"The room was a good size and the beds were comfortable. Housekeeping was reliable, with fresh towels and bottled water provided every day. Breakfast offered a good variety of food, and items were replenished quickly by attentive staff. Unfortunately, there were numerous flies around the dining area and on the uncovered food, which significantly detracted from the experience. Room service was generally acceptable, although the quality did not reflect the prices charged. It felt expensive for what was provided and fell short of what I would expect from a four-star hotel. The complimentary shuttle bus to the beach was a welcome benefit. Unfortunately, my positive impression of the hotel changed dramatically midway through our stay. Shortly after room service had delivered our meal, I received a phone call asking me to come to reception. I was informed that because my room service bill was approaching £100, I needed to settle it immediately as I was considered a “high-risk” guest. I found this surprising and inappropriate, particularly as I had already paid for my accommodation in full before arriving. When I attempted to pay by card, I was told twice that my payment had failed. I was then asked to use another card, which I did. When I returned to my room to eat my now cold meal, I checked my banking app to understand why my first card had supposedly failed. To my surprise, I discovered that all three payment attempts had actually been processed, meaning I had been charged three times. I immediately returned to reception and showed staff the transactions on my banking app. Despite the evidence, I was initially told the payments had not gone through, that I was mistaken, and that everything would automatically correct itself once they balanced the accounts at the end of the day. The refund did not happen. The following day I returned to reception with the same evidence. Staff apologised and acknowledged that I had indeed been charged multiple times, assuring me that a refund would be processed. However, I was repeatedly told that the matter would be dealt with by the accounts department and that it could take up to 21 days for my money to be returned. As I was checking out today, four days after the duplicate charges were made, I had still not received the promised refund or the written confirmation that I had repeatedly requested. In an effort to resolve the matter privately before leaving, I also sent a polite WhatsApp message to the hotel outlining my concerns and requesting assistance. That message received no response. Most concerning of all, during the checkout process the same member of reception staff attempted to charge me again for the very same room service bill that had already been paid and had resulted in the duplicate charges. Had I not been paying close attention, I could easily have been charged yet again. If I had been travelling on a tighter budget, having hundreds of pounds tied up because of the hotel’s mistake could have had a serious impact on the remainder of my trip. What disappointed me most was not that an error occurred—mistakes happen in every business—but the lack of urgency, accountability and communication in resolving it. Overall, there were aspects of the hotel that we genuinely enjoyed. The reception team were friendly, housekeeping was reliable, and breakfast staff worked hard. Unfortunately, the handling of this financial issue completely overshadowed those positives. I have retained screenshots of the duplicate transactions, my banking records and my communications with the hotel. This review is an accurate account of my experience. If my refund is received promptly after my departure, I will happily update this review to reflect that. However, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel until it improves both its payment procedures and its handling of customer complaints."

"I really enjoyed everything, specially the concept, “Life is an illusion” I really had an amazing authentic experience. The hotel is literally in the mountain, with a spectacular view on the Mediterranean 🌊. Staff were really helpful, food was specifically made according to my instructions, and the swimming pool & bar are just perfect. If you’re looking for a unique and authentic vibes I highly recommend."

"We were very pleasantly surprised, as the hotel is brand new and all the staff are incredibly kind. It's a very secluded spot with an amazing breakfast. I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for privacy, and appreciate cleanliness and modern rooms. We personally took masks and swam to the waterfall on our own; if you're a good swimmer, you can try it too. We walked over rocks and through dusty water, then got out onto the rocks and admired the waterfall – it was breathtaking! You can really see the owner's taste reflected in this hotel. There was also a beautiful car parked at the entrance. Overall, the hotel leaves a 'wow' impression!!"

"Wonderful people work hard for this hotel. They are very responsive, and handle even the silliest requests with understanding and a positive attitude. They always go the extra mile. Many thanks to the staff and owners. The location is excellent – quiet, cozy, with a lovely intimate atmosphere. Housekeeping, clean linens, and fresh towels are provided daily. All the shopping you could need is on the parallel street, and the beach is just across the road. What more could you ask for a comfortable, peaceful vacation? Upon request, you can order a full, well-prepared lunch for only 500 lira, which you won't find in nearby cafes. You just need to inform the administrator in advance. Overall, only positive emotions. "This hotel isn't bad, but it's expensive for what you get. There's no soundproofing at all – you can literally hear the TV from the next room, or noise from the hallway because it's tiled instead of carpeted, and there are huge gaps around the door (it seems to be installed crookedly). The room itself isn't very big, but it has everything you need. Breakfast was decent. The staff are friendly and responsive. However, there's no iron in the hotel, so be prepared to walk around with wrinkled clothes, and they didn't offer any alternative service for the lack of an iron. The location is good, just a 5-minute walk to the beach. Whether I'd return is questionable; I'd probably look at other options for the same price. On the plus side, everything feels stylish and new."

"When I booked, breakfast was included, but somehow it disappeared. I paid 6700 rubles for two for one night, but without breakfast. The person working in the evenings speaks a little Russian and is nice, but the morning reception staff are rude. In the end, I moved to another place. For 4500 for two, with breakfast, you can find something better if you look around. Everything in the apartment is a bit worn out, especially in the bathroom. The beach isn't close, and there's only one shuttle for the whole hotel – it takes you in the morning and picks you up in the evening, which is inconvenient. The food on the beach is incredibly expensive; it's easier to stay somewhere else with an all-inclusive option. The beach isn't the cleanest either. 🙄 The breakfasts are good and tasty, but for two people, you have to pay 1100 Lira."
