This was my first time in Guilin, and the scenery is truly beautiful, as are the people. I booked this hotel, and the staff were incredibly enthusiastic and attentive to every detail. The handsome and beautiful staff at the front desk always greeted us warmly; they have excellent presentation and demeanor. The boss should really give them a raise! They even reminded us about changes in the weather and were very generous—if we ran out of tissues or water in the room, they promptly replenished them, no questions asked! The room was clean and tidy, and the air conditioning worked great. It offers excellent value for money. You can tell this hotel is run with great care and attention. It left a wonderful impression on me! I hope they continue to grow and succeed! I'll definitely be back next time!

Amazing stay with stunning views! We really appreciated the excellent customer service and will definitely come back next time we are in Yangshuo. Hotel is 10 min drive from the town square with tourist attractions like pedestrian street, food spots and shops. The room was so beautiful and the view was stunning both in the morning and in the evening. The bathtub is really spacious with good view. Hotel provides a single-use bathtub cover, it was very considerate! The breakfast was nice. They have both Chinese and western options like cereal and turkey ham/beef slices. Hotel kindly reserved us the Liu Sanjie performance tickets with a discount and allowed us a late checkout. Hotel provides costume photography services, but sadly we could not use the photography service this time. A scooter can be rented for 50 yuan (200 Yan deposit) right downstairs! The lady that rents the scooters helped us with some recommended places and map locations for insta-worthy pics: rice fields and mountain views, hot air balloon, etc. Beware of mosquitoes, don’t leave your windows or balcony door open. Overall we had a very pleasant experience and will definitely be back. Thank you very much! ❤️

I had a truly unforgettable stay here! The staff is incredibly responsive and attentive. A huge shout out to our butler, Mayling Cindy, and our photographer, Xiao Zeng—you both were amazing! Also, it was so sweet of the team to keep me stocked up with drinkable water over the last two days; such a thoughtful gesture! 💧 The desserts were also a highlight, especially the one I had yesterday (absolutely delicious, though I feel bad for not being able to finish both! 😅). But honestly, the room and the view are just on another level—literally breathtaking and beyond words. It’s been so hard to ‘move on’ from this experience! The hotel's location by the Two Rivers and Four Lakes is perfect – it's peaceful yet central. My room was window-facing, but it wasn't noisy at all. I booked a queen room and was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a super king room. Upon entering, I was greeted by a lovely green view, which was such a delightful surprise. The hotel is relatively new, clean, and tidy, with great amenities like a smart assistant (XiaoDu), an electric bidet toilet, a heated towel rack, and a direct drinking water dispenser – fantastic value for money! The service was also very thoughtful; during my two-night stay, a butler handled my laundry daily. The downstairs restaurant served delicious food too. All in all, I was very satisfied with this trip; it definitely enhanced my Guilin experience.

The scenery of Guilin is the best under heaven, and the scenery of Yangshuo is the best in Guilin. This hotel truly perfectly combines the scenery and accommodation. Open the window and you are greeted by green mountains and clear waters. In the morning, you wake up to the sound of birds, and at night, you fall asleep to the gentle breeze. The room is clean and elegant, and the service is gentle and attentive. Staying here feels like living inside a landscape painting. I will definitely choose this place again next time I visit Yangshuo!

Misty Guilin, truly lives up to its reputation! With a view right outside the window, stepping downstairs transports you into a picturesque scroll of mountains and rivers – distant peaks like painted brows, nearby waters hazy with mist, and swirling clouds that make you feel like you've entered an ink-wash fairyland. Choosing this place meant even a rainy day became a rare and beautiful experience. What was even more delightful was the hotel's service. The one-on-one butler was thoughtful and meticulous, ensuring everything ran smoothly from check-in to check-out. In the morning, that authentic bowl of Guilin rice noodles, with its rich卤香 (lu xiang - savory braised flavor), left a lasting impression. The room facilities were comprehensive, and the cleanliness was impeccable. This trip's perfect experience was set from the moment I first gazed out the window at the stunning view. Waking up in a misty haze and falling asleep surrounded by mountains and rivers – I wholeheartedly recommend this Guilin to anyone yearning for a poetic escape.

The hotel's location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient to visit Elephant Trunk Hill, Sun and Moon Pagodas, Zhengyang Pedestrian Street, and East and West Alleys. The front desk and other staff members were all very friendly and attentive. The room was clean, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. They even provided sweet soup in the evenings, which was a lovely, heartwarming touch. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and will definitely return to this hotel on my next trip to Guilin!

Gulong Stay Review ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4/5) I recently stayed near Gulong Canyon and had a wonderful experience overall. The area is surrounded by lush green mountains and rivers, so the views are absolutely stunning, especially in the early morning with mist in the valley. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and had a rustic charm that fit the natural setting. The main attraction — the glass bridge and skywalk — was breathtaking (and a little scary if you’re afraid of heights). Staff were friendly and helpful, though English was limited, so having a translation app helped. Local food was fresh and tasty, especially the river fish dishes. One tip: bring comfortable walking shoes and be prepared for some steep climbs. It’s best to visit on weekdays to avoid heavy crowds. Would I come back? Definitely — especially to enjoy more hiking trails and maybe try the zipline next time.

The room environment was great, with clean and tidy facilities, and even a swimming pool, though unfortunately, we don't swim. Overall, I'd give it a five-star rating. However, there were a few issues, some of which were my own fault. Usually, when we stay at a hotel, we only get one room card, but this hotel gave us two. As a result, when we checked out, we accidentally left one card behind. I realized this at the high-speed train station and, in a rush, found a SF Express delivery person to mail it back to the front desk. I'm very sorry about that. Another issue was that the room lighting was a bit dim. The front desk offered a desk lamp, but it was late, and I didn't want to bother, so I just went to sleep. I suggest adding a main light; it would be more convenient for using a phone at night. The hotel provided breakfast in the morning, but honestly, the rice noodles were just average and not very tasty, so I didn't finish them. The soup dumplings were decent, and the eggs and sweet potatoes were also okay. Overall, I'd rate the entire stay experience a 5, especially since the front desk upgraded our room. The 270-degree view room offered incredibly beautiful scenery. Finally, a side note: there's an electric scooter rental shop across from the hotel. If you want to rent one, you can do so there for 30 RMB a day, and two people can ride over 40 kilometers. There's also a restaurant next to the hotel, which I don't recommend; they charged us 160 RMB for two jin of beer fish, and I felt ripped off.

Seriously, who knew a hotel in Yangshuo could feel like stepping into a traditional Chinese landscape painting? ✨ This is the Rice Paddy Resort, right by the Yulong River and surrounded by rice fields. We had 270-degree floor-to-ceiling windows, offering incredible views of green mountains and swaying rice paddies right from our bed. The infinity pool and 'sky mirror' feature are amazing for photos – every shot looks like it's straight out of a magazine! The Japanese-inspired wooden decor creates such a calming and comfortable atmosphere. Plus, the butler service was incredibly thoughtful, and the breakfast and afternoon tea were fantastic. This is definitely the perfect way to experience a vacation in Yangshuo! ✅
