Hotels With Pools in Khanh Hoa Province, Vietnam

We stayed at this hotel from June 15th to 21st. We booked a room with a pool view, and according to the photos, it should have had a panoramic window. However, we were given a room on the 3rd floor with a view of a very close, abandoned building. We had to keep the curtains drawn all the time. The hotel staff did not respond to our complaints about the discrepancy, stating there were no other rooms available. The room itself was very small, barely enough space for two, but it was clean. They cleaned daily and replenished water, coffee, and toiletries every day. We didn't see any insects during our week-long stay. The towels and bedding were neat and clean. We picked up fresh beach towels every day at the reception. The fridge cooled well, and the air conditioning worked without issues. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center, with many cafes and shops nearby, and the sea is just a 7-minute walk away. There's also a pool on the top floor with a beautiful sea view. Overall, it was okay, as we didn't spend much time in the room.

I initially booked one night at Duyen Ha Resort, and I loved the service and the beach so much that I decided to extend my stay for another night. After booking the additional night, I was moved to a different room. However, the air conditioning in the new room wasn't working properly. All I wanted was for the hotel to check and fix the AC. I wasn't asking for a room upgrade or trying to make things difficult for the staff. What was truly disappointing, though, was that instead of reassuring and assisting me, the front desk staff immediately said, ”You only paid for that level, so you won't get a room change.” This way of communicating made me feel disrespected, especially since I hadn't even mentioned changing rooms. Furthermore, coordinating the technical support was quite slow. We had to wait for a very long time, to the point where we had to call back and say we no longer needed assistance because it was taking too much time. Fortunately, the technician still came and managed to fix the AC, which was all we needed from the beginning. I still highly rate Duyen Ha's facilities, the beach, and most of its services. However, the hotel should review its procedures and how it trains its front desk staff to handle unexpected situations with guests. A more attentive and supportive attitude would significantly improve the guest experience.

This hotel was absolutely wonderful and gave us so many cherished memories. I don't know many all-inclusive hotels with private beaches, so I really enjoyed that aspect. Plus, we could see small fish, so it was fun to snorkel and observe them every day. And above all, the food was incredibly delicious! They had so many dishes that are usually a bit pricey in Japan, like octopus, turban shells, and mussels, which was fantastic, and having beer was the cherry on top. There were also three bars, and you could enjoy drinks from 9 AM onwards. They even had sparkling wine (though it was a bit sweet for my taste, which was a minor disappointment). However, there aren't many adult-oriented activities, so 3 nights and 4 days felt like enough time to fully enjoy everything! 1 night and 2 days would be far too short! There are many group events like yoga and darts, but I felt there were fewer activities you could enjoy individually. The ocean and pool were, of course, amazing, but around noon, the sun was so intense that I felt like the heat in the ocean and pool was life-threatening, haha. I think it would be nice to have some indoor entertainment like billiards or mahjong, but overall, it was a truly wonderful time. In the evenings, there's usually an event from 9 PM, and the beach party on the last night was amazing. However, the event the night before was a bit disappointing, so I guess it's a matter of luck! Haha.

Okay, let's get started! No complaints about the hotel building itself! It's new, clean, and modern, built in 2025. The design is clearly well-thought-out, with an eco-friendly theme, featuring stone, wood, and quality fabrics. For some reason, this hotel is often paired with the neighboring Aquamarine. There is absolutely NO BASIS for comparing them. They have completely different concepts from start to finish. So, who is Amiyana for? Those who love peace and quiet, the sea, and aesthetics. The food is decent, though I do have minor quibbles with the drinks at dinner (tea, water, unappetizing fruit drinks) – but I'm probably nitpicking. For breakfast, there's delicious coffee from the machine. In the evenings, it's just crickets; we played table tennis. There's a huge gym and a children's play area. No entertainment for adults though. Boats and SUPs for swimming in the pool cost 200,000 VND per hour (which is ridiculous when a room costs 35,000 rubles per night 🤢). In summary: beautiful, aesthetic, but boring! Aquamarine, on the other hand, is all-inclusive with animation and water slides. It's noisy, fun, and lively! ; You CANNOT compare them; choose based on your own preferences. We talked to other tourists. Everyone raved about the hotel, but in the end, they were bored stiff and envied the shows at Aquamarine. There's also Riviera nearby, which is in the same league as Aquamarine with its all-inclusive concept. Oh, one more thing! A huge plus for Amiyana is the amazing family room, where children have their own beds in their own room. This is super convenient. Two toilets and a huge living area with a kitchen. For this price, there's no competition here.

Before making the reservation, I visited the hotel and was shown a room on a higher floor — it looked nice and was a bit larger. Then I went back to the reception, where they told me I could take a room with a city view. I made the booking, but when I received the room, it wasn’t the same one I had seen before. When I asked at the reception, they said the one I saw earlier was more expensive. It doesn’t matter much now, but if you plan to book here, I recommend asking clearly in advance and making sure you get the room you actually reserved.Check-in was done one hour earlier, which I appreciate. The view from the room was good, and the room itself was fairly spacious. The cleaning was done but somewhat superficial at first; however, after I talked to the reception in the following days, they came and cleaned it properly.

Good hotel, this is our second time staying here. It's clean and close to the city beach, yet in a quiet area, so there's no disco noise at night. There's a shopping mall within walking distance, as well as plenty of cafes with a variety of cuisines, and prices are lower than in the city center. Breakfast is excellent with a huge selection of dishes. The staff speaks English well. Last year, the hotel was quite empty, but this year they started bringing tour groups, which is probably the only downside.

We stayed at the hotel for 7 nights in August with our child, and I can honestly say we had nothing but positive impressions. The standard room was excellent, spacious, and new. The hotel itself is very beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. The breakfast was wonderful – delicious pastries, plenty of fruit, and you could order eggs prepared any way you liked. While there was a focus on Asian cuisine, there was still a good selection of European dishes. Buggy carts are available throughout the property, and you can also order one from your room, which is incredibly convenient! Since it was hot and humid in August, we didn't always want to walk long distances (the hotel grounds are quite large). The service was superb! The staff were very kind, polite, and pleasant to interact with. There's an Italian restaurant, a seafood restaurant, and a Vietnamese restaurant on site. We particularly enjoyed the Vietnamese restaurant; it had a good selection and wasn't too exotic. The Italian restaurant offered many familiar dishes like pizza, pasta, and salads. A huge plus is that all the restaurants have a children's menu! And it's excellent – simple and familiar to us, which is very important for ensuring your child has something to eat. The prices are comparable to Moscow, but all the restaurants were delicious and clean, so it was worth it. You can also order food to be delivered to the beach, which is another great convenience. We also liked the kids' club. The staff generally spoke good English, and there were many activities for children, such as a Vietnamese hat workshop, origami, and coconut painting (you need to sign up in advance). The club felt safe, so we weren't afraid to leave our child there. Our daughter also attended a cooking masterclass (for an additional charge), which was also fantastic! They made mini-pizzas and desserts, and also created a Vietnamese-style craft. Regarding the distance from Nha Trang – it's not as bad as some reviews might suggest. We called a Maxim taxi and it took about 30 minutes to get to Nha Trang, and about the same to Vinpearl. So, it's convenient to get out of the hotel, and you don't feel isolated. Honestly, we preferred the atmosphere in Cam Ranh more than in downtown Nha Trang. Finally, I want to highlight the hotel's main advantage: the stunning beachfront. It was delightful! The beach is large, clean, beautiful, and there were very few people! The sea was super warm. In front of the beach, there's a great infinity pool. We never encountered crowds; there were always only a few people, which is a huge plus. There were no insects either; mosquitoes didn't bite us. So, the hotel is worthy of its reputation – true luxury! The only downside might be the expensive food in the restaurants, but if you're prepared for prices similar to Moscow, it's not a serious drawback.

Good hotel, excellent service, tasty food, but it's really showing its age and needs a renovation. I couldn't even enjoy a bath because the tub was so old. The grounds were also unkempt.

This hotel is old and run down. The entire place is worn out. The interior is outdated, and the restrooms in the lobby are awful, making it feel like a cheap motel. We stayed in a villa, which was very spacious and clean inside, with a warm pool. However, the decking around the villa's pool was also worn out, needed replacing, and wasn't cleaned or swept. We opted for breakfast and dinner. We spent the whole day at the park, which was very tough due to the high humidity and heat. We stayed for 5 nights. We bought a 3-day VinWonders package at the hotel for 1,600,000 VND per adult. The hotel is boring; there's nothing to do if you're not at the park. The food in the main building was so-so; edible, but not 5-star quality. Lots of meat, but it was all cold. We went to Windy, an Uzbek restaurant, which had a lavish spread and tasted much better. The beach is excellent and very beautiful, but plankton stings quite a bit in the sea. It's a big name, but that's about it. I wouldn't return a second time; I didn't like it.

Fantastic location close to beach and shops and restaurants. The room we had was very nice and very spacious eith ocean view (highly recommend ocean view). Breakfast was a little disappointing....not much choice of desserts and pastries , coffee is not so good. Breakfast meals are not all ways replenished and if you come fir Breakfast st say 8am you may miss out on food already gone which is not replaced. E.g. no milk, only a scraps of fruit, no coffee cups left or condensed milk etc.
