding hygiene; perhaps because we have sensitive skin, we felt a bit itchy while sleeping, so I'm questioning the cleanliness of the linens.
BTW, the gym facilities are limited, with only one power rack. The outdoor pool is on the 21st floor, and it can get quite sunny when the weather is good."

"I had to queue for a bit even though I arrived at the 2 PM check-in time. The elevators are a real pain; living on the 18th floor meant constant stops going up and down. The room was super small; with two single beds, there was hardly any space left. I needed a power converter. The hotel is very easy to find, just a quick left turn from Exit D of To Kwa Wan station. It's about a 30-minute walk to Kai Tak. The room was so dismal that I didn't even bother taking pictures. The nearby cha chaan teng and McDonald's are very convenient."

"I've stayed at this hotel several times. Whenever I came to Hong Kong for business trips before, I always stayed at this one on Hong Kong Island. The hotel's transportation is very convenient; there's a bus stop downstairs, and it's just a 100-meter walk across the pedestrian bridge from Exit C of the Quarry Bay MTR station. It's only one stop away from Taikoo Shing Cityplaza. Although I experienced a typhoon, I slept soundly in the hotel room. Downstairs is Yat Lung Heen, and both the dim sum/dining service and the taste are excellent. The staff are all very warm and attentive. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit! 💁♀️"

"I specifically booked this hotel to watch a football match at Kai Tak Sports Park, and its location is incredibly convenient, just a 10-minute walk to the stadium. The hotel's room rates were very reasonable. The front desk staff were patient and welcoming, providing excellent service. We were even unexpectedly upgraded to the 21st-floor executive level upon check-in, which was a pleasant surprise.
The room layout was very well-designed, and having such spaciousness in Hong Kong is quite rare. The bathroom featured a dry/wet separation and ample mirrors, making the overall visual impression bright and airy.
There were just two minor drawbacks: firstly, the front desk didn't proactively offer a travel adapter, which was a bit inconvenient for mainland Chinese guests. Secondly, the bathroom floor drain was slow, leading to water pooling during showers. I hope the hotel can improve these points in the future."

YuebaidanmoshaDue to a typhoon, my flight was cancelled, and I was stranded in Hong Kong. I hurriedly booked this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the well-designed, spacious room and quiet environment. Each floor has a water dispenser, and there are frozen foods and a microwave in the lobby, all very clean. My room had a sea view, and the beach was just a 10-minute walk away. However, there aren't any restaurants or shops nearby. The flight disruption made my trip incredibly stressful and tiring, but the peaceful stay here gave me a chance to relax. If I have the opportunity to visit Hong Kong again, I'll definitely consider this hotel first—though I hope next time it won't be due to unforeseen circumstances.

Guest User❤️ Super convenient! This is my favorite hotel in Hong Kong. All the front desk staff I encountered were warm and polite! The service attitude was excellent. Special thanks to the two concierge staff members who helped me with my luggage, resolved issues like the vending machine getting stuck, and to Jet for patiently helping me print documents! They added so much warmth to my tiring international trip.
💙 As a solo female traveler with three 30kg suitcases, this was an incredibly valuable choice for me! I didn't have to take my luggage off the airport trolley at all, and could even push it directly to my hotel room!
🏨 Although the facilities and decor are a bit dated, the design is well-thought-out, with a large workspace! There were few hidden dirty corners, and overall, compared to other hotels in Hong Kong at a similar price point, it was very clean and hygienic, and the bedding was comfortable! The only minor drawbacks were a musty smell indoors, air conditioning that couldn't be adjusted, and some mold marks on the bed frame. However, the service and location are impeccable, offering excellent value for money compared to other hotels near the airport!

Aline zhengI was quite anxious when booking this hotel because I was traveling with two children. I was worried they wouldn't be comfortable, especially since the younger one has rhinitis. From West Kowloon Station, a taxi ride was only a little over fifty RMB. I could pay in Hong Kong dollars directly from my phone, and it would convert to RMB. Upon arrival at the hotel, the doorman warmly opened the door, helped with our luggage, and led us all the way to the front desk. Every staff member was incredibly friendly and spoke excellent Mandarin. The room environment was also fantastic – clean and spacious. The highlight for us was definitely the infinity pool on the fourth floor; my daughter didn't want to leave! Getting around was also very convenient, with the MTR station just a few minutes away. The hotel's buffet was delicious too. It was a wonderful trip to Hong Kong!

TTY_1112The hotel's location is quite convenient. Although it's not close to a subway station, there's a shuttle bus service between Tsim Sha Tsui and the hotel. I saw on the official website that it also goes to Tsing Yi, but I'm not sure if that's true as the hotel staff didn't mention it. Right after checking in and getting to the room, I found a few hairs in the bathroom, suggesting it might not have been cleaned properly. However, considering the value for money, I'm still quite satisfied. I'm looking forward to the hotel's response! Also, I'd like to ask if it's possible to book the shuttle bus by phone? It would be quite inconvenient if I had to go to the hotel lobby every time to make a reservation.

RenzailvtubujianfeiThe location is fantastic, right next to Tin Hau, in a very local neighborhood. It's quiet but not isolated, and if my booking hadn't been non-refundable, I would have definitely extended my stay.
There are great food options nearby, like Wah So's Clear Broth Beef Brisket and the Black Sesame Ice Cream from Warm Heart Cheese.
The service attitude, from the lobby to the doorman, was very kind and friendly.
The room was small but had everything you needed. The bed was a bit short though, my 170cm kid's feet were hanging off the end! But overall, it was a good stay.

Guest UserThe hotel is super close to Hung Hom Coliseum, making it very convenient for concerts. It's also connected to a mall, so shopping and dining are easy. The service attitude is excellent. However, the decor is dated and the facilities are old. The air conditioning is too loud, there's no ventilation in the bathroom, and toothbrushes aren't provided. There aren't many charging outlets, and the glass shelf where the water cups are placed is particularly easy to bump your head on. I suggest replacing it.

LokandyanIt's been over twenty years since my first visit, time flies! The Hong Kong Gold Coast Hotel's environment is as clean as ever, and the staff are always helpful, enthusiastic, and friendly. This time, I had the buffet lunch, and the food was not sloppy; the quality matched the price! Overall, I am very satisfied; it has never disappointed me. The only thing I hope they can improve is the refrigerator; it really wasn't cold enough. I understand that hotel mini-fridges generally aren't super cold, but this one was completely warm. Still, I'm forgiving and will definitely come back whenever I have a chance because the Hong Kong Gold Coast Hotel and I have a bond like good friends. See you next time.

Elaine&EthanI love staying at the Explorer's Lodge every time I visit Hong Kong Disneyland, and it's consistently satisfying 👍. The beds are huge, two 1.5m beds, so even with my 13-year-old daughter, who's practically an adult, three adults and one child can stay comfortably. The room is clean, and the shops at the Explorer's Lodge, along with the Disneyland surroundings, offer 70% off on some items – it's an amazing deal! My kids bought a lot. The breakfast at Explorer's Lodge is also more cost-effective than the buffet, highly recommended.

Mixue83Unbeatable sea view, and it's super convenient with the Yijingwan Commercial Plaza downstairs for dining and shopping. The IKEA supermarket is very well-stocked. The room was comfortable, and the sea view room was absolutely amazing. The service was excellent, especially LEO at the front desk, who was super nice, provided great service, showed a personal touch, handled things flexibly, and was also very handsome. It was a truly stellar service experience!

WangconglongOpted for the Regal Riverside Hotel in Hong Kong again, it's a great value-for-money hotel in the city.
**Location:** Situated right next to Sha Tin town center, with direct airport bus access, making transportation incredibly convenient. There are plenty of beauty stores, convenience stores, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby, offering a wide array of dining options. My room had a stunning view of Shing Mun River, with mountains and water – a picturesque landscape that was absolutely beautiful.
**Facilities:** This time I stayed in a single king-sized bed room. It's much smaller than the twin-bed room I had before, but for a solo traveler staying one night, it was just right. The facilities were quite complete.
**Service:** They offer luggage storage both before check-in and after check-out, which is very helpful. However, check-in is strictly after 3 PM, and early check-in is not permitted, so you need to time your arrival accordingly. The front desk staff speaks Mandarin and English, which is very convenient.
**Cleanliness:** It was very clean, as always.
