M48***49This is a Jingyuan lamb restaurant close to Mogao Grottoes and the airport. I came here in the afternoon. The boss has a very good service attitude. The hand-held lamb is soft, the cumin chili powder is more fragrant than other restaurants, the special lamb is fragrant and glutinous, the potato starch slices inside are chewy, and the fried cakes with Shazhou beer 🍻 taste good.

Jingyuan Galiu Lamb Restaurant in Dunhuang is super delicious and affordable. I saw in the guide that white-strip lamb is the signature of this restaurant. The meat is very tender and has the taste of spices, but just a little bit of mutton smell. It is really unforgettable once you put it in your mouth!
Lamb specialties, lamb specialties, lamb specialties.
