I had hotpot with my family tonight and found a gem! The value for money was incredible! For two of us in our sixties, it was a real treat! The hotpot atmosphere was fantastic, and there were so many people!

✔️ The beef bone clear soup pot, a classic Chaoshan beef hotpot base, was delicious with a few corn stalks in the broth.

✔️ The hanging dragon, spoon handle, spoon core, and beef balls were all good portions. The open kitchen allowed us to watch the meat being cut. The beef was decent, with no unusual flavors, though a bit tough.

✔️ The sugarcane and corn water was a sweet, natural combination that went perfectly with the beef hotpot. It was refreshing and thirst-quenching.
