Deduct one star for amenities to highlight the lack of clothes hanging facilityat upper floor bedroom and shower room . Have to place clothes over the railings.

The service is super good. The moment we reached, the hotel attendants came and help carry our luggages from the taxi to the lobby then to our rooms. They also helped to receive parcels. Throughout our 3 nights stay, whenever we needed advice, they are there for us. The rooms are clean, location is good, near MRT.

We got a free upgrade as we are visiting during the lull period. The nice room is nicely equipped, nicely maintained, and has a large balcony looking out at the river. Both the day and night views are amazing. Special shout out to Whitney Huang who took very good care of us at breakfast. We got free entrance to the onsen area as part of the hotel stay - which was amazing.

the staff, location and the room is beyond perfect. i was well rested everyday on the very comfy bed and spacious gym that is well equipped. easy to get taxis or didi to and from airport. the next time i come back to xiamen, i will definitely consider staying at this hotel again.

NOA Hotel and Coffee was a great stay. Staff was very accommodating even being a foreigner. Make sure to use translation apps to assist in communication, the staff is always ready to help. WeChat has been very helpful to communicate with the front desk as well as request for room service via their Mini-Program. Room is very clean, and feels less like a hotel and more like a condo (in a great way) and has high ceilings and easy-to-use facilities. Instructions are included in the room on how to request room service and also describes other amenities the hotel provides. The Laundry Room on the 4th floor is a great addition. The Cafe on the first floor has a nice variety of foods and drink, and is a great hangout spot at all times of the day. Love this hotel and would come back again! Would recommend others to come here.

Beautiful African themed hotel. However, the elevators take forever to get from one floor to the next, as this hotel is EXTREMELY BUSY. The breakfast available at the buffet isn’t the greatest. All staff were friendly and tried their best to communicate with us. Rooms smell of smoke. Easy access to the Zoo and the Circus. Average hotel.

So glad I booked this hotel! It really is as pretty as in the pictures online! The staff is really lovely and friendly. Even upgraded my room into this one with balcony! I am so happy! View is amazing with the pool how lovely. The location is also perfect really close to the beach and the tourist attraction ”Zeng Cuo An” they are walking distance, really convenient! And yet this hotel is quiet I love it! Xiamen is a beautiful city. Will definitely come back again and I would love to stay in this hotel again 😊

There is a bus stop at the door of the hotel, and the subway entrance is one street away from the hotel; there are many delicious foods nearby! What do you want a bicycle for this price! Go!

I had a fantastic experience staying at the hotel with my family. The front desk supervisor, Veronica Lin, was truly exceptional in her service. She was extremely helpful and attentive, making every effort to upgrade our room to the Xinyue twin bed Room, which had a bathtub as I had requested. Her professional introduction to the hotel's amenities and services was extremely informative. Additionally, Veronica presented us with a unique bag of desserts, which was a delightful surprise. I couldn't believe that the hotel has been operating for 40 years and yet maintains such a high level of service and comfort. She showed us to our room, assisted us with our luggage, and made sure we had a pleasant stay. Overall, Veronica's service and the hotel's facilities made our trip truly enjoyable.

The very attentive manager recognized us from a previous visit a few years ago. We were assigned a nicely upgraded room. Beautiful view of the sea. Beautiful sunrises. Extensive breakfast with a very varied choice and good quality. Sufficient choice for dinner.

We booked the Xinyue Building (new building) which has a large room and newer facilities. The most favorite thing is the balcony. The girl at the front desk helped upgrade the room on the high floor. We can see the mountain view from the balcony, which feels great. The breakfast is also very good. Manager Wu of the catering department is very thoughtful and recommended a lot of local special snacks to us. They are delicious and satisfying👍. We had dinner in the hotel's Chinese restaurant. The environment is good, you can see the mountain view, the dishes taste good, the price is not expensive, there are free fruit snacks, and hotel guests can waive the service fee. In short, it is highly recommended to stay.

The hotel is located in Sangu Resort, a ten-minute walk from Dahongpao Theater. It is very close and convenient. The pleasant, young and energetic household manager provided service as guests have a personal butler. 3. From the roof top, guests get a panoramic view of the Wuyishan mountains. 4. The must-watch Impression Dahongpao is just a short walk away. This hotel is ideally located for visitors who come to Wuyishan to see the show. (In my humble opinion, it would be such a great waste if one visits Wuyishan without watching Impression Dahongpao.) The hotel management team got us the best seats available for the section we selected and at a better price than those offered online. 5. The bus stop where we took the bus to the entrance of the Wuyishan Scenic Area is within walking distance. If one prefers to hail a ride (Didi) there, it costs about 6 yuan. In the opposite direction from the hotel, the tea streets are about the same distance away. If one does not want to go to town to eat, there are also a variety of restaurants and food stalls in the vicinity of Impression Dahongpao. 6. We stayed 3 nights at the hotel and we think we did well in our planning. We wanted to experience the scenic tram ride from Nanping High Speed Rail Station to Wuyishan and by the time we arrived at the hotel, it was in the afternoon. We went up the rooftop to appreciate the view and prep ourselves for the visit to the huge park. Early the next morning, we went to the park after breakfast. We wanted to do the bamboo rafting and visit the 6 ancient Dahongpao trees/shrubs on the first day. Viewing the trees made it more meaningful when we watched Impression Dahongpao on the second evening. On the third day we climbed up to the peak of Wuyishan. Without the pressure of time, the climb was done more safely. The views along the path up and from the top were spectacular. In the late afternoon/evening, we visited the town and walked the tea streets. 7. We got a pleasant gift upon check-out on the fourth day.

The room facilities and decoration are similar to those of a general budget hotel that costs more than 100 yuan. Maybe the price/performance ratio of Wuyishan Hotel is just like this. The package I bought only gave me two bags of tea bags, which are similar to tea bags. Generally, hotels don't promote the coffee and tea bags as valuable. I asked the front desk and they said it was not enough, so they gave me two more bags. However, the quality of this hotel is far behind that of hotels that cost 300 or 400 yuan. A river flows in front and rear of the hotel, nice and quiet. A quaint village is located which you can take a stroll in if you wanna see village life. Very nice picturesque area with an old bridge, great for sunrise pics. Food is good. Staff very friendly. Willing to recommend restaurants to eat in. Also recommended to take the bamboo raft ride down the 9 bend stream at wuyi shan nature park. Also recommended the Impressions Dahongbao live show, not to be missed. Hotel General Manager, Angie, helped us a lot. As we barely speak Mandarin, she speaks English and helped us make bookings, and speak to the locals via phone when we encountered problems communicating. She recommended places that we would not have thought of and even suggested hotels in Xiamen for our next stop in our itinerary, and we chose the Holiday Inn next to the airport. Also suggested.places in other provinces we should go in our next trip to China.
