I drank three bottles in the evening. I highly recommend Vin orange. Coincidentally, the uncle sitting next to me is the owner of a restaurant. He is so talkative.Outstanding

It's new French cuisine, so compared to traditional French cuisine, it's not so greasy and is relatively light. The salad is delicious and goes really well with the special mayonnaise, which is salty.
🇫🇷 Paris's Hardest-to-Book Restaurant: Septime's Surprising Lunch Review The luckiest thing about my trip to Paris was actually managing to book a table at Septime! Located on Charonne Street, the restaurant has a low-key exterior, but the industrial-chic combined with Scandinavian minimalism inside is incredibly comfortable. It lacks the formality of traditional French restaurants; the servers are casually dressed, and the music and atmosphere are relaxed, allowing you to enjoy your meal in complete ease. 🍴 Food Review: • Pure Ingredients: The cuisine here doesn't follow a fancy, heavy-flavored approach, but rather emphasizes the natural sweetness of the ingredients. The cold appetizer in the photo has beautifully colored vegetables and fruits, and it's incredibly refreshing with a strong sense of layering. • Perfect Cooking: The fish (or meat) in the main course is cooked to perfection, with a slightly charred exterior and a tender, juicy interior. The accompanying sauce doesn't overpower the main course's flavor; instead, it adds a finishing touch. • Amazing Natural Wines: Their wine selection is also impressive, especially their natural wines. The server's recommendations for pairing them with various dishes were fantastic; I highly recommend trying them! 💬 For those planning a visit: • Booking Difficulty: It's incredibly difficult! I strongly suggest booking as soon as reservations open on their website. • Overall Ambiance: The lighting here is excellent; photos look beautiful without any editing. While the portions aren't exactly hearty, you can feel the chef's dedication in every dish.
I had dinner at Septime in Paris, a one-Michelin-starred restaurant ranked 40th on the 2025 World's 50 Best Restaurants list. The cuisine is modern French, beautifully presented, and strongly influenced by seasonality. Portions are small, but the menu is well-organized. I was particularly impressed by three seasonal dishes: chilled watermelon and cheese soup, lobster with crispy pig ears and ravioli in lobster wine sauce, and a cherry pepper and cucumber sorbet. Refreshing and light, they perfectly complement the summer menu.
